"Jacob, hey." I say while kissing him.
"Hey, thanks for coming i tried to wake you up but your such a heavy sleeper... wanna grab coff-" he gets cut off by the loud bang in the background and people start running and yelling- Jacob and i exchange a glance we know what this explosion is we've seen it all before!! The next thing i know another one goes off behind us and Jacob is laying on the floor screaming in pain and then i blackout. Thats all i could ever remeber after that day. I was badly hurt with a broken wrist but Jacob got it 10 times worse - his whole leg had twisted in the other direction and his ribs where cracked. Guessing that you already knew we never actually went on that date!😭 We tried to live our lives as normal after this. Was history repeating its self? We were told to keep it all hush hush until now-three years on...!

**present day - 3 years later**
"Lil-im so proud of you. Actually being able to tell people your story on the accident of your mom and what happened to you!" The history teacher says as i glace over at Jacob who pays no attention to me. I should have probally kept my mouth shut bringing up the death of people like that imagine what he thinks of me...but i needed to find out why the explosions happened again but i need his help!

After the bell rang i went back to my dorm before Jacob and started to cry... i had no idea why he wasnt talking to me. Ever since the second explosion that harmed us he hardly talked and i know thats been about 2 years- we never went on another date and we have only kissed a handful of times! What is happening to us? I thought wed be that type of couple that would be together forever. Im sat at my dressing table ...

When i hear a knock at the door and i go to open it...
"Jamie? What are you doing here?" I ask.
Jamie Fuller was on my brothers soccer team so i assumed Jake ran off to practise.

"Have you seen Jake, after class he ran off and i cant see to fin-" he stopped as he saw the tears rolling down my face.
"Are you okay Lil?" He questioned but i just shake my head and walk back to sit on my bed. He comes in after me and sits right beside me. Stroking my hair and hug him- i know we're just mates and im allowed to hug my mate right? I then look up and hes staring right at me and then he leans in and kisses my forehead. Then i lean in to kiss his soft lips wheb Jacob walks in - trouble😥!?!?!

He looks at us in horror and falls back against the wall - what have we done? We didnt mean no harm...Jamie was just comforting me ... or did Jamie see it a different way.
"Jacob! Its not what it looks like!" I yelled. He took another glance at me and left - obviously i had to go after him.

**10 min search**
"Billy ... Billy. Have you seen Jacob?" I say with tears in my eyes.
"Yea he ran that way is everything okay?" I didnt answer him i just ran after Jacob. I go in the direction Billy sent me - the sports hall. As i walk in Jacob is sat on a bench at the far end - in a hurry i rush over and sit next to him.

"Jacob.. i... im sorry - Jamie was just comforting me! You hadnt been talking to me for months after the bombing in town and just at the point when i kiss someone you start to care."
" i do care about you Lily...i havent been distant i just needed time to think ... i lost my siblings and i have just found out that my fathers in hospital!" Oh great i didnt realise😡
"Jacob im so sorry!"
"Its okay Lil' its not your fault hes in there. And im not mad at you for kissing Jamie-i understand how you feel i have been horrible to you. You deserve better." I slap him and tell him to shut up as hes all i need noone else.

Hey sorry for the short chapter ... this is part one of 'jacob fights back' another chapter will follow up part two and see what happens between Jacob and Jamie.... thanks love ya.
