After homeroom, we went to gym class. Gym always sucks, but today it was worse. I was walking into the gym and someone kicked a ball at me.

"Ouch!!!', I yelled out. " What did you do that for!?!"

"Whatever", the boy said. "You're just a stupid girl."

"Say that again", I said. "And you'll get a fist to your face."

"STU-PID GIRL!!!", the boy said and he got what I promised. I punched him as hard as I could right in the face.
Then the gym teacher came up to me and yelled, "DETENTION!!!"

Then I ran. I ran into the woods behind the school and kept running. Everyone already hated me, so why would they care? I finally decided that I had run far enough and found a spot by the river to sit down. I will have to build a shelter, I thought. I went and got some twigs. I made a pretty decent, water secure shelter. I gathered more wood and made a nice, warm fire.

I looked around and saw that I was in a clearing deep in the woods. The river was fast and crazy so maybe it would have clean water. Then I heard crunching in the distance. I went into the woods to find out what the sound was. Then I felt something grab me and then I was pulled down into a deep, dark hole.
