"JACOB WAKE UP,"A voice yelled

"Ashton, Henry let me sleep longer,"I sighed

"Do I sound like a dude to you or something," the feminine voice screamed loudly.

I sat up confused I opened my eyes even though I was tired. Standing Infront of me was the red haired green eyed girl I used to be so close to.

"Rose,"I smiled. She leaned down and hugged me tightly. A second later Leafeon trotted in. She jumped up on my bed and pushed my hand.

"I know what you want,"I grinned grabbing Pearls Pokeball.

I tossed it and Ina flash the small Eevee appeared. Leafeon was so excited she ran off with her little child. Eevee was jumping up and down in excitement over her mom.

"So how is everyone?"I asked

"Good, Katie and Mikey are dating. That girl is bad for him. He got In a fight the last day so now he has summer school,"she said

"With who?"I asked

"I don't even know something is wrong with him though,"she frowned acting very concerned.

"I'll come visit soon and see what is going on when did you get here?"I questioned

"An hour ago. I discovered the city a little bit,"she grinned

"It's beautiful isn't it,"I smiled at the thought of the fields of gorgeous flowers.

"Yeah, and you really need to keep your apartment door locked,"she said standing up,"now get dressed so we can go explore."

She walked out of the door and went to the living room. You never had to tell Rose to make herself at home.I got dressed comfortably and went to see Rose. She handed me a pop-tart and we walked out of the building

"How are my parents,"I asked

"I don't really know, I heard your mom went to stay with your grandpa for a while,"she gulped,"Dad has been at the bars."

"Oh,"I whispered sadly

"It's okay, he doesn't deserve you,"she said patting my back

"This is the pokemon daycare where I work,"I smiled at her

I lead her into the warm building. Abby was inside with her three electric Pokemon.

"Hey Abby, this is my friend from Yama her name is Rose,"I introduced them.

"Hi, Rose nice to meet you,"Abby smiled

"Hope you don't mind that she tags along?"I asked

"Yeah that sounds great,"she sighed still smiling though.

"Sweet,"I answered

"Shall we go?"I asked

"We shall,"they both answered at the same time. I took both of there arms and I lead them to the middle of town where the honey festival was being held.

"Are y'all competing?"I asked

"We will just watch you,"Rose said after they both had shook their heads no. We all made our way to the front of the crowd as the local nurse joy began to speak. She was the one who had introduced me to the town.

"Welcome travelers and citizens,"she began,"At the end of spring and beginning of summer we have the honey festival to celebrate the wonderful Pokemon in this beautiful town,"

"You will receive a jar of honey you lather it onto a tree and hope a Pokemon gets close to it. While there distracted you toss one of the five Pokeballs your given at it. If you catch the most Pokemon you get a years supply of honey. There is a variety of Pokemon from bug types to grass types to Munchlax, Teddiursa and others,"she smiled

I got a Jar of honey and five Pokeballs. I choose one of the healthy looking trees that was located towards the edge of the Forrest away from the others. I spread the sticky honey on the tree and waited.

First was a small yellow spider Pokemon named Joltik. There usually native to Unova someone must have abandoned it. I could give it to Abby as a gift I tossed a Pokeball at it. It shook once before clicking.

After a few minutes a tiny green seed looking Pokemon appeared. It was a grass type named Budew. Since I caught Abby a Pokemon I decided to catch Rose one as well. The Pokeball quickly captured the tiny grass Pokemon.

Two worm Pokemon were licking the honey. One was yellow with a stinger on its head. It was a Weedle. It suited my friend Mikey so I captured it for him.

The other was green and friendly looking. It was called Caterpie. I decided to help my friends f Ashton get over his fear of Pokemon so I caught it for him.

With the last Pokeball I would catch my self a Pokemon. I waited for the right one to come along. It was a purple monkey with a hand on its tail and it was called Aipom.

I waited for him to eat the honey and I threw the Pokeball at him. He was sucked in and it rocked back and forth. It finally clicked. I had caught it.

The bell rung signaling the contest was over. I was pretty confident thinking I used all my Pokeballs.

The judges counted my Pokeballs and I grinned.

"In third place with 16 Pokemon Contestant 8,"nurse joy smiled

"In second with 23 Pokemon contestant 12,"She said again

"In first with 30 Pokemon contestant 3"she cheered

I suddenly didn't feel so proud of myself. I shrugged it off and went to find the girls.

I pulled out two of the pokeballs I had with me and handed one to each. They both released the Pokemon I had captured for them.

"Aww jacob I love her so much,"Rose smiled hugging her Pokemon.

"Thank you he is awesome,"Abbey giggled rubbing both Joltik and Jolteon.

"Jacob,"a voice said I turned to see my two room mates.

"I thought since you don't like large Pokemon I could catch you a common small one,"I said to Ashton.

I handed him the Pokeball containing his new Caterpie. He sweated but released the Kanto bug type Pokemon I had caught for him. It crawled up his arm and Ashton didn't look scared at the thing.

"It isn't that bad,"He laughed

"I guess that means I'm the only one without a Pokemon,"Henry sighed crossing his arms

"Meow,"a Pokemon hissed at Jolteon.It was a skinny gray cat Pokemon with a long springy tail. It name was Glameow.

"Wow it's adorable,"Henry said with heart eyes.

"It's challenged spark to a Pokemon battled must have a crush on him,"Abby stated

Jolteon stepped forward without his owners command and prepared to battle the stray Pokemon.

Jolteon used his thunder attack while the wild Glameow used agility to dodge.

Jolteon then used Pin missile sending lots of sharp needles at the cat Pokemon.

Glameow had no time to dodge the powerful attack it got hit head on. It fainted from it injuries. Abby handed a Pokeball to Henry he threw it at the cat Pokemon. It was sucked in and captured quickly.

"Yay!"Henry exclaimed running to the Pokemon center to heal his brand new Pokemon

I then released the Aipom I caught for myself . He crawled up on my shoulder I smiled happily with it and patted its back.

"Welcome to the team"I grinned at the Pokemon that was hanging on my shoulder.

He shrieked happily. For the rest of the night we played carnival games which I alway won at, ate the best food ever, and had the best time ever.

"I'm staying at the Pokemon center. I'll see you tomorrow,"Rose said when we were alone she took the Weedle for Mikey so she could give it to him when she left for Yama.

"I had a good time today."She grinned before kissing my cheek on the right side of my face.

After she left my other friend Abby walked up to me.

"I had so much fun thanks for catching me a Pokemon,"she blushed kissing my left cheek.

I felt like I was hit by a brick wall. I had feelings for both of them. Rose was so sassy and fun while Abby was kind and gentle. They were day and night.

Left or right? It was a fork in the road and there was no turning back.
