The rest of the day after that went usually for Jungkook and soon he found himself in his car, driving to his penthouse but even while driving, his mind was constantly going back to the words that Taehyung uttered while leaving his office ...

' I don't know what he is planning to do now ...god, just give me some rest ...why is he so hell bent on annoying the shit out of me !!! Bloody idiot! '
Jungkook let out a sound of annoyance while thinking this and sped up his car to reach his house sooner ...

On the other hand, Taehyung was still in his office today. He was pondering upon the current situations that were going on in his life and cursing himself for being an asshole...
All the things that he did and said to Jungkook since the day of their marriage was roaming inside his head making him more and more guilty...moreover what his mother and grandpa said that day , about how he had made them feel neglected and left out too just because he had office and work made him feel just like a failure...
A failed son, a failed grandson, a failed brother and now a failed husband too ...
That's what he was feeling ...

It was just so frustrating ... everything he has done, evey wrong decision he has ever made was weighing down upon him and making him feel more disgusted at himself ...
His face lost its golden, glowing hue and was looking pale, his lips chapped, eyes teary , red and a bit swollen, his hair dishevelled due the unusual amount of times he had passed his hands through them, his tie hanging loosely around his neck, his clothes creased up and breathing uneven...

The day the press conference was held, after coming back to his office after the lunch plan, the first thing he did was to fire his secretary and put a restraining order against her making sure that she won't be getting a job at any other place. He made sure that all the things that she did was exposed to every person related to every other industry making it hard for her to get a job even in other fields than fashion ...But that still wasn't enough to calm him down ...that still wasnt enough to silence the chaos going on in his heart ...

He remembered how when in his school days or college days, he used to get frustrated or sad over anything , no matter how small it was , he used to run to his mother and lay on her lap and tell her everything and how she used to slowly massage his head and make him understand if he did anything wrong and give him ways on how to solve it ...
But this all stopped when he suddenly became the CEO of their company...It was so sudden that even his mother was shocked about how her bear has stopped coming to her and when she herself came to him again and again to confront him about this behaviour, when she came to comfort him seeing him working so hard, he avoided her, he always shut her up saying he is busy and does not have time to enjoy anymore ...
But in all this , he forgot that he had a family who were worried for him, who cared for his wellbeing, for his health, for everything related to him ...
In the hunger of becoming a good son to his father and keeping up his father's hard-earned company reputation, he gave up living , he failed to see the miseries on the face of his mother, grandpa and his little brother ...

Now that the realisation about everything came crashing down his feet, he couldn't help but feel immense resentment towards himself.
He knew that he had to make everything right, he had to become the old Taehyung whom everyone loved, he had to be a good son,grandson, elder brother and also a good husband.

He didn't even have the will to go home anymore, he actually didn't know how he would face his family but he had no choice but to return to his mansion.
Sighing out loud, he got up from his chair and dragged his feet to his car before slowly driving to his mansion.

The next day, as jungkook entered his company, his secretary came running to him , almost panting ...

"What happened? Why do you look so tensed?" Jungkook asked seeing the beads of sweat and panicked expression on his secretary's face.

"Mr. Jeon, Miss Rachel's P.A has sent an official email stating that they are cancelling the deal they signed with us. " His secretary said while wiping the sweat beads off his face.
Rachel Houston, the owner of 'The Radiance', a fashion company based in U.S, is a very well known face in the international fashion community.The company was started by her father, Spencer Houston and was taken over by her just a year ago. Having won quite a few awards for his ideas, creativity and intellect,Spencer has made an undeniable name for himself in the U.S.fashion and textile market.Though his company is relatively smaller in comparison to the Jeon Group of Industries, whose reach extends beyond Korea and into foreign countries, his business is currently limited to the U.S. However, he is still a highly respected man in this field because of his experience and knowledge. When Rachel took over the company from her father, people assumed that it was because of the growing age of Spencer and also his daughter's talent that he handed over the company to his daughter who's now 28 but those who knew how Rachel actually was knew that it was solely her who whined to her father about having the company to herself and running it on her own terms and Spencer being a doting and loving father couldn't deny the request of his precious daughter and handed the company to her, which turned out to be a very bad decision because only after a month of her taking over,'Th Radiance' started to see it's downfall, having lost multiple clients and deals,the company is now on the verge of bankruptcy, simply because of how ridiculously Rachel treated all the clients as if they were her servants.
And obviously Spencer was furious because of this, therefore he personally sent a request to Jungkook regarding a collaboration deal to save his company and Jungkook having a good bond with the elder agreed for it, out of respect and courtesy. Also, because there was profit, of course .

A few days back, before the press meet was conducted, Jeon empire and The Radiance signed a collaborative project to extend both companies' potential as well as reach.
And the surprising fact here is that Rachel herself came to Jungkook and offered this deal although she didn't want to. It was her father who forced her to go to Jungkook and make sure the deal is signed. Rachel being the arrogant lady she is tried to mock or taunt Jungkook during their meet but a single glare from Jungkook was enough to shut her up .  So, her suddenly backing off the deal was quite a surprise for Jungkook.

"Did they mention any reason for it?" Jungkook asked very calmly .

"The mail said that they got a better offer with better profits somewhere else and now they are no longer interested in doing the collaboration with us." His secretary replied . His reply seemed to have clicked something in jungkook's mind and he let out an inaudible 'oh' in realisation.

"Ok. Let them cancel the deal. " Jungkook said, while moving towards his cabin casually as if nothing happened . And this statement of his answer his secretary shocked .

"But sir, if they cancel the deal and any word about it goes out, it will be very bad for our company. People will look down upon us considering that an almost bankrupt enterprise rejected to work with you. They will make stories which may lead to us losing other investors." His secretary rambled out while following Jungkook inside his cabin.

Jungkook sat on his chair and looked at his secretary and smirked already knowing what he had to do.

"Call Ms. Rachel and tell her that I am ready to cancel the deal but she has to have a meeting with me, personally." Jungkook said and the mischievous glint in his eyes and lopsided smile on his face sent a shiver down his secretary's spine. But still that evil glint made his secretary sigh in relief because that simply meant that no harm will be casted to the Jeon empire and that Rachel is doomed and is officially on his boss's 'execution list' as he likes to call it.

"Oh also, tell her to come along with her father." Jungkook added making his secretary nod before leaving his boss's cabin.

Jungkook leaned back on his chair and sighed deeply with closed eyes .He started moving his comfortable revolving chair in a left and right movement as he played with the paper weight kept on his table.
Soon a very sinister smile crept into his lips and he snapped his eyes open staring directly towards the huge glass chandelier hanging from the ceiling.

'Hmmm!!!It will be fun ' Jungkook thought with the same malicious glint in his eyes.
