Ray's POV

Amelia was discharged about a week later, after a couple of scares and a fwe mishaps.

But she was fine now and we were all back home as a family again.

Jacob never let her out of his sight after what happened, but refused to hold her.

It made me so upset that he felt like he couldn't trust himself.

I could.

Andy could.

And i was so sure that Amelia could too.

Whenever i was holding her and Jake walked past, she would reach out to him for a cuddle, but he walked right on by.

At first, for Andy, it was understandable. He knew Jake felt responsible.But i noticed how Andy would get irritated  whenever he did it and i swore he was about to birst one day.

Then the last time Jacke did it, Andy did.

I was feeding Amelia and Jake had just come downstairs. Andy was sat next to me on the couch.

Jake went from the stairs to the kitchen, which he had to go passed the couch to do so.

As soon as Amelia noticed his presence, her mouth left the bottle and her big blue eyes looked up at Jacob as he went by. She cried out for his attention and spread her arms over my left shoulder, but he completely ignored her.

Andy and I had watched the whole thing.

I looked over at Andy with sad eyes, but his were completely different.

His were full of rage.

"Jacob Alexander Biersack, get your ass over here right now." Andy growled.

"Andy..." I sighed as Jacob mumbled something under his breath, slumping his way over to the other couch next to me.

"What?" He asked.

"This needs to fucking stop. Ok? No more of this behavior towards Amelia. She's done nothing wrong and neither have you. What happened the other day was an accident and nothing more. ave you got that?" Andy snapped.

Jake bowed his head and nodded slowly.

"I just don't want ot risk anything." He whispered.

I sighed and looked at Andy with my eyebrow raised.

"Calm down." I mouthed.

And completely dismissed my comand and went on at Jacob for about a half hour.

It was about ten minutes through, however, that I took Amelia upstairs to give her the rest of the bottle.

I sat in the rocking chair in her room after turning on the CD player.

Vivaldi was her feeding music and Beethoven was fo sleeping.

By the time the CD had changed to the Beethoven, Her bottle was finished, she had also been burped and changed into her night clothes.

Just as i got up to put Amelia to bed, a knock came from the door.

It was timid and in a short sequence of four, telling me it was Jake.

"C'mon in." I whispered.

True enough, Jacob walked in with a troubled look.

"I'm sorry sweety. I did ask dad not to be hard on you. He just has a problem with listening to what i say." I sighed.

"It's fine." He mumbled, proving to me that it obviously wasn't. "Can i say goodnight to Amelia please?" 

I gave a small smile and nodded.

He came over to us and i handed her to him.

He smiled down at her and kissed her soft head.

"Goodnight Angel. Sleep well." He whispered before setting her down carefully in her crib.

The moment couldn't have made me smile any brighter...

"Alright Jake... You can watch a few videos on Youtube in your room, just be asleep by midnight. Got it?" I raised an eyebrow.

He smiled. "Ok. Thanks mom."

He hugged me and kissed my cheek before wondering off to his room.

I made my way back downstairs to get a galdd of milk.

"Ray." Andy called from his seat on the couch.

I ignored him and went to the fridge.

"Ray!" Andy called a little louder.

I continued to pour the milk into a glass and walked back out of the kitchen with it, towarss the stairs.

"Ray, don't ignore me." He sighed, angrily.

"Oh i'm sorry? Me don't ignore you? Oh fuck off Andy." I scoffed and started to climb the stairs.

"I'm sorry ok? I shoudn't have shouted at him." Andy gave another sigh as he rubbed his forehead in frustration.

"We'll talk about it in the morning. You can sleep on the couch."
