Given what was about to happen Jaymi was surprisingly clam and the second she saw her friends she ran to them and hugged bill and stan as tightly as she could without hurting them. The two men returned the hug happy to finally have the girl in the arms after losing her once before "okay now to perform the ruital" mike says and they all get into place and mike set up the thing they need "your artifacts, place them in the fire, the past must burn with the present" mike says. Each loser pulls out their tokens

Then they each got in a circle with Jaymi standing between stan and bill then they all held hands and began chanting like mike instructed then to. As they do so the headlight began to fall "don't look at them!" Jaymi yelled and all the losers shut their eyes whilst still chanting and eventually when first a second they thought they'd done it a red balloon began to grew from the native American artifact mike used for the ruital. The losers back up and when the balloon popped on the sharp edges the noise was so loud it defended the losers for a few seconds then they all regrouped "did we do it?" Eddie asked and that's when pennywise popped up but he was huge. Jaymi hid behind stan and bill "did it work mikey, did it work? Tell them why your silly little ruital didn't work" IT teases "mike what's you talking about?" Bill asked "oh you didn't tell them the truth, never showed them the forth side, did want them to know what actually happened to the first ones to fight me" it says. That's when everyone realized the truth "are you fucking kidding me mike!" Richie yelled and that's when pennywise attacked and the losers ran off in separate directions, bev and ben went one way, richie and eddie went a different way. Jaymi, bill and stan stuck together and tried to find the way out but as they ran Jaymi literally fell threw the floor "JAYMI!"she heard bill and stan yell but she ended up landing hard on the floor of of her old basement. She looked around only to see there was no god dame door "oh for fuck sake!" She yelled as she stands up, that's when a single locked door appeared and a voice is heard from the other side. It scared her to her core "come back to me love" it was her ex husband "you know your nothing without me" he says as all the curl and horrible things he ever called her played in her head making her cower with fear in the corner. All she wanted in this moment was to be with her friends but that is the moment she feels the room fill slowly with water "shit shit no no no no no!" She yelled out but the sound of her ex husband's voice kept her frozen in place.
