Sitting down at your computer, you begin examining every file on the hard drive. News articles, presidential speeches, and pictures taken of the surface clutter the screen. The most recent article claimed that Washington D.C. is still holding strong against the creatures, but the rest of the world is overrun. People are living underground in bunkers and caves, praying for a solution. The death count is over a hundred thousand and growing everyday. The pictures show scorched buildings, explosions, black silhouettes, and the military forces defending the country, or what's left of it.

Again, the voice sounds over the loud speaker, requesting your presence.
