Day 23

After a few days, all of us are praying that it will not be changed anymore. We are expecting that it will be the official month for our incoming graduation.

While we are still waiting, I make myself busy.

I was doing our household stuff every day; it is also my exercise every morning. After a couple of hours, I almost finished everything. I sit on our sofa and take a break for a while. I get my phone and check my g-mail application.

G-mail is one important application on mobile phones, not because all the announcements are there, but it helps to be updated. Until then, I received overwhelming congratulations from the publishing house. I scroll down to further check about the details, and I see what prayer really matters to anyone who believes and waits.

I cannot believe what I received. Likewise, I am now a published author. Before I respond to them, I just pray first. God’s timing is perfect all the time.

“If it's for you, don’t give and achieve it, and you will receive it.” I remember my best quote in life, wherein I continue to believe and make an action for it.

After communicating with Him, I respond to them and ask more details regarding their contract and the agreement as well. While I have chit-chat with them, someone knocked on my door.

“A-aleesia?” I heard my little sibling calling my name.

“Yes?” I said quickly.

“Can you help me with my assignment?” she asked with beautiful eyes.

My third sibling's name Princess Aya.

I laughed first, and I let her in my room. “Sure! What is your assignment, my princess?” I asked sweetly.

“But I think my sister, you are busy right now? Do you have something to do?” she looked at me so worried. “Oh no, not really my sister. I'm just having a conversation with a publication.”

Her eyes were become big for what I said. “For what? Why?” She cannot believe.

“Okay, let just sit here in my bed. I don’t know what specifically what happened, but you know how I really loved writing poetry, right? Then I just submit to them with knowing I will pass it and have a contract from them,” I explained.

“Wow! I am so happy for you, my sister. Actually, my assignment is about writing an essay about my future." She confirmed that makes me smile. Honestly, writing essays is close to my heart aside of poetry.

“I got you," I sweetly said to her and smirked.

She hugs me and says” Thank you, my lovely sister. You’re the best.” I also hugged her. “But I will help to teach you, okay? You need to know how to write it for your future.” Then I squeeze her face.

While having a scuddle with my little sister. My mom was shouted. Princess Aya and I were panicked, and we immediately go downstairs and checked it.

When we already near at the gate. I was shocked at what I saw. My mom is just receiving a brown envelope. My little sister was looking at us and got confused. “Mom why are you shouting?" she asked.

My Mother did not say anything, instead she looked at me with a priceless faced. My mind telling me right now. What have I done? “Congratulations my daughter. You’re awesome!” She smiled and gave the brown envelope that was already opened.

I grabbed and opened it since I didn’t understand what’s going on. My hand was tremulously when I saw the long bond paper that had my name.

I read it and I realized; This is my certificate from the National Book Development Board. I am now officially registered as an author.
“Mom, I did it. I am now a registered writer.” I shouted and gave smiled on my face.

“I am so proud of you. I mean, we are so proud of you,” my mom stated, that makes me feel better.
