ALSO i loved writing for robin and i'd be open to writing the scene in the bathroom where she comes out to steve BUT with the reader or really anything robin upon request :)

things had gotten turned upside down for you since you had gotten interrupted while at scoops ahoy. a little boy with curly hair known as dustin henderson had come screaming for her coworker steve harrington, and after you had fetched him, the boys were talking about russian communications. you had been scooping icecream with robin for what felt like forever, and you were both bored out of your minds. you convinced steve to let you switch turns, and you and robin were incredibly fast at solving the russian.

after finding out what the sentences were, robin noticed that the mall's stores all had to do with phrases from the russian recording. you had then convinced 10 year-old erica sinclair to climb through the air pipes and down into the secret room you'd discovered. erica opened the door, and the rest of the troop walked in. steve opened the suspicious boxes to reveal green vials that were clearly not chinese food.

the group was about to grab the vial and leave, but steve and dustin were unable to open the door and had started pressing random buttons. the room began to shake and you immediately reached for the wall, supporting yourself with it. robin was next to you, and you found yourself subconsciously holding her hand, and you noticed that she was holding your own.

when the elevator finally came to a stop, steve was screaming and erica was complaining. you hesitantly let go of robin's hand and made your way to the rest of the group, calming them down. steve looked over at you and rolled his eyes, but did as you said.

you smiled a little at him and then sat down, a bit worried about your situation. you fell asleep at some point, and woke up with your head rested on robin's shoulder. your fingers began playing with hers, and she woke up with a smile. you apologized for waking her but she just shook her head, looking down at you with soft doe eyes.

"i don't know what will happen if we get out of here." robin chuckled, lacing her fingers around your own. "but i do know that, if you'll let me, i'd love to take you out on a date and maybe become your girlfriend." you couldn't stop the eager smile that spread across your lips as you nodded, looking from her eyes to your fingers and back.

"i could be your girlfriend now." you spoke in a soft whisper, leaning up to press your lips to hers. robin melted into the kiss, her hand resting on your cheek to keep you close. her other hand was wrapped tightly around your waist, fingers playing with the best of your scoops ahoy costume. everything felt perfect as you both disconnected your lips, foreheads still touching.

"hey!" steve yelled, catching your attention. "save room for jesus, there are kids in this elevator." you looked over at robin and as soon as you made eye contact you both started dying of laughter, hugging each other as you fell to the floor laughing. steve just smiled fondly at the both of you.

"so," you spoke, looking up at robin, "what do you say about me being your girlfriend now?"

the girl smiled, pulling you into a hug. "i'd like that."
