~6 years later~

Y/n's POV:

"Madison! She wont stop crying!!" I yell to my wife while cradling our 6 month old baby girl, the beautiful brunette walks in giggling at me "give her to me" I gently hand over the tiny child and within seconds she stops her loud whines. My mouth drops open "now that is just rude" I mumble making Madison chuckle "just needed Mommy's touch didn't you princess?" she says softly looking down at the little girl. "I feel like there is a bit of favouritism going on here" she shakes her head, finally taking her eyes off the baby "no she loves you really" I hold up my hands "nope, nope I get it. Its fine cause Elena loves me more than you anyway" I stick out my tongue "no she doesn't" Madison states and I laugh "Elena baby! Can you come here for a moment please?" I shout and moments later our 4 year old daughter runs into the room "yes Mummy?" I kneel down and put my hands under her arms to lift her up placing her on my side "who do you love more? Mommy?" I pull a disgusted face "or Mummy?" I smile and she shakes her head "you told me that I should love you both equally, silly mummy!" I roll my eyes and she moves her head to my ear "don't tell Mommy but it's you" I try to hide the smile on my face, and I look at Madison mouthing the words "winner winner chicken dinner" she rolls her eyes looking back down to our baby "just you wait till Aria can talk" she whispers.

As the bacon was sizzling in the pan, I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist and a head rest on my shoulder, I look to my side and see my gorgeous wife as she looks up and places a kiss on my lips, deepening it a little and then I pull away shaking my head "no I have to finish breakfast so we can get Elena to school" she rolls her eyes playfully "anything I can help with?" I shake my head and then look over at the toaster "oh you could butter the bread for Elena's sandwich?" she smiles and walks over to the counter "Elena! Breakfast is ready" I hear her little feet running down the stairs and then through the hall to our kitchen where she wraps her small arms around my leg "I'm here" I look down at her and smile softly "hey that was quick, maybe you should join the track team" she giggles and walks over to her Mom taking her plate and thanking her before sitting at the table.

Madison and I join her shortly after and we start eating together. "So how is school princess?" she gulps down her food "its so fun! I have so many friends" Madison takes a bite and covers her mouth "oh yeah?" our 4 year old nods and I smile "Mummy can I ask you a question?" she says looking towards me "of course" I answer, and she looks down at her lap "baby its okay you can ask me anything" she nods "why do all the other kids have a Mommy and a Daddy?" I look at Madison and take a deep breath "that's because everyone is different a like different things darling, that's why you have 2 moms. You will understand it more when you are older but for now just know that you are loved, and it doesn't matter if you have 2 moms or a mom and a dad" she smiles "so I'm special?" I laugh slightly "yes baby you are special, and so is your sister" she seems pleased with the answer and finishes eating her breakfast "that was really good babe" I hear Madison whisper and I smile placing a kiss on her cheek. "Okay lets go angel, we've got to get you to school" Elena jumps up and runs to the door getting her jacket and letting me help her to put it over her shoulders, I hand her the backpack and then we open the door "you driving today?" I ask and she giggles "I'm not old enough yet!" I pretend to act surprised "ohhh yeah, lets just not tell Mommy" I whisper the end bit and she smiles. "I'll see you soon beautiful" I kiss Madison one more time and look down to Aria "and you to princess" I place a gentle kiss on top of her head then head out the door, walking towards the car with Elena.

Madison and I were lay down on the sofa together wrapped in each other's arms as a movie played in the background, I look down at my wife and she looks up at me smiling "this is perfect, you are perfect" she blushes and kisses me softly, it turns into a more passionate kiss, and we start to get a little breathless losing ourselves in each other. She moans into the kiss when I get on top of her and then she gently pushes on my chest making me pull away "as much as I would love for this to continue" she says in a breathy voice placing a kiss on my collar bone "you have to pick Elena up from school" my eyes widen "what time is it?" she giggles looking at the TV, so I follow her eyes "shit! When did it get that late?" she rolls her eyes "get up" she says laughing. I roll off her and help her up "do you want me to come with you?" I shake my head and kiss her cheek "you stay here with Aria, I don't want to move her and disturb her sleep, I wont be too long" she smiles, and I pull away stroking her cheek softly.

As soon as I open the front door Elena runs into the living room "Mommy! Mommy! Look what I made at school!" I laugh and lock the door behind me, following after her I see her sat next to Madison as she holds Aria in her arms feeding her. She looks up at me and smiles "have you seen this, it's amazing" I nod "she showed me in the car" I sit down beside them and pull Elena onto my lap "show me again" the girl smiles and places her drawing on her chest as she looks down and points "that's you, that's Mommy, that's Aria, that's me and that is Bowie" she says pointing to a little puppy dog "Bowie huh?" she nods "is that the dog you want?" she nods again "well your birthday is in a few days, maybe me and Mommy can find a little surprise for you?" she smiles so wide that it looks like she will explode "that what you want?" she nods frantically "okay baby" she cuddles into me "can we play Legos now?" I nod picking her up, Madison smiles at me sleepily "lets play in your room though because Mommy and Aria are tired."

~days later~

Elena comes running into mine and Madison's room jumping on our bed "Mommy, Mummy wake up its my birthday!" we both pretend to be asleep and then I look up at her and grab her pulling her into bed with us "how dare you wake me up, you little monster" I say in a deep voice tickling her and she screams giggling "Mummy stop it tickles" I stop, and she takes a dramatic gasp "is it someone's birthday today?" I ask acting oblivious "its mine!" I gasp "no its not" she nods "yes, it is!" I giggle "how old are you? 40?" she shakes her head "no silly Mummy, I'm 5!" I gasp again "5?! No way!" she smiles "happy birthday princess" I say placing a kiss on her cheek and Madison does the same "happy birthday big girl" I sit up "sooo who wants presents?" she jumps up "ME!! ME I WANT PRESENTS" she shouts, and Madison and I laugh "okay lets go then!" we both get out of bed, and I pick the birthday girl up walking us downstairs, Madison takes Aria downstairs and lays her down in her bed in the living room before we take Elena in there.

I set Elena down in front of the door and kneel down in front of her "okay baby, Mommy and I have been working really hard to make sure you have an amazing birthday and get everything you wanted so you are a happy girl. You are amazing and you deserve everything, so I just want you to give me and Mommy a big cuddle and a kiss and then you can open your presents, okay?" she nods and wraps her arms around my neck "thankyou Mommy" I smile "no problem beautiful, give me a kiss" she kisses me and then turns to Madison doing the same "okay enough talking now, ready for your presents?" she nods, and I open the door.

Her mouth hangs open and she stands there in shock at the mountain of presents in front of her, a second later she screams "oh my god there's so many!" I laugh "go on, start opening them" she looks back at us "they are all mine?!" I smile "yes baby, all yours" she jumps up and down excitedly and hugs me again "thankyouuu" I stroke her hair softly "no problem angel, now go open them."

Elena finished opening the presents in the living room and then as she is hugging Madison I stand up and walk into the kitchen to grab the last box, walking back in I look at both of them "looks like I forgot one" she turns around and I smile gently placing it on the floor, "be incredibly careful with this one, okay?" she nods and walks towards me and the box "why are their holes in it?" I shrug "open it and find out" she lifts the lid up off the box and a little puppy looks up at her she gasps and covers her mouth, the puppy puts its paws up onto the edge of the box and I lift up the tiny dog "h- he's mine?" she asks her voice shaking slightly "yes baby he's yours" tears start to well up in her eyes "do you want to hold him?" she nods holding her shaking hands out, I place him in her arms and she holds him to her chest, tears streaming down her cheeks "aww baby, are you happy" she nods and she strokes the little dog who licks her face "thank you so much mommy and mummy" we both smile at her "you're welcome princess" I move the box away and shuffle forward "look at his collar" Madison says and Elena picks up her head and looks down at the puppy "B- Bowie" she smiles "I love him" I smile at her and then to my wife "you've got to promise to take good care of him okay?" she nods "I promise" I smile again and kiss the top of her head "did you get everything you wanted?" she nods more frantically and I wipe her tears "happy birthday angel, I love you." The puppy wriggles out of her arms and jumps onto the floor running around in circles chasing his tail making us all laugh, she hugs me again squeezing me tightly "I love you Mummy" she runs over to Madison doing the same and then she kneels down next to Bowie, and they start playing together. Finally, true happiness with my own Family.
