"Wow didn't think that was going to work" Adeline said. "There's Sarah" Adeline said pointing to her.

Pope saw Adeline and JJ and went to them pulling them to him. "Dude don't sneak up on me like that right now" JJ told Pope. "Adi you're okay" Pope said hugging her.

"Yeah, I'm fine would've called but been a little busy" Adeline said as Pope pulled away from the hug.

"I'll buy you a thousand strawberries if it means that you'll never do something stupid like that again" Pope told Adeline. "Hmm tempting offer but you have met my brother right" Adeline said.

"I'm with Pope, you should've just let me take the fall" JJ said.

"And let you get best no thanks besides I'm out that's all that matters" Adeline said. "Yeah, how did you get out" Pope asked.

"Rafe" Adeline said and saw them looking at her. "Trust me I didn't want him bailing me out either" Adeline said.

"But JJ you should probably" Adeline said and JJ got at what she was getting at.

"Adi I'm going to get you out of this I swear I'm gonna go to Shoupe and" Pope said when Adeline slapped him. "Don't you dare Pope it's okay, it's okay alright I promise" Adeline said.

"John B, Adeline, Alex, and I got it all sorted out we're gonna be filthy rich man we're back on the g game baby" JJ said.

"G game I thought we lost the gold game" Pope said. "Yeah, well we're in overtime now fourth and one baby be right back" JJ said. "Fourth and one" Pope questioned.

"I'll explain, I'll explain later Ads don't say anything till I get back" JJ said leaving. "Is Alex here" Pope asked Adeline.

As he did Adeline couldn't help but think how attractive he is doing so.

"I really appreciate the discretion Daryl you know, it's okay everybody, do not panic leave it to the men and women in uniform huh" JJ said and started clapping. "Let's hear it for them" JJ said.

"Rose you look like lady liberty its" JJ said as Adeline had to hold back a laugh. "It's good to see you again" JJ said as the security guard pulled him and Adeline.

"Hey, watch the arm pal and be careful with him I will gladly go back to jail for him" Adeline said.

"It's true Sarah I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner but at the time I didn't know it was her but yeah she's your sister" Ward told Sarah as the security guard let go of her.

"Kie a little help" Adeline said looking at Koe who walked in and nodded. "Let go of him you can't just boot him" Kie said.

"Captain" John B said as Adeline and JJ reached him. "Mission accomplished sir" JJ said.

"Kie let's go" Adeline said as JJ twirled Adeline before Kie grabbed Adeline's hand and then Pope came out joining them and they all left while Sarah looked at Adeline still in shock, she's, her sister.

She took a sip before giving it to Alex. "Ugh JJ has better taste" Adeline said. "Rude" Alex said, and Adeline stuck her tongue out at him.

"Alright so in my backpack I have a letter from Demark Tammy" John B said. "Who's that" Kie asked.

"Denmark Tanny was a slave that survived the Royal merchant wreck check this out" John B said. "What" Kie said. "Here you go" John B said showing her.

"Okay slaves weren't mentioned as crew members on the ship" John B said. "But our dad he found the complete manifest" Adeline added.

"Right" John b said agreeing with Adeline. "That was his big discovery, so Tanny used the gold from the merchant buy his freedom after that" John B said as Kie gave the paper to Pope.

"He bought his farm" Alex said. "Drumroll please because that farm is" John B said as they slapped their knees. "Tannyhill plantation" John B said.

"Tannyhill" Kie asked. "Yeah so after that he used his money to free even more slaves and then he sold a crap ton of rich which pisses of all the white planters and then they decide to lynch him so on the day they were coming to get him he writes a letter to his son as a farewell and in the last line of that letter he leaves a coded message about where to find the gold" John B said.

"Where" Kie asked. "Harvest the wheat in parcel nine near the water except there's no wheat you see wheat is code for gold check this out" John B said and shown Pope.

"The gold is in parcel nine near the water" John B said. "Holy crap" Pope said.

"All we need is an original survey map of the property and we've found the gold" John B said.

"And then we'll be filthy rich, or you will I'm just here for fun" Alex said. "I thought you wanted gold" Adeline said.

"Changed my mind" Alex said. "Okay so this might have a small chance of being actually true" Pope said. "Dude it's like King Tut" Kie said. "I am a genius" John B said.

"Which is surprising" Adeline said and John B looked at her offended.

JJ then went to John B and picked him up hugging him.

"Hello fire, fire you're near the fire you're gonna burn" John B said as JJ put him down "I'm so proud of you right now" JJ told John B.

"Thank you that's really sweet of you" John B said. "Okay so guys what's the plan" Pope asked.

"Hey if also like to know unless you rather sit here all night which I'm also okay with" Alex said.

"Good question so Sarah Cameron's coming tonight she's going to bring an original survey map" John B said. "Wait, wait, hold on Sarah why Sarah" Kie asked.

"This is gonna be good" JJ said. "Should've brought popcorn" Alex said. "Sarah um she, she got me into the archives in Chapel yesterday and that's where I got the letter" John B said.

"You were in Chapel Hill with Sarah Cameron" Kie asked. "Yeah um" John B said. "He was macking on her" JJ said.

"I wasn't macking" John B said. "Don't lie big bro you were totally macking Sarah Cameron" Adeline said. "Wait isn't she technically your sister now" Alex asked Adeline.

"Okay can we not discuss that right now seriously mention it again I will break your arm" Adeline said.

"I wasn't macking on her okay I was using her for access" John B said. "Now that's just worse" Adeline said. "There was access alright" JJ said.

"Did you tell her about the treasure" Koe asked. "I was just trying to get into the archives" John B said. "Is that a yes" Kie asked. "I left out key details" John B said.

"You what you let a kook in on our secret what about pogue life what about the t shirt company bro" Kie asked.

"I was just using her for information" John B said. "Why don't I believe you" Kie asked.

"I'm trying to make us filthy rich here okay so that we can pay off a boat or, or uh send you to autopsy school to study dead bodies or buy Adi a horse" John B said getting Adeline's attention.

"Wait what o might be getting a horse yay" Adeline said clapping happily.

"Look you guys know me do I look like the type of person to fall for Sarah Cameron" John B asked. "Uh" JJ said.

"Do you want us to answer that or" Pope asked. "I might not know you as well as everyone here but just sitting here you do" Alex said. "Just, just, just stop" John B said.

"Look you don't know her, yet I do you can't trust her" Kie said. "Her brother did hit me in the back with a golf club" Pope said.

"Rafe and Sarah are two different human beings" John B said. "What did she do to you exactly" JJ asked Kie.

"Yeah, as long as I've known about your grief for her, I never knew why so I too would like to know" Adeline said. "She's like a spitting cobra first she blinds you and then" Kie said.

"This is a bad analogy" Pope said. "Listen to me whatever we get she's gonna try to take" Kie said.

"What" John B said. "Nothing big bro just nothing" Adeline said. "I just don't want to spook Sarah with the peanut gallery" John B said.

"I just don't understand why we're involving her at all" Kie said. "Kie we're not involving her okay it's just uh like a, a business meeting" John B said.

"A business meeting sure" Alex said. "Look once we get what we need we cut her loose alright plus we need the map" John B said.

"Promise me nothing's happening between you two" Kie said. "Nothing is happening Kie" John B said. "I'm being serious" Kie said. "Okay" John B said.

"This isn't about you and this isn't about us this is about her dude she's gonna get inside her head just promise me nothing's happening between you guys" Kie said.

"I promise" John B said as Adeline gave him a look not believing him for a second.

"That was really believable" JJ said. "A hundred percent believe" Pope said. "Yeah, sure it was" Adeline mumbled.

"Adi did you say something" Alex asked her. "Nothing worth repeating" Adeline told Alex.

"Anyways um I'm gonna take care of business" John B said. "You're gonna take care of it" JJ asked.

"Okay guys leave him be we'll be here but please hurry" Adeline told John B who nodded and got out of the van leaving.

"Kiara holding onto your grudge is like drinking poison and thinking Sarah will die" Pope said.

"Maybe it's time to try to move on not for Sarah but for you" Alex told Kie.

Moments pass by as Kie, Adeline, Alex, JJ, and Pope were still in the car when suddenly Kie and Adeline heard something. "Rafe and Kelce followed me when Kie interrupted him.

"Wait do you guys hear that" Kie asked. "shh" Kie said, and they all listened. "What" JJ said. "Please somebody help" they heard Sarah yell. "Oh, wait no I hear that" JJ said.

"Something's wrong" Alex said and they all got out of the van and rushed to Sarah when they saw an unconscious John B.

"Sarah what happened" Pope asked. "I don't know what to do he needs help Topper shoved him" Sarah said. "Where is he" JJ asked as he looked for Topper.

"Don't you dare leave me big bro I already lost dad I won't lose you" Adeline said.

"Oh, please, please, please get help I don't care who just call someone" Sarah said. "Pope go call for help" Alex said as Pope ran away.

"Go, go" JJ told Pope. "Pope, hurry" Kie yelled. "John B stay with me" Sarah said and kissed him on the lips.

"Please don't leave me" Sarah said crying. "John B" Sarah said. "Pope come on" JJ yelled. JJ saw Adeline worried and went to her holding her hand causing her to look at him.

"Ads he's gonna be okay you're not gonna lose him he's gonna be okay" JJ said as he pulled her in for a hug.
