He was speechless. For the first time in his life, he saw a beautiful angel sent from heaven. He wanted to approach her, but then he was called by Chino, his childhood friend. Chino Madrid was a longtime friend. His father and mother are the host of the party. When he looked back to see the girl who smiled to him, he was frustrated. The girl was nowhere in sight. He looked around, but he did not see her again. Maybe the girl left already.

"Son, bakit restless ka? May hinahanap ka ba?"

"Wala lang Ma. I'm just looking around kung may kakilala ako dito."

"No need na anak. Look, most of the girls are staring at you.  Nagagawapuhan sa bunso ko. Hihihi..."

"Mom naman. Sanay na ako sa ganyan. But don't tease me na. Hindi ako interested."

"I know. Kelan ka kaya magkagirlfriend after Janeth?Have you move on na ba?"

"Mom! Stop talking about her na. Baka akala nila di pa ko nakakarecover, well in fact blessing in disguise yun. I don't love her na naman dati pa."

"Okay! No need to panic. I don't like her either. Masyadong maarte. Maarte pa sa akin. Sana pagnagka-girlfriend ka kilatisin ko muna ha!"

"Of course Mom! You're the judge!"

"I love you, son!"

"Love you, too,  Mom!"

"Come on let's enjoy your Tito Vic and Tita Pauleen's party. Stop na with the banter."

"Look who's talking. Hahaha!"

They stayed for another 2 hours before deciding to go home. He did enjoy the party minus the flirting of some of the girl guests. He was so tired because he came from the office. The girl he saw never came back, and he was praying the whole time he was there that she'd come back but then it never happened. But he is hoping to meet her soon. Maybe she lives nearby or maybe not. But hopeful RJ, wants to see her again. He never felt sparkles and butterflies before when having blind dates, but with her, looks like he was captivated. And he's unfamiliar with what's  happening. He shooked his head trying to ignore it, but it was like a magnet pulling him. He can't help thinking about her, the doe like eyes, the pouty lips. He was indeed mesmerized.
