Day 25

Everyone can love and understand the situation when they have already experienced it. But not all people are doing it for love, sometimes they show it just for their own sake.

Apparently, I am now with my boyfriend. We decided to go outside since we are both vaccinated and eventually the situation is a little bit better. Yet, we need to still take care and use masks and always sanitize our hands with alcohol.

Life is literally changed when we experience a pandemic, hence, we met and discovered many things.

We are holding hands and we are now in a mall, he invited me for a simple date here. To relax and chill in our favorite fast food—MCDO. Today is Saturday and the mall is not crowded like before, right now everything is limited.

“Mommy, what do you want to do here aside from eating?” he asked while we were still walking.

“I think we can go to the National Bookstore because the Quantum is not open as of now, what about you do you have suggestions?” I questioned.

“I don't have any idea, but I think the National Bookstore is good for us. You can check out new books there,” he suggested, which gave me a big smile.

“You know me a lot, daddy!” I chuckled and held his right hand tight.

Of course, I knew it. Let’s go?” He smiled and handed his hand like I am a princess.

We go together in the National Bookstore even though he is not really a fan of reading thus far, he is supportive and there for my passion.

Meanwhile, we are in the shed of books wherein I don’t know what I should buy here since all these books are awesome.

Then, I see Riley bringing something. “What is that daddy?” He showed me a book and he held my favorite, Heartless Book by Jonaxx. It is in the English language where I think it is more amazing to read.

“I know you love this, take this. I will pay for this one.” He gave me the book and smiled at me.

“Thank you, daddy.” We look around and enjoy our shopping as well.

I realized while we were walking that I am blessed to have him because of the treatment that he showed in me.

“What bothers you right now? Are you okay?” he asked.

“Nothing, daddy. I am so happy with you; you always feel safe and happy every single day. Thank you and I love you, daddy.”

“You deserve all of this, mommy. I love you more. Let’s go and pay your books in the cashier.”

“Sure!”

We go together to the cashier and guide me through everything. His serious aura and caring character make me fall in love more. When we were almost there and waiting to be next, he said something that makes me blush and I can't stop being thrilled.

“I have a gift for you, but I am so sorry that I did not bring it today. But I hope you will like it,” he said with cluelessness.

“W-what kind of gift daddy?”

“Soon you will know, it is a thing where I try my best to show my love for you.” He smirked until the lady cashier called us. “Next, please.”

“Oh sorry, miss.” I put down the two books I was holding and was a little embarrassed in front of me. But I'm still thrilled and excited to see and know daddy's gift.
