Zero POV:

We got everything that was needed to unlock the RAK. And along the way, Julianna confirmed that she was Colt's daughter. And more of our memories came back. One of them was Colt's desire to break the loop to free Julianna from its influence. I can't blame him because like I said before, living the same damn day over nonstop is torture. But another memory should be more important. Me and One cooperated with Akira long before the loop started. Before Tsurugi Industries became a massive corporation. Time to have a few more words with her

We go to Tsurugi Industries Headquarters and go to Akira's office. We see her with several cups of liquid.

Akira: I've been expecting you two. So have you finally discovered your past?

Zero: We know that we were assassins who Blackburn took in and trained under him. I mean I have a feeling we killed even before that, but most is still fuzzy.

One: Same. Although I must ask, do we really want these memories back?

Akria takes a sip of her cup and sighs.

Akira: No matter how twisted they are, the truth is worth fighting for. I mean, there are some that would be better buried and forgotten, but this isn't one of them.

Zero: I had a similar feeling.

One: Hey can we have some?

Akira: Of course. It's hot chocolate. I prefer not to kill my liver like the rest of those idiots on Blackreef. At first I thought this was a promising project. But I soon found out it was just something to live out their lives in self-indulgent hedonism. And yes, I am aware of how reduntant that sounds.

Zero: That's exactly what most of them are. And I don't care what my past is. I just want to get out of this damn loop with One and Colt. And maybe you if you're truly on our side.

Akira: Oh, I am.

One: This hot chocolate is so delicious.

Akira: Thank you. It's an old family recipe.

We all sip out cups of hot chocolate and Akira speaks.

Akira: You are here wondering what out connection is.

Zero: You know us so well. I much prefer you than Blackburn.

Akira: Oh yes. I am nothing like Blackburn. Honestly I think you two as Logan and Carmilla Blackburn are of no relation to that demon. Well, we met when Blackburn allowed you two to get a break from him.

One: Seriously, we had a vacation?

Akira: A break. We met and I was just an immigrant from the far east. My family was poor, but they were so happy. I however, wanted a little more than. I wanted to eat nice things. I wanted to have my own room. I wanted to know what it was like to become high in the world. I ended up meeting you two after I gave you both a place to rest for a bit.

One: You really went out of your way for us. Thank you.

Akira: Well, it wasn't just out of the kindness of my heart. You see, while I was poor, my mind was unlike many. I had an idea for a prototype that could reach into other planes of existence. When it detected your energy, I saw it was capable of more than just powering buildings. I saw a plane called the Void, the thing that was connceted to you two. And once I tapped into it, all these ideas, technologies, plans. They all flew into my head. I started working in a creative fever and ended up inventing them. Soon my patents gained attention and over time, I started my company. To think, this massive tower orignated from a workshop in my family's garage.

One: The Void. Did you hear of something called The Outsider?

Akira: Outsider? Not really, but I felt a presence there. I meant it wasn't recent, it was more like it's been there a very long time. Either way, I ended up becoming one of society's elites. Caused technology to rapidly developed by decades. Well, except for the Motherland. They wanted to do things their way. Of course, they were soon considered a second world country compared to the places that glady accepted what I was offering.

Zero: So, why did you joined Aeon?

Akira: I wanted to see what the impossible was like. But I ended up getting so caught up in my achievements and enjoying my fortune, I didn't think to check on my family. I mean, They always sent letters, cards, and videos that they have been doing better than ever since I started this company. Even saying that they understand that I'm busy, not upset since I'm the one who is heavily responsible for giving them a better life. But I miss them, been missing them.

One: Akira, they're porbably long dead by now. Who knows how long the loop has been going.

Akira: You might be right. But I want to see what's outside. Maybe go traveling on my own terms instead of business in other places.

Zero: Okay. I trust you. So, we got everything we need to kill the visonaries. Just two more passwords for the RAK and then we can get to Julianna and find a way to kill Blackburn. I know he's expecting us to do this so he can come out for a final showdown.

Akira: Let me try to handle Julianna.

One: You'll kill her?

Akira: Yes and no. I'll try to talk to her. Try to see if she can understand our reasons. that this place is a prison, not a paradise where we are free. But, if she refuses--.

Zero: We'll end her.

Akira: All Visionaries dying is the only way we can escape. And Julianna will see that it's better to have a life with no repeats.

One: You really think you can convince her? She's about as insane as me.

Akira: I have to at least try.

Zero: Okay. Well, thanks for telling us more about our past.

Akira: My pleasure. There's one more thing. Both of you, take my hand.

One and I look at each other before we grab her hands. I feel a power awaken in me and I feel like I've become lighter.

Zero: What is this?

One: Better not be drugs.

Akira: Of course not. I am simply re-awakening your connection to the Void. Ever since the loop began, your links were severed. I spent countless times trying to regain that connection and I finally found a way. Those slabs were created by the anomaly but you no longer need to use them. Access your true potential.

Zero/One: Gladly.

We leave the headquarters and decide to go hunt for Blackburn. Sucks that we can't exit the Island due to the heavy defenses controlled by an independent security system. We travel across Orario, but we don't find him anywhere. We then get a call from him, speak of the devil.

Zero: Blackburn?

Blackburn: You two are getting closer than ever before. Though, I must say, you two have really stepped up compared to before. Then again, you both weren't originally this determined. You thought of escaping the loop as a game. Now you two are dead serious about this.

One: Well, we've come around. This place is a cage. We want to be free. We want to fly for ourselves. We want to accept our paths and make out way toward the future.

Blackburn: Excellent, you'd be a pretty good actor.

One: Oh, thank you. But we're still gonna have to kill you.

Zero: You are a Visionary.

Blackburn: And so are you two. To break the loop, you know what has to be done, correct?

Zero: We know. And we're going to do it.

Blackburn: Excellent. Now, Kill the founding members of the Aeon Program and I will come out and we will decide whether the loop persevers or not.

One: Gladly, "Father".

Blackburn: Okay I was right to not want to be called that. Don't every call me that again.

Zero: Not arguing with ya. See you soon.

We hang up and we hear a noise behind us. We pull out our guns and turn to see Variants of us, with torn clothes. They also show clear signs of trauma.

Other Zero: You have uncovered most of the truth. But the rest has yet to become unburied.

Other One: The memories you both saw. You're more alike than you thought.

Zero: The memories those weapons had?

One: With the Boy and Girl who looked nothing like us?

Other Zero: So much has changed. So much has become broken.

Other One: We are not like we are before. And yet, do we want to go back?

Other Zero/Other One: Perhaps, this is for better or worse.

They pull out guns and commit suicide in front of us, disappearing. What they said was similar to the messages that appeared in our heads. Do we want to go back? I don't that means going back outside the loop. I think it means going back to the past. To how things were long ago. I don't care about who I was back then, and neither does One. We just want to get out of this damn loop.

We then get a call from Colt who is sounding pretty cheerful at the moment.

Zero: Hey Colt.

One: What's up?

Colt: You guys are not going to believe this, but I think I found a device from Tsurugi Industries that can allow the generator room to power two bunkers at once.

Zero: Seriously?

Colt: Yeah. I had to insert it into the underside of the console and the "Nanite" things inside of it. It should carry on to the next Loop.

Zero: So we've got everything. Me and One will head over to the generator room and divert the power to the last bunkers.

One: You'll take the one in Updaam and We'll take the one at Karl's Bay.

Colt: Got it. And I'm assuming your teleporter tech will allow you to make it to Karl's Bay in time for Harriet's Sermon?

Zero: Yep. We'll kill her and sabotage Frank's fireworks while we're at it.

Colt: Tell me the password over the radio and I'll unlock the Rak and then deal with Charlie and Fia in the afternoon. You two can have a break.

One: I would greatly appreciate it.

Zero: Then we kill Alexis, Egor, and Wenjie at the party. You take the Rak to Fia and we'll deal with Blackburn.

Colt: Wait, what about Akira?

Zero: She's on board with this. She wants to escape the loop just as much as us.

Colt: Okay. I never would've have signed up for this if it meant getting me and Julianna trapped here. I thought I could go back and fix things. All I did was make things even worse.

One: Just keep pushing forward. That's all we can do at this point. Besides, whatever Fucked up state the world is in, it's got to be different than seeing the same damn thing for eternity.

Colt: *Chuckle*, Damn straight. Okay, let's do this.
