"So, I guess you might have already known about this. Our company is down and out and It will be under Steven's name. He is going to take it.  You need not worry about your salaries, everything will be settled and he is a good business man. in fact the top one currently. Even if you want to get other jobs I believe the experience in this company will definitely help you get good jobs out there in case you are not planning to work under him. But the people I gathered here is not for that reason. Everyone here in this room is talented in their departments and also in the departments we need. What I want to say I am starting a new company and I am inviting to our new company.  No injustice will be done to anyone of you or anyone in this company. If you are willing to believe in me and come to my company you are welcome. I am going to start a gaming company so I brought you people out who I thought would be asset in my company. The decision is yours." Gouenji said and sat silently.

The crowd erupted in murmurs and they started talking among themselves.

"You are starting a new company. Though you are the son of our director and worked with us before, are you sure of the success?"

"I am." Gouenji said without missing a beat quite confidently.

"We need not shut down this company." Someone said from the crowd surprising me. "There is another way." What the! There is another way? There is a way that Gouenji missed? "If we make a slight change in the contract papers, we can easily to push the loss on our shareholding companies." He said making Gouenji and I look at each other faces.

"I believe we can't do that. The Shuuya's built their company on trust and they are not willing to resort to such low means. We believe in our talent to build everything back, even more glorious." I said annoyed.

"Who are you? You are saying as if you know."

"I am Destiny Faith. Gouenji Shuuya's personal Secretary and I know. I know them well." I said confidently.

"You believe we can gain success without resorting to such means in business? You don't know business well. You don't have enough experience."

"I might not have enough experience and I might not know business well. But I know Gouenji. We will be successful. And the company will be built on quality, values and innovation." I said giving no room for argument. "We are not begging anyone here to join us. We are asking for your support and your invaluable service. If you trust us, join us."

We walked a little later out of the conference room with our new team formed and confirmed. Most of the youngsters joined us so we have a rather large group. I believe most of them joined because of Gouenji. From what I heard from Kidou he not just gives orders but guides them in the right direction giving them ideas and suggestions. They believed in his talent and innovation.

"Since the team is confirmed now we have to search for a place. How are we going to pay its rent?"

"I have my salary in my bank account. We will be able to pay."

"Your salary?"

"Yes, I didn't work for free in my father's company. He paid me."

"How much do you have?"

"A few billions."

"What?" I asked surprised with my mouth open and he shrugged in return. These rich people doesn't know what is little and salary means right?

"What about the settlement of your fathers company?" I asked slowly.

"Don't worry. The finance department will settle it and despite how he is Steven is a good business man. . All our personal assets will be used to clear some other things except for the house we are living in. That is mine. My dad's bank account too. Only my bank account will be untouched. I don't have assets on my name. I never accepted anything from my dad." I nodded in understanding.

Master has self-pride. He wanted to build everything on his own and earn his own things and not get it handed down from his parents I guess. He sure is admirable.

"Your caption was good. It will be our company's tagline."

"My caption?"

"Yes. The one you said just before."

"Did I? "

"Hmm."

"I told one?"

"Quality, values and innovation. I like it. It will be our caption."

"Oh! You meant that! I guess that can be. I thought that is what you will stand for."

"Hmm."

After going home we assigned the settlement of Richard's company's finances to the respective department and people. He supervised them sending them mails with instructions on what to do. The rest will be done by them. Then we sat down and searched for a place. It should be near to us, good transportation means, spacious enough for the team, good ventilation. We didn't find a perfect place. Let us face the truth. How can we in such less time? But we found a good place and the negotiations were done. It is not some fancy business place but good enough for a few months and comfortable for work. Then at last we sat down and made presentation and the frame work for tomorrow and divided the work and people. Of course, suggestion and ideas are accepted from them. We just did the basic work.

The next day was a big fuss. This time not in college! Of course there would be a big fuss in college too but it is another story since we are not going to attend. As said Aram took care of it. News papers exploded with Shuuya Company's downfall news. Tablets exploded with the news, even in the T.V and reporters clouded the house trying to take pictures. It was a great feat trying to get away from them in the morning, even though we started at four in the morning.

They continuously snapped photos and threw questions at us. They didn't leave me either. Even now they are asking about the relation between us, why I am coming out from his house, where are we going together and so on. We decided to stay silent without giving them any answer. I believe rather than giving answers staying silent makes it big news. Anyways we finally reached the place we rented. Ah! We already informed them of the place through mail and message.

We decided to go there at that early in the morning to set everything in place. Furniture was brought in and we directed where to place it according to the plan we did. Mostly there will be open cabins except Gouenji's who has a office room of his own. I made sure there are enough desks and chairs, three desks extra for safety and few more free chairs and chairs in the conference room. Labels everywhere indicating the department but seats can be decided among them.

We did this manual work fast enough in an hour. I have to thank the people who were patient enough to deal with us at such an early morning. Next computers came in and we made sure every computer is working and made way for its connection after all they won't work without electricity. Some pen stands here and there and some water bottles, water cans and other small things which I thought would be useful. We economized and made it in as low cost as possible but of good quality.

The main programmers that Gouenji said consisted of ten people excluding him. Including me, Gouenji, the programmers team and the people from the company, the total number of people in the company is a little less than forty but still I think it is a big group and we started the day with a meeting.

"Welcome everyone to the Shuuya company. Today is officially the start of our company and I welcome you all. I will get into the matter. We have just one month in our hand. In one month we will be releasing our games. Most of you already have experience in it since we already released a game or two in my dad's company... but this game we are going to release will be on an entirely new level. These games are going to form the capital and investment of our company. They will be our first release and also the first impression of our company. So we have to make sure it is perfect. We are going to release a game and it should out in the market in a month's time. That means the game should be finished in two weeks time, one week for testing and knowing its faults. And the last week is for promotion."

Murmurs erupted in the crowd at this.

"I know making a game in such a small time will be difficult but not impossible. Every second from now will be valuable. I am not going to compromise on anything. We need everything to be perfect. We divided you into teams based on your previous work experience and capabilities. The game idea will be discussed now. The art team will start drawing the characters based on the description given. It should be finished in two days at maximum. No extra time.

We will start programming too. The team I brought here, everyone is an excellent one and we will be forming a small group with the ones I brought guiding and supervising, they will help you at problems you get struck along with their work. I believe they are efficient so. I want every detail to be clear and the moves of the characters very smooth. The game have to be very realistic and the player has to get the feeling of being sucked into the game.

I don't compromise on anything. We have to do the best in this month's time we have. The finance team will look after the expenses allowed and concentrate on promotion methods from now on. We won't have enough time if we leave it to the week. I need you to start it from now. Background music, trailer for the game and I even plan on an intro song. All this will be left to you. Now coming to the game details.."

And so the meeting went on for an hour. His game idea is innovative attracting various kinds of players. It has battle scenes, housing, farming, selling, family bonding, pets, adventures, tasks. It even has the option to get online and interact with other players, complete the tasks together, have battles, competitions, it never gets boring.

One thing that I noticed here very clearly is that I am the only girl here. I am the only girl in this entire company. I give this credit to none other than our boss Gouenji here. Clearly the friends he formed when he attended the coding courses are all boys. There is no doubt in that. He will never talk with a girl more than one word and that too only when needed so forming friendship with them will be too much for him. And all the employees are young guys, below 35 for sure, mostly below 30.

But I expected at least one girl from his company. Surely there are talented females in his company but his interaction with them is nil resulting in this monastery. No worries, we will get some in the future. He is not against females, I mean he does hate females but I don't think he will refuse jobs for females in his company. He just refuses to associate with them. In business and professional matters he interacts with them and behaves professional and respectful towards them.

The company is basically divided into technical and financial team. Gouenji is technical team and I am the head of financial team. Yeah, I am the head though I never expected. I didn't make any objections. He said he will help me, the people in here know mostly how it goes. I just need to divide the work and decide things, solve if any problems arise. He said that I can do it and I accepted seeing him and Kidou, Aram, Fidio are there to help me if need arises.

I brought some futons and blankets here. It's rented, not bought. The work schedule is packed. To complete it on time everyone would have to work overtime and have to start work early. I expected some to sleep here on certain occasions and they are allowed to. They can't sleep on the desks, that would mostly add on to the stress and they can't work well.

I even arranged boxed lunches to be delivered. Most of them are bachelors so expecting them to bring lunches is a little too much. They would be going out to have lunch but it would be a waste of time and tiring to go there on their part. In the time I stayed in New York I have to make my own meals so I know which delivery would be good and economical too. It came in handy.

Gouenji sure is awesome, being a major in business he knows about computers a little too much to the point of hacking any computers. I envy him. I will also learn it after this. He works with great hackers and programmers on equal level. He is the head of technical team not just in name. In fact the crucial and difficult parts of the game was being done by him. He even makes the crucial decisions; in fact the total game plan was his!

He is truly a master, entirely on a different level. I feel like a useless person compared to him. The work he does and the decisions he make is superb, mine is nothing in comparison. So I am trying my best to be useful and giving it my all. But I am not a useless person in total. I feel like I am doing something but when Gouenji is brought in the frame of reference it becomes nothing.
