Layla liked very few things, her friends were definitely apart of that as unlike her parents they never expected her to be perfect and she was aloud to be herself around them. The two she could count on the most were richie and Eddie she would never admit this but she has strong feelings for them and waited for the she could get away from her parents. Unfortunately after that fateful summer the losers fought pennywise her family forced her to move away and losing the only ones she cound count on finally broke her and she started fighting with her family and the day she turned 18 she left never to see or talk to them again. Now she is finally free to be who she wants to be and has dyed her hair and even gotten tattoos, she lives alone tho and for reasons she didn't know she couldn't remember anything from her childhood. She was in the middle of wring a new song when her phone rings so she answers "this is Layla karpar speaking" she says "Layla its Mike" the person says "mike who?" Layla asked. "Mike Hanlon, from derry" he says and suddenly she got very happy "omg mike hi it's been so long" she says "yea it has, 27 years" mike says and that for some reason scared Layla "you need to come home" he says.

Layla arrived later then she intended but she walked in and over to the table "um excuse is this the Hanlon party?" She asked and everyone looked at her "Layla?" The one woman says. Layla nodded "yea....wait a second Beverley?" She says and soon she remembered each face especially two in particular "wow I love what you did with you hair" stan says "thanks" layla says as she sips her water. As the dinner went on the losers caught up and laughed with each other and had a genuinely happy time then the fact that everyone was slowly remembering everything was brought up "it was like a overwhelming feeling of fear went threw me in that very moment" Layla says. That definitely coursed Eddie and richie to worry "why on earth would any of us feel that way?" Richie says and they all saw the look on Mike's face "mike what is it.....you remember something we don't" bill says coming to that realisation. Mike looked at his friends "something happens to you when you leave this town, the farther away the hazyer it all gets but me I never left, so yea i remember, I remember all of it" mike say. Layla felt a tear go down her face "pennywise" she says quietly remembering that fucking clown and what he had shown her, everyone became visible scared then they opened thie fortune cookies. Layla opens hers and becomes very quiet blocking out the bickering of her friends "I gotta go, i can't do this" she says and she gets up and heads out dropping her fortune on the floor. As richie went to go after her he picked up her fortune and he reads it only loud enough for the other losers to here "you would be better off dead, Ed's and rich will never love you" richie reads out. They all ran back to the town house and as bev opened Layla's bathroom door she screams as what she sees, its Layla hold a bloodied wrist and and razor with fresh blood on the floor. Quickly the other losers ran in and ben grabs a towel and holds it against layla's wrist while Eddie ran to get a first aid kit, Layla remained quite threw this hole thing even while Eddie fixed up her cuts. The other losers walked out while richie and Eddie stayed with her "why on earth would you do something like that?" Eddie asked and Layla just cried "I couldn't fight it anymore Ed's, don't say this to the others but I've wanted to kill myself for awhile now" she says. Its breaks their hearts seeing the girl they both love say this stuff "well for the record that fortune was wrong because we always have and always will love you" richie says sitting the other side of layla. The girl couldn't believe those words "really?" She says and they both nodded their heads making her smile, for the first time in a while she had a genuine smile on her face.
