Six years later

The Kenobi-Solos fell into a routine.

Rey and Ben woke up at 5:30, where Ben would go to the kitchen and let the dogs outside.

Rey would hop in the shower in their bedroom, wash her hair and shave then walk out with her robe.

She would see Ben in the kitchen, coffee made and the dogs feed. He smile at her as she yawned and poured her coffee.

He would head into the bathroom to shave and brush his hair. While Rey finished her makeup and hair in the bedroom.

When it was done it was 6:30, ben went into the kitchen to pour orange juice, toast bread and get oatmeal in bowls as Rey went to get their children.

She woke up Daliah first, had her get dressed and she would braid her hair, her long thick locks where black and reaches well past her waist.

When she was done with her daughter she would toddle out of her room and go have breakfast with daddy.

Rey went to wake up their son Max , get him dressed and smooth out his hair.

Once both kids where eating Ben would make sure their lunches where packed and had all their needed school work.

Rey would slip the rest of her outfit on and get any of her grading from the last night and pack it in her work bag.

She would see Ben in the bathroom, having the kids brush their teeth and floss.

Ben would kiss Rey's cheek and tell her he loved her, then kiss Daliah bye bye and take max with him.

Ben worked at Courstant Corp and they had a daycare center for employees.

He would drop max off and tell him to have a good day and make his way up to his office.

Rey would get her daughter and they would go in her car, listen to some music as they drove to school.

Rey dropped her daughter off at the elementary school across the street, kiss her goodbye and then go to her high school across the street.

She taught health and human anatomy to juniors and seniors. She would have classes 1-4 then she at lunch she would either hang out with Finn, her brother in law slash best friend who was in the classroom next door or finish grading.

She had a free fifth period in which she would do any other grading slash work.

Once that was done she would teach her six and let students come in till 3:15. At 3:15 she left and went across the street to pick up Daliah from her day care.

She would talk about her day to her mother and sing along to music on the radio.

Rey would then drive to Max's daycare and pick him up. She would see Mitaka , Ben's assistant, and tell him to tell Ben that she had Max, which Mitaka would reply with "of course Mrs. Solo"

She would smile and drive the kids home, they'd be home by 3:45, Max was down for a nap and Daliah would do homework while Rey finished any work she needed to do.

When all was done at 4:30 she would let Max and Daliah play, either with legos and Barbies or draw with some kid show on as she made dinner.

Ben would arrive home and both kids would run to him, talking over each other to get their daddy's attention.

He would walk into the kitchen where Rey was cooking, kiss her cheek and then set the kids down.

He would help his wife set the table and get drinks out. The family would sit down for dinner, eat and then the kids would put their dishes away while ben went to their basement to work out.

Ben would then take a quick shower and then he would go to the living room to get the kids.

Rey would draw a bath for Daliah and then wash her daughters hair and body. Let her play while she got her towel and clothes.

Rey would wrap her daughter in a thick animal towel and bring her to the living room where Ben would sit down on the couch and hold his daughter as his wife finished bathing their son.

She would dress Daliah while Ben warmed up Max. He would the go get him dress for bed while Rey would make her daughter brush her teeth.

Daliah would call Ben and he would read her a book while Rey had their son brush his teeth and she washed her face.

Daliah would call for mommy when Ben was done with the book and went to Max's room to read to him.

Rey would sing her daughter a song and kiss her cheek then turn on the nightlight and turn off her bedroom light.

She would sing her son to sleep and do the same then go to the living room in her pajamas.

Ben and she would sit on the couch and watch television, her head in his lap as he played with her hair.

"Baby" ben said and she looked up at him.

"Huh?" She asked and Ben would start to paw at his wife's breasts. She'd smile and he would try to get in her pants.

"Ben I'm tired" she would say before he even slipped one finger to her folds.

He'd sigh and she'd kiss his lips softly, and then go to bed. Ben would follow after making sure all the doors where locked and the dogs where inside.

"I don't know what to do" ben sighed as he pushed his pasta around in his plate.

He and Hux where out for lunch.

"What do you mean?" Hux asked his friend as he went to take a sip of his drink.

"I mean my wife and I have fallen into a routine. We have two kids and soccer practice and ballet rehearsal and piano lessons... she's grading and I'm working out and I haven't had sex in three months" he groaned.

"It's Christmas time mate" Hux began.

"I'm Jewish" ben rolled his eyes.

"Well She isn't... what if you go all out for Christmas slash  Hanukkah, a tree and lights"

"Just to get laid ?" Ben asked.

"I'm just saying, Gwen and I have been married just as long as you two and I had sex this morning... and I have four kids" he smirked.

"Well... I'm happy with Max and Daliah and our dog but.... I need sex ! Like... jerking off in the shower or watching porn on Sunday mornings while the kids are sleeping in and Rey is doing yoga isn't cutting it!" Ben said groaning.

"Here's a thought... try harder - I mean... get some candles, drop the kids off at your mothers house, take her out to a nice dinner. Play some music, throw in some champagne.." Hux said.

"I'll try but... ever since we had Max things haven't been the same" Ben sighed.

"He's three" Hux said.

"Fuck you" ben said as he sighed.

It was Thursday night which meant that Max had soccer practice and Rey insisted on Ben coming.

He saw Rey in the parking lot, Dalia was helping her mom get her bag.

"Daddy !" Max said, stained knee guards and a red face.

Ben ran to his family, his tie from work loose and his suit jacket undone. "Honey I am so sorry I'm late" he said to Rey.

Rey glared at him "you missed three damn games !" She shouted. "Daliah, Max get in the car"

"Mamma" Daliah said "I wanna ride with daddy"

"Car now" she demanded and her children walked into the car quietly and slammed the door.

"How hard is it to be on time ? I was on time. Ben I managed to get to get max, go grocery shopping, get a crock pot meal ready and finish my grading for the week" she said tapping her foot "and you couldn't show up to a fricken soccer game ?!" She said.

"Babe I tried so hard but I got in a meeting and then Holdo called and" he said trying to reason with her.

"I don't wanna hear it" she said "just" she sighed "don't expect a warm dinner or a living wife" slowly a single tear rolled down her face.

"Baby" he said reaching for her.

"Don't even" she said as she walked to her car and sat in the drivers seat.

Ben groaned and watched as she and the kids drove off, most likely to Denny's. That was Rey's go to place to feed the kids when she didn't feel good or was upset.

Ben got in his own Lexus and drove to his mother's house.

"You're an idiot!" She smacked her son as she rolled some dough for a pie. It was a couple days till Christmas and she still wanted her grandkids with her as they had a "holiday dinner".

"Mom! I'm late ! I had meetings... this is why... this is why I think Rey should be a stay at home mom and" he began but was smacked by his mother.

"Uh-uh... She is a brilliant teacher and makes a difference in those kids lives" she told him "go get her some flowers and go home and apologize! Now !" Leia said and he nodded.

Ben arrived inside with a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of wine. He saw that both of the kids where in bed and that Rey was in the kitchen.

She was angrily cutting cookies out of cookie dough with tears running down her face.

"Baby" he said softly and she looked up at him, tears stained her face and she had a red face.

"What?!" She yelled.

"I'm sorry" he said walking to her, gently cupping her face.

"Are you really?!" She asked.

"I am" he said kissing her forehead "were gonna be better. We're gonna have a big wonderful holiday dinner and we're gonna be happy. And we're gonna go to games as family and be together more" he said.

"Promise?!" She asked.

"Do I ever break my promises?" He asked.

"No" she said and he kissed her lips warmly.

"Now let's go to our room and make sweet love." He said

It was Christmas Eve, both kids where sleeping and Rey and Ben wrapped some last minute gifts.

Leia and Han where coming over in the mornings as where Rey's family.

"Did your dad ever dress up as Santa Claus ?" He asked her and she threw a piece of crumbled up wrapping paper at him.

"Ben" she said as she moved aside the tape from their bed.

"Huh?" He asked as he finished boxing up a Barbie for Daliah.

She leaned over him and kissed him sweetly. He smirked and slowly raked his hands under her pajamas as she undid his night shirt.

They got each other naked and proceeded to lavish each other. Ben went down on Rey then up in her.

Rubbing her clit as he thrusted in and out of her wet folds. "Ben" she moaned.

"Almost" he said as she gasped as his neck and scratched his head.

"I'm coming" she said and she slowly came around him, that finally squeeze sent him over the moon and soon he was done.

He pulled out of her and kissed her head "merry Christmas baby"

"Happy Holidays" she smiled and kissed his cheek.

With the families all there the kids finally got to open their presents. Daliah got new barbies and finally a Barbie dream house, which Han said he built from scratch.

Max had Uncle Finn and a Uncle Poe help him open up His race car sets while the rest of the families exchanged gifts.

"Okay" rey said and everyone turned to her "I have a little announcement" she smiled.

Everyone turned to look at her "ten months ago I found out I was pregnant" she said and everyone gasped.

"However... at 2 months I lost the baby... I didn't tell anyone . Not mom or Leia or poe... not even ben" and he looked at her.

"However... four  months ago I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I was so sure I would miscarry that I didn't tell anyone. Now that I've spoken with my doctor and I'm at 20 weeks and the chance of me having a miscarriage is much smaller... I can announce that in April we will be welcoming our next baby Solo" she said.

Ben ran to her and threw her in his arms, kissing her lips and rubbing her belly.

"Mommy is having a baby!" Ben said to their children who tried to reach their mama.

"How is mamma having a baby?" Daliah asked and everyone laughed.
