Kylo's POV
"Snoke is waiting for me to return with you." I tell her after a moment of silence, as we look at her new uniform.

She lets out a breathe. "Okay, let's do this." She smirks then turns and grabs her cape making it sway behind her.

I chuckle grabbing my helmet and following her. "Rey?"

"Kylo?" She turns and smiles at me as I place my helmet on.

"Only you could look like an adorable badass, but don't do that outside the room please." Her smile widens.

"Yes, Master." She opens the door and I follow her out into the hallway. I close the door and begin our journey down the winding hallways.

Hux and Snoke are suspicious of us. Rey glances over at me.

What's the plan?

Denine, denine, denine. She gives a slight nod and I can feel her nerves coming back That outfit makes you look dark, but only you can feel the darkness inside of you and let it grow.

What if I'm not meant to be on the Dark Side? I stop and look at her.

It's too late for that. I begin walking again and she follows behind me now.

We reach outside the chamber. I enter in the passcode and the door slides open. Rey gives me a nervous look as I pass her entering the dark room and she follows in behind me. The hologram comes to life.

"Kylo Ren... and his appertince." He chuckles with a slight surprised tone. "Welcome to the First Order."

"Thank you Supreme Leader Snoke. " Rey's voice echos through the chamber.

The door slides open and in walks General Hux. "I see we have a guest. Hello again Rey." Rey nods a greeting to him and he comes up beside her and stands next to her. We all return our attention to Snoke.

"You're keeping Rey as your name?" Snoke looks at her curious.

"Yes, Supreme Leader." Rey replies trying to stand her ground it seems.

"Come up with something more meaningful for her change, Kylo Ren."
Snoke says and I bow my head. "Have we decided where she will be when not training?"

"Kylo Ren insisted she stay with him." I shoot Hux a glare, but it doesn't phase him.

"General Hux was incapable of finding living quarters for her, so I volunteered my room instead of having her roam the ship." Hux looks speechless and pissed.

"I wasn't aware the room was already taken by Master Ren." Rey speaks up and looks at me.

"It's fine, my appertince, I can make sure you are on the right path at all times to completing your training."

"Very well, Kylo Ren." Snoke speaks up. "She is your responsibility."

Rey's POV
"Well that went well." Kylo says as we enter his room again.

"Why am I staying in your room?" I demand. "This is so suspicious!"

"There really are no other rooms, I will have someone moved to a different base to acquire a room for you if it's that big of a deal." He removes his helmet tossing it onto the couch and comes over to where I'm stopped just inside. "Until then, let's make the best of it." He leans in toward me. I push him away from me.

"Why is it always the physical shit with you?!"

"Sorry, I don't know when I'll get some alone time with you next." He calls after me as I walk away from him into the kitchen. I open the fridge and pull out some liquid that smells fruity. I pour myself a glass and sit at the table.

This is not how I expected any of this to go. This is all happening too fast. I fell for him within a few days. How the hell did he break my walls so fast. My fists clench and I stare at the glass with the fruity drink in it. I concentrate on the glass and suddenly it shatters and glass goes flying.

A shard of glass cuts my face and I begin to bleed. I sit there, releasing my fists, letting the anger flow out of the open wound on my face.

Kylo walks in and looks at me.

He notices my face and before he can say something I force push him into the wall and walk out the kitchen.

He freezes me in the living and I try to fight him. His hold is too strong on me. "We need to talk this out."

"You need to quit controlling me!" He approaches me from behind. "Let go of me." I growl at him.

He walks up and is inches in front of my face staring down into my eyes. I stare into his eyes and begin trying to search his mind.

He pushes me out and enters my mind showing me the memory of Finn walking away from me, Luke leaving me behind, then being left on Jakku.

"I will never let you go." He says with a sort of sadness, then releases me and I fall to my knees. "Rey, I'm not like them. You can't just shut me out and pretend it doesn't matter." I can sense his pity for me. "Please, let's talk."

A tear rolls down my cheek. That's what I've been wanting... to talk and get to know him more. That's it...

He crouches down in front of me and wipes my tear with his thumb and holds a cloth to my cut.

"What's your favorite color?" I mumble.

"Red, what's yours?"

"Blue." I stare at the floor.

"Like the ocean?" I nod.

We contuine talking about life on Jakku, life before Kylo Ren, and we get into a deep conversation about his regrets in life on the couch

"I regret killing my father everyday." Kylo says with a look of emptiness in his eyes. "Snoke said I would be free of this pain... I would fully leave the light side once he was gone... he is gone. Now I wish to return, but I can't." A tear rolls down his cheek.

"I'm sorry, Kylo." I wipe the tear off his cheek.

"We need to come up with your new name still." He shifts his position some and shakes his head to move his hair.

I move the hair that's still in his eyes. "I don't want a new name. My name is the only thing I have ever had that is truly mine and can't be taken from me. It's meaningful to me, no matter if I'm light or dark."

He cradles my face in his hands. "You will always be my Rey of light, even if you are on the Dark Side, my love... I'll tell Snoke that your name is meaningful the way it is." He smiles then kisses my forehead.

Where are you? The voice startles me and I reach for Kylo grabbing his arm.

Luke? I begin to remember why we can't go back... They don't want us, Kylo is right.

Yes, it's me. Where are you Rey? Are you hurt? My eyes begin to burn as I feel the tears boil up.

Why do you care? You abandon me! You did this to me! I'm gripping Kylo's arm hard now and he's saying something to me, but I can't hear him. My vision is becoming blurry and spotty with black disfigured dots.

Of course I care Rey. What are you talking about? Tell me where you are. I close my eyes and let the darkness overcome me again.

I'm on the Dark Side.
