Pixie Bob - "Alright everyone! It's almost time!"

Sans heaved the weight set back into place. A cool towel was draped over his neck by Katsuki as they both stared at her.

Ragdoll - "Alright kittens! The Test of Courage is tonight!"

Sans - "G.Z, what's a courage test?"

Katsuki - "People go into a haunted house or forest full of dumbasses trying to scare you. If you leave the area properly you win, come out the way you came, you're a coward."

Sans - "Sounds simple enough."

Sans and Katsuki joined their classmates around the Pussycats. The squad ended up congregating closer together. Sans was interested in the courage test. Nothing like it was in the Underground.

Mandalay - "Okay now, listen up everyone! Later today, after dinner, we will be holding a Test of Courage minigame. Class 1-B will be tasked with scaring class 1-A and !-A will be tasked with retrieving their name tags. If you do not have your tag, you will be one of the losers. Class 1-A will be separated into teams for the test. Finish up your training and go hit the showers."

Sans received a little head pat from Katsuki.

Katsuki - "What's going through that head of yours?"

Sans - "Nothing much. Sounds like fun though. Wanna be on my team?"

Katsuki - "Alone in the woods with a skeleton? Sounds like my kind on night."

Denki - "Gag! Come on get a room!"

Mina - "Kami shut up!"

Sans went pink and laughed as Katsuki was yelling at Kaminari while bright red.

Eijirou - "It does sound really fun! Such a manly way to test out our quirks!"

Iida - "I'm one to agree, Kirishima. This exercise will be most beneficial!"

Hitoshi - "There's no way they're going to pair us up by relationships. That last thing they want is teenagers fucking in their forest."

Sans - "Yeah, I thought as much. I wonder who I'm getting paired with..."

Mina - "Worry about that later! You reek of b.o! Go get a shower!"

Sans - "Fine. Tell Kats where I went after he's done yelling at Kami."

Sans left the group with the sounds of firecrackers in his wake. He took a comfortable shower to the sweet, blissful sound of silence.

Eijirou - "Bro, hurry up! Mina is holding a mini spa in the girls room!"

Sans - "I'm coming."

Sans got dressed quickly and hopped on Eijirou's back. Mina gave them all facemasks and did their nails. Sans sneakily snapped a picture of Katsuki with a tiger eared spa headband on and sent it to Masaru. Too adorable. Little did Sans know Eijirou did the same to him. All done up in a koala eared headband and pale blue face mask, a picture was sent to Ichika, Natsumi, and Undyne.

By the time their little spa session was over, it was time to get started on dinner. A big pot of seafood hotpot was served by the Pussycats. Sans enjoyed it, it was actually the first time he tried uni (sea urchin). Shota actually showed up before they were all escorted to the forest.

Shota - "I'm going to be taking Sato, Ashido, Kaminari, and Kirishima for some review lessons and extra training."

Pixie Bob - "That's fine! Now we have an even number of kittens to work with!"

Mina - "I want to do the Test of Courage!"

Denki - "Come on!"

Eijirou laughed nervously as he flung his girlfriend and best friend over his shoulders and followed their teacher with Sato.

Katsuki - "Those are future headaches avoided."

Sans - Be nice, Ground Zero."

Katsuki - "This is me being nice, Richter."

Tiger - "Let's go everyone! Follow Ragdoll!"

Sans was draped over Katsuki's back and followed the classmates to a 'spooky' gateway that led into the forest.

Mandalay - "I'll separate you into teams now and I don't want to hear any complaints. Tokoyami and Shoji, Todoroki and Bakugo -"

Katsuki - "WHY THE HELL AM I PAIRED UP WITH THAT ICYHOT BAS-"

Sans quickly covered Katsuki's mouth.

Mandalay - "As I was saying. Todoroki and Bakugo, Jiro and Hagakure, Yaoyorozu and Aoyama, Uraraka and Asui, Ojiro and Aizawa-Yamada, Iida and Koda,and finally Gaster and Midoriya. Once the first team goes through after three minutes the next team will be allowed to go, then so on so forth. Okay! Tokoyami and Shoji, get going."

Sans got off of Katsuki's back and faced him.

Sans - "Katsuki, I know you are not going to complain about this because I will find out if you do. If i hear about you complaining or cursing out Todoroki, I will revoke your cuddle privileges for a month."

Katsuki - "Fine. I'll see you later."

Sans - "See ya."

Sans watched Katsuki as he angrily stomped into the forest with Todoroki at his side. Soon, he was left with Midoriya until they walked into the forest. They were both enveloped in dirt and mud until they were released somewhere completely different.

Midoriya - "I guess that was so we didn't run into the others too soon."

Sans - "Guess so. I'll send out some scouts."

Sans set out a bunch of tiny blasters to scout out the area. He led Midoriya down the path in front of them.

Midoriya - "Your quirk is pretty interesting. It's called Gaster Blaster?"

Sans - "Uh, yeah. I just call them Blasters."

Midoriya - "What exactly do they do, if you don't mind my asking?"

Sans - "Well, if you remember at the Sports Festival, I can make a blaster of any size. However, like Ectoplasm, the bigger the blaster the less I can make at a time. The scouts I sent out, they're really just small blasters. They inform me of possible threats. If I leave a blaster materialized for too long, they start to gain sentience. They basically no longer rely on me for their energy and whatnot. I actually gave a blaster to Kota for a companion. He named her Jelly."

Midoriya - "Fascinating. And your other quirk, uh, Shortcut?"

Sans - "I travel through a plane or a dimension called the Void to go from point a to point b."

Midoriya - "What's the Void like?"

Sans - "Well -"

A pair of screams sounded off from their left. Sans recalled his scouts and sent them toward the screams as he and Midoriya ran after them. The scream sounded too familiar for Sans's liking. And he was right. A massive human was holding Asriel and Kota over the cliff's edge. Jelly was by the mountain side behind them, practically in pieces and barely surviving on her own.

Sans - "Midoriya...Stand back."

Midoriya looked over at Sans and backed away a couple feet. Sans's head was smoking and after a small gust of wind, his hair caught fire. A blaster around the size of the human smashed him over the cliff. Sans grabbed both boys' Soul and brought them and Jelly's remnants to him quickly.

Sans - "Are you two okay?!"

Asriel - "The human came outta nowhere!"

Kota - "He killed Jelly!"

Sans looked over to Jelly who was fighting to stay alive. He cupped Jelly's skull and gave her magic to stay alive. However, Sans's magic was different than it was when Jelly was first created. The ends of Jelly's bones looked like they were charred and her joints held a sort of fire magic instead of the old lavender tinted glow.

Sans - "Jelly will be fine. Get on this blaster. It'll take you both to safety. This fight isn't over yet."

Sans made a blaster big enough for the three of them to fit inside the mouth. The blaster flew into the air just as the human got back on the cliff.

"I'll admit, I wasn't expecting that. But damn it was fun! Try it again little boy!"

The human charged at both of them and Midoriya flicked him away with his quirk.

Midoriya - "You and me Gaster!"

Sans - "Heh, just call me Sans."

Sans faced the villain and summoned a bone cage. The villain broke through easily and destroyed the blaster Sans made to slow him down. Sans was grabbed by the neck and was brought close to the villain's face.

Muscular - "I'm Muscular. Your name is Sans? Did I hear that right?"

Sans - "Whats...What's it to...you."

Muscular - "Your dear ol'dad wants you back."

Sans's eyes widened and started struggling harder to get free. Midoriya punched the villain away and helped Sans to his feet.

Midoriya - "Sans! Get out of here! I'll deal with him!"

Sans summoned another blaster and started flying over the forest with the boys flying close by.

Mandalay - "Attention Classes A and B! The Beast's forest has been overrun with Villains! They are after Bakugo Katsuki! You are permitted to use your quirks!"

Sans - "Katsuki..."

Sans panicked and sent out hundreds of scouts to find Katsuki. He found him at the main house and he sped off to get there as fast as possible. Sans crashed his blaster in his attempt to get closer to Katsuki. A swirly black and purple portal opened and a familiar scarred hand wrapped itself around Katsuki's throat.

Sans - "KATSUKI!"

Katsuki - "Sans..."

The portal closed up around Katsuki just before Sans got to him. On the ground where Katsuki was, were two wooden name tags. "Sans" and Katsuki were burned onto the wood. Sans shakily picked up both pieces and held them close to his chest. Shaking breaths turned into falling tears and falling tears turned into heart shattering sobbing screams. Sans fire spread to the ground in front around him until a ten by ten meter area around was engulfed in red and blue flames.
