Sera's POV

I watched as Adam's eyes blazed with fury, his voice trembling with anger. His loyalty to Emily was evident in every word he spoke, his accusations piercing through the air.

"Sera, how the FUCK could you?! She was just a child, a KID in need of guidance! And you, you ripped her wings and banished her without a second thought!" Adam's voice echoed in the chamber, his fists clenched in frustration.

I felt a pang of guilt and remorse gnawing at my insides. The weight of my decisions bore down on me heavily, the consequences of my actions becoming starkly clear. Despite my resolve, I couldn't shake off the doubt that clouded my mind.

"Sera, answer me! Why did you do this? What purpose does this serve?" Adam's words cut through the silence, demanding an explanation that I struggled to provide. "You know what? Forget it. Tell God his precious 'first man' is outta here."
