Midoriya's P.O.V

Today is the day. I have been waiting for this all my life. The day I go up to the surface.

Let me explain. This is the day most sirens can't wait for. We go up to the surface on the second month after our sixteenth birthday. We do this to decide on what life we want. The options are:

A) Live in the human world

B) Stay underwater

C) You live underwater and can go on land anytime you want but only for 12 hours a day.

Sine it was our first time we stay on land for seven days( a week) so we can make our decisions. Even if it's later than 2 months than your 16th birthday as long as it's your first time you get your rightful seven days.

Me and my friends Kirishima and Kaminari are going up today. We had to wait for Kiri's turn. I have my things packed.

I got my bag and headed outside of my room in the castle. I forgot to mention I am the prince of sirens. So the King sends a group of us to the surface. I know who is in my group.

Iida: The leader, worrywart, organized one,very cautious,kind and logical. He is also one of my friends.

Kirishima: The fun loving,friendly,kind,confident,humble manly(as he would say) and the honest one. One of my best friends.

Kaminari Denki: Kirishima #2, silly,caring and dorky. He is my next best friend.

Momo: Kind,caring,smart,understanding,logical and motherly. She is a friend.

Those are all the people in my group. I went to the Grand Hall. I see my group lining up infront of my father, King Toshinori, The king remarried to my mother. I quickly ran into the line with them.

King Toshinori: Today a group of you young merchildren will go to the surface to see what's beyond the water and decide on what you want. I hope you all have a safe journey to and on the surface. NOW GO FORTH!

Everyone: Yes king!

Then we all swam upward. "This is exciting!" I thought as we neared the surface. We poked our heads out off the water allowing the rays of the sun to hit our faces. It felt so wonderful.

Iida: Okay group! We are a bit far from the shore so we will stay under the water as we swim towards it so that we are not seen.

Denki: Aww~ Can't we just stay in the sun for a little bit longer please?~

Iida: We can't.

Everyone: Please Iida?~

We all gave him puppy dog eyes.

Iida:*sigh* Fine! For 5 minutes more minutes!

Everyone: Yay!

We then just basked in the sunlight for a while. It felt good but it started to hurt after a while. After that we swam upon a private area on shore and changed into human form. The transformation was quick and magical. We tried to stand but fell. After a few tries we got the hang of it.

Iida: Alright! Now that we got the hang of this walking thing we will go in to the city as a group.

Denki: Finally! We get to see some human babes!

Momo: Denki stop that! It's rude!

Then she slapped him in the back of his head.

Denki: Oww! That hurts! I was just joking about the human babes thing.

Momo: Mhmm!~*sassy madiea tone*

Iida: Alright everyone. We will go into town as a group. If we manage to get seperated meet back here around 3pm. Since it's around 10am now. Okay?

Everyone: Okay Iida!

Then we started to walk into town. It was exciting and scary. The people were rustling and bustling around. Vendors trying to sell their goods,people bargaining and buying the vendors goods,people in their homes,people at work. This was all new and exciting for me.

Momo's P.O.V ( I haven't written in her point of view before. Please don't mind the crappiness)

While we were walking I heard some beautiful music being played. I started to walk towards it. Iida said we should meet back at the shore 3 if anything happens so it's OK to leave them for a bit. After all this trip is for exploring. I went to where the music was being played. I passed through a crowd to see who was playing. It was a beautiful girl with black hair and a wonderful voice. She was perfect.

She finished playing her song. Everybody clapped and some threw gold coins into the hat infront of her. She put her guitar to the side of the stoll she was sitting on. Then she stood up and took a bow to the audience. The crowd left and she collected the coins left on the floor. I walked up to her. I wanted to talk to her. She intrest me.

Momo: Hello there!

???: Hello!

Momo: I liked your song. What's your name?

???: My name is Jirou and thanks. I wrote that song myself.

Momo: Your welcome. I have never written a song before........ or anything for that matter.

Jirou: What?! How do you mean you have never written anything before?!

Momo: Where I live we don't have ink and paper. It wouldn't survive there.

Jirou: Really?!

Momo: Yes.

Momo: I have never heard of a place like that. Where do you live?

Momo: Uhhh.....

Jirou: You don't have to answer.

Momo: Oh thank Poseidon!

Jirou: Who now?

Momo: Oh no one!

Jirou: Alright then. Nevermind that. We need to get yoy some paper and ink. I'm going to teach you how to write.

Momo: Okay.

She then packed up their things and we walked to her house.

Midoriya's P.O.V

While we were walking I missed a presence even though we are surrounded by people. I looked around and saw that Momo's gone. I better tell Iida.

Izuku: Iida Momo's gone!

Iida: It's alright Midoriya. She knows when and where to meet us.

Kirishima: She can also take care of herself man.~ It's all irie.~

Denki: Why are you talking like that Kiri?

Kirishima: I heard some people talking that and I wanted to try it.

Denki: Please stop. It's sounds like your high on seaweed.

Kirishima: Alright. I'll stop.

Denki: Good.

Izuku: Alright. I'll believe that she is okay.

We continued to walk through town for a bit more until we got tiered. Iida saw this.

Iida; Team! We will take a break. There is a pub over there.

Denki: What's a pub?

Izuku: If you read the Siren to Human book you would know. It's a place where humans go to eat,drink and relax.

Kirishima: Oh!

Denk: Then what are we waiting for?! Let's go!

Iida: Calm down Denki.

Denki: OK.

Iida: Good.

We then went into a pud called Uraraka's Pub. In there was a bit full but we found a table to seat all four of us. We looked to see a cute girl around our age walking towards us. She had on a uniform for the pub. I guess she was a waitress here. She had on a very big smile.

???: Welcome to Uraraka's pub. I'm Uraraka. How may I help you.

Izuku: Hi! I would like one fruit punch.

Denki: Me too!

Kirishima: As would I.

Uraraka: And for you sir?

Iida: ...........

I looked at Iida. He was in a daze like state just staring at Uraraka. I guess he found a human ha liked. I waved a hand infront of his face. He wasn't fazed. Looks like I have to save him.

Izuku: He would like fruit punch as well.

Uraraka: Ok then. That's 4 fruit punches. I'll be right back with your orders.

Kirishima: Okay. Thank you.

Then she walked away. Iida snapped out his trance. He looked a bit confused.

Kirishima: Iida! What the hell was that?!

Iida: What?

Denki: Just now! When Uraraka came to take our orders! When she was asking for your order you went mute.

Iida: Really? Man. I must have looked like an idiot.

Izuku: Yes you did.

Iida: It's just that I really like her. She is so pretty with her brown eyes, brown hair,fair skin and rosy cheeks. Just everything about her is beautiful.

Kiri and Denki: Ohhh~~ Does our leader Iida have a crush on a human girl!~ Ohh~

Iida: I don't like her!

Izuku: Man! You just said that you liked her!

Denki: You should ask her out man!

Iida: I can't! I just met her today!

Denki: It's cool man! We got your back.

Izuku: Yeah! You just have to ask like this. Kiri,Denki would you like to demonstrate?

K&D: With pleasure!

Kiri: I will be playing Iida and you will be playing Uraraka.

Denki:OK.

*DIALOGUE STARTS*

Denki: I'm back with your orders.

Izu and Kiri: Thank you.

They both pretend to drink off fruit punch.

Izuku: I have to go. See you later.

Kiri: Bye

Denki: Wow! You finished that fast.

Izuku: I'll leave my half of the bill.

Then Izuku put some pretend money on the table and pretends to walk away.

Denki: I have to go now.

Kiri: Wait! I have something to ask you.

Denki: What is it?

Kiri: I was wondering if you would like to go out with me sometime?

Denki: Sure!

Kiri: How about today?

Denki: Sure. I'll meet you here after my shift.

Kiri: Ok

*DIALOGUE END*

Izuku: That was the perfect example! I give you a round of applause!

Iida: Is that really all I have to do?

Kiri: Yes Iida.

Iida: What if she rejects me?

Denki: Then you have us. We'll cheer you up.

Izuku: Plus that won't happen. Your strong,caring,smart, reliable and honest siren/human. I would be surprised if she did.

Iida: Thanks alot you guys.

Denki: No problem.

Kiri: Shh! Dude here she comes!

Uraraka then she comes back with our drinks and sets down in front of us.

Everyone: Thank you!

Then Kiri,Denki and I drank off our drinks as fast we got them.

Uraraka: Wow! You finished that fast!

Denki: Told you!

Izuku: Yeah. Anyways we need to get going guys. We're gonna be late for the thing.

Kiri and Denki: Yeah. Bye Iida!~

Izuku: Bye Iida.

Iida: Bye.

Then we walked out of the pub. We didn't know what else to do so we went down to the harbour. It was relaxing. The breeze blowing,the waves crashing against the docks, the sailors and fishermen working.

Suddenly two big ships pull into the harbour. A big one with a red sail with skulls, a mermaid carving at the front and an ash blonde shouting orders to everyone. The next one had blue sail with a man with fire like hair and beard. I think I've seen that sail before but I don't remember where.

So this was the first part of the one shot you all have been waiting for. I hope I made your expectations if not I'm sorry. i won't be posting for a few weeks cause of exams. I'm so so sorry.
