Two days have passed since jungkook confronted his aunt and taehee came to convince him ...and in these two days not even once did he hear anything from Taehyung or his family ...no one contacted him after that day and he was happy about it ...
Right now, he is in his room ,getting ready to go to his company ...he was wearing a coral pink jacket suit with
matching heels...

Applying a thin layer of eyeliner on his sharp eyes and completing his look with a layer of light beige lipstick, he picked up his purse and phone from the bed and moved out of his room ...

He reached his company and was walking towards the elevator that goes to his cabin but was stopped by his secretary...

"What happened?" Jungkook asked

"Sir, the ceo of Kim enterprises is here ...i have led him to your cabin..he is  waiting for you there..." His secretary informed...

"Kim Taehyung? He's in my office ?" Jungkook asked while raising his eyebrows and his secretary nodded positively...

"When did he come here ?" Jungkook asked

"Almost an hour and a half ago sir ..." His secretary said making him nod ...he continued his way towards the elevator while thinking about why Taehyung was here and soon his face broke out into a smirk when something came in his mind ...
He got out of the elevator and confidently strode towards his cabin ... opening the door of his cabin he saw taehyung sitting on the guest chair and fiddling with his paperweight but he looked lost in some thoughts ...

"Well who do we have here !!!" Jungkook suddenly spoke in a loud voice, startling taehyung badly who immediately kept the paperweight down and stood up being alert which made jungkook smirk ...

"What are you doing here mr.kim?
Trying to steal my designs ??" Jungkook mocked him as he came towards his chair and scoffed when he saw Taehyung's eyes widen at his question ...

" Chill ..I was just kidding ...I don't have a  habit of blaming someone without any proof ...
Anyway, have a seat .." jungkook said with a sweet smile and sat on his chair as if he didn't just taunt the elder ...

Taehyung bowed down his head in guilt and shame and quietly sat down on his previous seat ...

"So may I know why you wanted to meet me ? " Jungkook asked in a professional tone ...

"Yeah ...ac.actually ...I wanted to .umm... apologise t.to you .." Taehyung stuttered as he looked at jungkook who tilted his head at one side listening to the statement ...

" Apologise for what ?" Jungkook asked even though he knew what was coming ... Taehyung took a deep breath and closed his eyes in anxiousness but still started speaking ..

"For ..for everything..I ..I have done w.with you ...
I am ..sorry ..
I am really sorry jungkook ...I ..I shouldn't have behaved like that with you ...I shouldn't have t.treated you the way I did ...I shouldn't have said all t.those things after our marriag.."

"And that's where I should stop you mr.kim..." Jungkook cut off Taehyung in a middle ... Taehyung looked up at jungkook in confusion ...

"This is my office if you don't remember ...
I work here ...and I hate it, absolutely hate it when anyone talks about anything other than work stuff here ...and I think whatever you were saying or were about to say was not at all related to any kind of work ...
So it will be better if you don't continue...but yeah, do tell me if it's something about work ...I would love to hear it ..." Jungkook said in a flat tone making Taehyung look at him flabbergasted...

"Jungkook please listen to me onc..."

"I am listening to you mr.kim ...there's no one else in this room other than us right ?
So I will have to hear you talk even if I didn't want to, no ??" Jungkook said with a sigh as he placed his chin on his knuckles while resting his elbow on the glass table ...

"I am really sorry jungkook ... please just give me one chance to rectify my mistake ...I promise I will never do anything like that again ...I will never say anything bad to you again ...I realised my mistake ... please come back home ...just please let me rectify my mistake ...I promise I will make everything right ...just ..please forgive me ..."Taehyung said as he looked at jungkook with pleading eyes ...

"Mr.kim , I think you didn't hear what I said a while back ...
I.don't.want.to. talk. about.anything other than work ..
I hope now it is clear to you coz this was the last time I said this ..." Jungkook voiced out again in his crisp and clear voice...

"Jungkook please ...just one chance ...I just want one chance from you ..ok ..ok, if not for me ..then please for mom at least ...she really loves you jungkook ...and I know you love her as well ... please come back home for mom ..." Taehyung tried to coax jungkook...

"Wait a minute, I have heard something like this before ...
Oh yeah ...your mom also said something like this to me some months before ...damn boy, you and your mom both are so fucking good at twisting your words and emotionally blackmailing someone ... c'mon, don't look at me like that ...I ain't lying ...
Your mom kind of emotionally blackmailed me to marry you saying all these love shits and all and of course I too didn't have any other choice at that time other than agreeing...and that led to that one unfortunate day *sigh* ...
And now you are trying to manipulate me by taking her name in front of me ...tch , seriously???

Anyways, what I am trying to say is ...I have seen this pattern of behaviour before and I will be damned if I fell for it again...
So guess what, I will not go back to your house ..." jungkook said in an unbothered way and shrugged off his shoulders...

"Jungkook , you can't talk about my mother like tha.."

" And you can't control my life mr.kim ...." jungkook roared this time, having enough of this drama ...

"You can't control my fucking life like you own it ...I won't allow you or anyone to do such a thing ..ever ...
I was controlling myself not to say all the things I am about to say but you left me no choice ...
You wanna listen?
Then listen to it loud and clear ...

Some people in my life think that they can control my life as if it's their own ..they are always commanding me , ordering me and forcing all their decisions on me as if I am a robot who can't function on its own ...
First my so called aunt , then your mother and now you ?

You know when your mother first supported me, helped me cope up with every shit happening around me after years of not having anyone who thinks of me, I thought that I got a person who only wants my betterment ...who only cares about what they can give me not caring about what I would do for them in return ...I thought I got a person who would just listen to my problems and comfort me ...and not gonna lie, she did ...she did comfort me in my hard times but at what cost ?

She didn't even bother to respect my privacy ...I begged her not to disclose anything about me to anyone but what did she do ? She narrated the entire thing to a third person as if it was a damn story ...and before you start to defend her, let me tell you one more thing ...she never bothered to know my opinion on this stupid fucked up marriage ...
Yes, you heard it right ...she and my aunt had already decided that they are throwing us in this shit called marriage and then she came to inform me ...pretending as if my opinions matter when clearly they didn't ...for anyone ...

You know how lucky you are that you got a mother like her? She asked me to marry you because she just wanted to see you becoming her old happy Taehyung which you once were ...she wanted you to behave normally with them and not ignore them ...and do you know that even after all this things that you did to me, she still came here to defend you ? She asked me to give you a chance ...she apologized for your sake but you?
You didn't...
You didn't even bother to contact me all these days, let alone apologising..tch ..
And now today you have finally gotten the time from your precious schedule to come here and give me justification as to why you did that and convince me to forgive you?
Then get it clear in your head Mr.kim, I won't ...I won't forgive you not anyone who is the reason why I became weak ...I won't ever forgive the people who made me feel like a piece of shit ...and what did you say ? You will make everything right ? Huh, nice joke ...
But you know, I am actually curious to know as to how you will do it ? Tell mr.kim, how will you make everything right?
By saying sorry? But do you think you one sorry will be enough? You think your sorry will be able to take back the days where I was fighting alone in this marriage? Or give me back the tears I shed being lost ? Or maybe take back the insult that you bluntly threw at me ?
Your sorry won't take away my sorrowful days mr.kim...your single sorry won't be able to take away all the pain that you've put me through...so don't even bother trying ...

Now if you have gotten your answers then I would like for you to leave ...I am busy ..." jungkook said and looked away from Taehyung...and Taehyung?
He was just looking at jungkook with slightly teary eyes, feeling helpless...

"J.jungkook ..plz just onc.." taehyung tried again but ...

"Leave mr.kim" jungkook looked at him in frustration and that look was enough for Taehyung to nod his head ,disheartened ..
He stood up from the chair and moved towards the door...he reached the door, stood still for a few seconds with his head bowed down and took a deep breath, finally looking up ...he then turned to look at jungkook once and said in a determined voice ...

"I will earn your forgiveness jungkook ...no matter what I have to do , I will earn your forgiveness...
It's a promise..." Taehyung said in a firm voice and quickly left the cabin leaving a frowning jungkook in his own thoughts , still looking at the closed door...
