Eijirou led the charge of Todoroki and Momo down a flight of stairs. The blaster Sans made for them floated in front of them. It was slowly manifesting its own magic connection and core. Its soul was forming inside its forming ribcage. It was a slow process, forming its own core and a single bone at a time, but they were coming along.

The stairway was dimly lit, and sort've wet. The paneling above them was dripping with old water. It wasn't long before they reached the bottom floor where they heard whispering. Eijirou got ready to break his ring as they peered in from the doorway. A young woman Eijirou very much remembered was sitting in a cell with a heavily scarred man he saw at the camp. The woman had a soul in her hands with the guy cupping her hands from below. They both seemed elated while watching the upsidedown floating, blue and green swirling heart.

Nova - "Hello children. You're a long way from home, now aren't you?"

The soul vanished into the woman's chest as she pointedly looked toward the doorway. The man was confused but snapped his fingers. A small blue flame, akin to the flames that overtook the Beast's Forest, appeared next to Eijirou's head.

Nova - "Ah, yes. I remember you. You are the human who lives with my baby brother. Thank you greatly for looking after him."

Eijirou - "Yeah. You...You're Nova?"

Nova - "Sans talks about me?"

Sans - "Yeah, he has really high praise of you from what he can remember. He'll be happy to see you again."

Eijirou rushed forward, but was yanked back by Todoroki.

Todoroki - "Think for a second, Kirishima. That's the man who burned down the Beast's forest."

Dabi - "Poor Shoto. Life must've sucked at home."

Todoroki - "Who are you?"

Dabi - "I'm Kan Touya, The Underground Phoenix Hero: Dabi, and formally Todoroki Touya."

Todoroki - "What?"

Dabi - "When you were barely four, the bastard was overtraining my quirk and it burned me to ashes. He had me declared legally deceased due to a quirk malfunction and I resorted to being a petty thief and pickpocket to survive. When I was fourteen I was adopted by the Kan family. Speaking of..."

Dabi pressed his earpiece.

Dabi - "Yo, Toga. Go time."

He took the earpiece from his ear and stomped on it.

Dabi - "You good to go, Princess?"

Nova - "I suppose. Human girl, you've yet to introduce yourself."

Yaoyorozu - "Oh! I'm Yaoyorozu Momo! I'm Sans's class deputy representative and good friend."

Dabi - "I remember the Yaoyorozu family. Yaoyorozu Kenji and Tsumugi, your parents? How're they doing these days?"

Yaoyorozu - "Father is currently overseas in China establishing a new sector to his company. Mother is working with food and homeless shelters to give people work. As of this moment, she's organizing a construction crew to build a new apartment complex for the workers and their families."

Nova - "What a lovely woman. And who is this little thing?"

The still forming Blaster flapped its newly formed wings.

Nova - "The lack of magic in this world is dreadful. Here, Absorb some of my magic to form quicker."

Bright gold magic with flecks of blue and green flowed around the blaster. Within seconds the Blaster had four legs and proper wings. The Blaster's magic was lime green with flecks of translucent gold.

Nova - "Have you chosen your human from these three?"

The Blaster hopped over to Yaoyorozu and nuzzled her leg.

Nova - "Great, Yayorozu was it? Why don't you give him a name?"

Momo - "Uh, Tadeo?"

Newly named Tadeo jumped around his new mistress gleefully.

Dabi - "As sweet as this is, we need to get going. If Sans is here, he's in danger."

Nova - "What?! Sans is here?! Why is he here?! He should be at the hospital! He's in no condition to be in combat! His magic is far too weak!"

The sudden change in Nova's attitude startled them, but they followed the woman back up the stairs. A ton of lower grunts blocked their way just beyond the doorway. They were all shot in the neck with tranquilizer darts and they dropped like flies.

Toga - "Touya, burn up already. Our cover is already blown."

Kirishima watched a young woman, not too much older than them, walk up with a tranq gun in hand.

Dabi - "Fine."

Dabi lit himself on fire and soon after burned to ashes to the ground. Todoroki was horrified but fascinated when his long lost oldest brother rose from the ashes. Red hair, striking blue eyes...there was no doubt he was a Todoroki, former or not.

Momo - "Sans, Midoriya, and Iida are on the upper floors looking for Bakugo. If he really is in danger, then we have to hurry."

Nova - "Then let's hurry up and go. I refuse to let Sans get hurt again."
