benjamin is the basic 'golden boy' in most movies and books. he's liked by plenty of people— whether for his looks or personality, he's not sure. he's charismatic and a ladies man, he'll have your own mother feeling flustered if he wanted to. most teachers like him, although his grades could use some work. specially in science, that's his worst subject. he's friendly, like-able, and approachable— pretty much like his sister. speaking of his sister, if any guy so much as looks her way, his brother instincts kick in and he'll get protective over her. he hates seeing his sister hurt, as it ends up hurting him as well. so the rare moments of anger he exerts in a situation or at a person tend to be for specific reasons : they're losing in a game, his sister getting hurt, and people he cares about getting hurt. he tends to joke around a lot, even in bad situations, but he's a softie at heart. benny is a big flirt and he's down for a fling, but he doesn't string people along (doesn't mean that they don't end up getting hurt, just means he doesn't purposely hurt people). he hasn't had a lot of serious relationships, just casual high school ones that didn't really go anywhere, though there was one relationship that he had when he was sixteen. they were together for about seven months before she cheated on him with one of his teammates and supposed friends. that's probably why he hasn't been in any serious relationships since. he really loved her so it hurt a lot, but he's learned to brush it off. she was just using him and the guy wasn't a real friend. despite having been hurt, if he loves someone then he goes all out, he truly loves them and cares for them.

- playing guitar; he had picked up how to play a guitar from his father, though he does it mainly when stressed.
- camping; he loves camping, whether it's the fresh air or nature, he loves it and he ends up dragging gen camping with him.
