Eri - "I was able to leave the building today."

Sans - "whoa, really? are you okay? did he do something to you?"

Eri - "They left my door unlocked so I ran out and I met two heroes."

Sans - "that's great! what were their names?"

Eri - "I didn't get them. One had a green costume with bunny ears and the other had yellow hair with a yellow and white costume."

Sans - "i know the green one, that's midoriya, one of my classmates. the blonde one sounds familiar though I can't quite place him. did he do anything when you got caught?"

Eri shifted and held her arms. Sans wanted to hug and hold her, but they couldn't make physical contact in the soul connection.

Eri - "He beat me really bad and used his quirk on me again."

Sans - "i'm sorry eri. midoriya is really smart, he'll definitely be back to save you."

Eri nodded, still upset. Her form started getting fuzzy and flickering in the blackness around them.

Eri - "Sans, I'm waking up! Somethings happening!"

Heroes in training, Lemillion and Deku were horrified as they stared at their friend and classmate floating in a vat of unknown chemicals. The little girl they were chasing had a centrifuge in her hands and she chucked it at the glass.

Chemicals poured out as well as Sans's skeleton. On the other side of the room, a vibrant, white, upside down heart was violently vibrating in a sealed glass cage. The machines hooked up to it were off the charts with readings none of them could understand.

When the glass shattered, the heart stopped vibrating. Its colors shifted from pure white to a yellow-red swirling color. Sans's bones started levitating off the ground. Three feet or so off the ground, his bones burst into a searing fire that ignited the chemicals on the ground. The heart flew straight into the fire without a second delay.

The fire quickly died down after that with a naked Sans laying on the ground.

Deku - "Sans! Lemillion call Ground Zero now!"

Deku tossed his phone to his partner and ran over to his classmate. He quickly covered him in a lab coat dropped over a chair.

Deku - "Sans! Get up! The building's going to explo -"

A fist collided with his cheek and the barely clothed boy glared at him with glowing eyes. His left eye was glowing red with a bright yellow pupil and his right eye went completely black with his pupil glowly neon blue.

"Where am I? Who am I? What am I? Where is Eri?"

Question rattled around his head as he scanned the room.

"Green and yellow. Unknown, caution needed."

Eri - "Sans!"

"Protect."

He ran over to Eri, who was hiding under a desk. He tied his coat shut and ran out of the room with her. He ran past a large number of people.

"Red and black, unknown, escape."

"Sans! Bro, come back!"

He made it to the entrance of whatever building he was in and summoned a blaster to break down the door. A blonde human with piercing red eyes was frozen in...shock?

"R-Richter?"

"Blonde, unknown...pretty?...sad?"

He didn't run from this pretty human. Wide red eyes full of some kind of emotion. He slowly reached his hand to touch his face. Shots rang out and a blinding pain stabbed through his side.

"DON'T FUCKING SHOOT HIM!"

He took the opportunity to run past the blonde and use a blaster to escape to the rooftops. Hiding inside an empty water tank was child's play to avoid detection. He used fire from his hands to cauterize the bleeding wound on the side of his stomach.

Eri "Sans? Are we safe now? What about your family?"

"Family? Family is...Eri. What other family do I have?"
