harvey is a laid back, chill kind of guy . he's down to earth once you actually decide to get to know him for him instead of for money or to get closer to his brother. he doesn't really care about other people's opinions much— he thinks it's their own opinion so why should it bother him. he's also hardworking, if he actually cares about the thing, like band for example. he's worked long and hard for the position he has . he can be a bit blunt at times, which can make him seem 'rude', however he's nowhere near a douchebag as his older brother, hank is . he's much kinder than that, though on the rare occasion when he's feeling as though he's being threatened or something he's worked for is taken away , he'll grow a tad bit hostile towards people . he's caring and will share a laugh with you , even if he doesn't know you, it's just that he doesn't get approach a lot, so your loss . harvey is the type to— instead of straightening up and listening to what's being asked of him— turn his head and do the opposite . he doesn't like being restricted in anyway and prefers his freedom .

3 strengths.
- minds his own business; harvey is pretty much accepting of everyone. it's not that he's accepting though, it's just that, well , he can't be bothered.
- intelligent ; even though he gives off this vibe, he's actually pretty smart, which he uses when he deems best fit.
- heart of gold ; he's like ... a flower child , he is caring and looks out for others , but does know when it's the right time to let go of someone or if someone is being toxic .

3 weaknesses.
- trouble; he seems to quite literally attract trouble, what with him being arrested twice .
- difficultly of following directions; that's probably what gets him into his fair share of trouble . he doesn't listen and does the complete opposite, even though he knows it's wrong .
- somewhat introverted; if he doesn't get approached he won't really approach a lot of people . gets in the way of him making friends or even forming relationships .

health issues.
- substance abuse ; while he himself would never admit to the fact that he's addicted to drugs, you could possibly say that he is and could potential have a downward spiral .
- situational depression ; he has a mild form of depression that only occurs in some situations. typically when his parents are going off on him, and that's where the drugs come in.
