Chapter No # 18

"The Warning"

Somewhere
It is around 9 PM of Night and the Fab5 are going towards their Destination somewhere near to the Deep Forest of Los Angeles.

Soon They found a Red Door in the middle of nowhere in the Forest.

Walking towards the Red Door, Fab5 stopped there & stood silent then Manik walked towards the Door. Immediately His Eyes changed the Colour and He started saying some Mantras which caused the Door to open. Smirkingly Manik walks in so does Fab4 following Him.

They started walking inside which looked like a Tunnel filled with Darkness and soon they found a Ray of Light. Walking towards their Destination they found themselves to be in the Forest again.

They continue walking and soon they see a Palace, The Haunted Palace which is a Home for all Immortal Creatures. Ghosts, Witches, Werewolves, Vampires and ETC. Their Heads as well as AMERICAN SUPERIORS reside there.

And right now this Palace is glowing like a Bride.

And why not Today is One of Superior's Birthday, a Date in which Superior MARCUS was born. This Date is Celebrated by killing 100 Innocent People in the name of a Ritual performed by 50 Moonlight Witches. Moonlight Witches are in Top Rank in Hierarchy. Right now the whole Palace is filled with Screams of those 100 Innocent People. And then suddenly there was a Pin Drop Silence as King Marcus stood up raising His hand. Ritual didn't stop but it was going on.

Meanwhile Fab5 are very near to the Palace. They saw Palace is Luminating and immediately stopped in their Tracks. Seeing Luminating Palace it confused Fab4 as they saw it for the first Time. Even though it was the first Time for Manik too but while Training for King of Immortal He had seen and had heard enough so it was nothing New for Him.

Aliya: Why is the Palace glowing?
Dhruv: Is there any Wedding or Ritual going on?

(The same Question arises in Cabir & Mukti's Mind. They were about to question also but heard Manik saying who is looking at the Palace intently.)

Manik: No it's not Wedding. But the "Ritual of Sacrifice" is going on.
Cabir: Ritual of Sacrifice? What do You mean?
Manik: The "Ritual of Sacrifice" is performed every 100 Years later on the same Date & Time. As this Date 31st February in Immortals Calendar comes Once in a Century. On this Date Superior Marcus is born of with Fire so in order to celebrate it 100 Innocent Immortal People are sacrificed since this Date comes after every Century or 100 Years Later. And here this Place which is many Feet under Sea-level, here Humans can't take a step as They are NOT allowed by Nature. It's against Nature's Law. Hence Immortals are sacrificed. Hence called "Ritual of Sacrifice".

(Listening to this Information Fab4 widened their Eyes not because of Ritual but because of Manik as Manik is aware of it. And a sudden question arises "HOW?".

Understanding their Plight, Manik turns and looks at them.)

Manik: I'm the King of Immortals. That's why nothing is hidden from Me. Before I got Training to become King I had known it beforehand. Maybe becoming a King was in My Destiny or I was born for this Position only. (Pause) Do You Guyz remember before coming here We saw RED DOOR. (Fab4) nodded. It was locked by a Spell which only I know. So through Spell I unlocked it and We came here.
Cabir: It's Cool yaar becoming King.

(Fab3 looks at Cabir in disbelief while Manik smiles a little at Cabir.)

Manik: It's not at all Cool Cabir. With Position comes Responsibility too. So in no way it's Cool. Anyways let's go inside or else Jane won't leave us.

(Hearing "Jane" Her name Fab4 makes a Disgusted Face. If She wouldn't be Mate of Marcus which makes Her equal to Superiors so Fab5 would have taught Her some Lessons to Her because of Her behaviour. But sadly They couldn't do anything.

Making Faces Fab4 follows Manik.)

In Palace
In Basement
Entire Basement is reserved to punish and where all Rituals occur.

Soon Fab5 walks here in Basement after being guided by Servant who informs them Superiors are waiting for them.

Coming to Basement They sees Marcus, Aro, Alec, Demetri and Chelsea are sitting Lavishly while Marcus's Wife Jane who was looking at Victims suddenly turns and looks at Fab5 with Her Red Eyes & Smirking Face.

Before seeing any of the Superiors, Fab5's looks around and sees Heavy Bloodshed. Immortal Neck's & Limbs are detached from their Body. It was nothing New for Fab5 as they also punished their Preys like this as They are Heartless.

Then turning their Gaze, they sees Jane smirking like this Fab4 except Manik wanted to punch Her but keep their Thoughts deep hidden or else Volturi especially Jane would know since They are able to Read their Minds. Unwillingly Fab4 bowed down their Heads in front of Jane. But ignoring Fab4 Jane is looking at Manik who didn't look at Her nor bowed His Head and makes an uninterested Face which made Jane to raise One Eye-brow. Then speaking in an Attitude filled voice.

Jane: Bow down Manik. You might be the KING of Immortals but don't forget who Am I. I'm One of the Superior.
Manik: Hmmm.

(Manik says in an uninterested voice and seeing Him not Bowing down still in front of Her makes Her Angry and Her Pale Red Eyes soon turn more Pale & Red. And immediately Screams "PAIN" at Manik but it has no Effect on Manik. It makes Her frustrated and more Angry so using all Her Powers She again screams "PAIN" but still it doesn't affect Manik. And now it was Manik's turn to Smirk.

Smirkingly Manik says.)

Manik: What happened Jane, nothing worked? (Now Seriously) Jane You are forgetting I'm not that WEAKLING anymore when I was during My Training and You used to create illusions of Pain making My Body turned on Fire. You should know that with Time My Powers are increased. And Dare You to think about Torturing My Friends or else it would be Me who would give You Pain.

(Saying this now Manik's Eyes Whitish part turns extreme Red. His Eyes show how much Angry He is. While listening to His words it increases Jane's anger & frustration more that She was about to do something that Marcus who now stands up.)

Marcus: Jane control Your Anger and come here.

(But Jane in Her anger didn't listen to Him so Marcus using His Powers pushed Jane to where Aro, Alec, Demetri and Chelsea are sitting.

Coming towards Manik. He says.)

Marcus: You are a Newbie Manik and how much Powerful You turned but still You wouldn't match to TRUE Superiors.

(And it was now Marcus turns to Smirk. And then says.)

Marcus: Heard Human Girl has entered into Your Life.

(Now it made Manik shocked then saying in an Extreme Anger filled voice.)

Manik: It's none of Your Concern. And stay Away from Her Marcus as much as You can or else no one will be more worse than Me.

(Seeing Manik's like this for a Second it made Marcus stilled as it was the first time for Him to see Manik like this. And in the next Seconds Marcus smiled and clapped His hands.)

Marcus: Brilliant. It's going to be Fun meeting Her.

(In the next Moment, Marcus finds Himself to be pushed by Manik to the Wall. Manik pushed Marcus with such Intensity that it created Cracks in the Wall.

Earlier it was impossible for anyone, even for other Superiors, to push Marcus so it came as Shock for everyone and for Manik also since He was absolutely clueless of His this Power. But little He and everyone knew Manik's Mate or Soulmate aka Nandini has entered in His Life which make Him more Powerful than already He was. And when He will Mate & Mark Her so no Immortal or Superior would be as Powerful compared to Manik. Or even Superiors would be Weak in front of Manik as Nandini is NOT AN ORDINARY HUMAN. If Superiors ever get to know about this Information so might Nandini's Life will be in danger as Superiors can never tolerate anyone more Strong than Them.

Manik's Power of pushing Marcus to the Wall wasn't enough and another Shock is awaiting for them.

Marcus's words has angered Manik to such extent that His Anger wouldn't calm till He punishes Marcus and in next Seconds everyone sees Marcus, a Superior is screaming in Pain as Manik joins his both hands together & looking Intensely at Marcus. Seeing Marcus screaming in Pain it angers Jane more and in next Seconds Fab4 were thrown somewhere in Basement making Manik more angry and screams.)

Manik: Janee...!!!! I had warned You. I won't tolerate anyone harming My Fab5 and HER (Nandini).

(And in the next Moment now it was Jane's turn to get punished. She was Crying in Pain and begging Him to leave Her but it had no Effect on Him.

Soon Barita, Oldest and most Powerful Moonlight Witch comes there.

Coming there, She raises Her hand in Air and immediately Jane & Manik were thrown.)

Barita: Enough of all this Manik, Jane and Marcus. We haven't called Fab5, especially Manik to indulge in Fight. Rather We called them to share some Important News so stop all this.

(Superiors don't like Fab5 and it's the same case with Fab5 as well as They don't like or Respect Superiors but are forced to Respect & Bowing knowing what Rank they hold and what Superiors can do if anyone Disrespects them.

But both Superiors & Fab5 respect Witches, especially Barita. So following Her, Superiors and Fab5 stood.

And then Turning to Superiors.)

Barita (to Marcus): Marcus I have seen everything and it's better to make Jane understand or She would face the Consequences for Disrespecting KING OF IMMORTALS. And same goes with You Marcus. Right now Manik is a Newbie and You are Superior it doesn't allow You to Misuse Your Position or else I won't waste any Second to punish You. Whatever Manik does in His Life is its Concern which in no way concerns You so stay back.

(Then turning to Manik.)

Barita: And You Manik, no matter how much Powerful You turn now and later in Future still it doesn't give You privilege to disobey, disrespect and be Rude to Your Superiors. Don't forget it was Me who made You Wear Crown. If I can help You to become King then don't force Me to Discrown You and snatch Your Powers from You.

(Hearing this Manik immediately bows His Head in Guilt as He can never Disrespect Barita. He can never forget what She has done for Him. Seeing Him Guilty, Barita walks towards Him and Smiles at Him.)

Barita: Smile My Dear. I'm happy You understood it. You are just like Your Mother JENNA.
Manik (Interruptingly): I Request can We NEVER EVER talk about My Parents.
Barita: Okay My Dear as You say.

(Says this Barita comes in Middle and says.)

Barita: I have called You all here to inform important News that You all need to be very Cautious as Someone is going to come very very soon. He is Good or Bad Time will only tell. So be prepared for everything and anything especially You My Child Manik.
Mukti: What can You tell us more about that Person?
Barita: Mukti I tried very much to find out Him but Nature has pretty much concealed the Fact about Him. Who is He I don't know but neither He is Mortal nor Immortal. He can be anything. And My Dear Manik You need to be very Careful from now Onwards as that Person can cause Harm to You using Your Weakness. And I know a Human Girl "Nandini Murthy" has become Your Weakness so You need to be Careful and hide Your Weakness. It's up to You whether You make Her Your Weakness or Your Strength but till You don't find about that Person till then You have to maintain some Distance with Her as You can drag Her in this Mess and can ENDANGER HER LIFE. And to share this News I have called 5 of You here as other than Manik no one knows about THAT SPELL and THAT RED DOOR. Since You 4 were with Manik that's why You 4 were able to see that Red Door or else like everyone else You won't see that Red Door. And Manik, My Dear You need to keep Your Anger in check. And from Now Onwards You 5 wouldn't torture Inhumanly especially You Manik or News of "Animal Bite" won't take that Person to reach You all. So be Careful from Onwards.

(Hearing Barita, Fab5 nodded and soon Fab5 walked from there as well as Barita leaving Superiors in thoughts.)

Marcus (Thinks): I need to find out how Manik can be this much Powerful. I need to find out the Reason.

Somewhere In World
A Girl is running from Group of People and suddenly She falls from Mountain into the Blue Ocean.

And in the next Moment She is saved from a PERSON who is holding an unconscious Girl JUMPED from Ocean to Mountain. Spelling something a Girl comes to Consciousness and sees Her Saviour and gets lost in HIS GREEN EYES. Making the Girl stand on Her Feet, Person walks from there and soon that Girl forgets what just happened that She was chased by some People of Group to being Saved. Unknown to Her, Her Memory is ERASED.

While Person walks from there showing His Muscled Bare Back.

After Some Days
It has been some Days since that Day when Manik hurt Nandini, talked about His Feelings and Barita has warned Fab5 especially Manik, since then Fab5 are silent and Careful to their Surroundings. And in these Days Nandini hasn't met Fab5 since She has Herself limited to Science Department where She is studying. In these Days Nandini is only able to meet Navya in Hostel since as per Working Hours only 5 Hours daily from Monday to Friday as total 25 Hours She is allowed to work in Her Undergraduate Program. She works as Waitress in Cafe to earn some Dollars.
But in these Days Nandini couldn't forget Manik and how can She ever forget Him since He is the only One for whom Her Heart craves for and Feels for.

Whereas Fab5 continued coming S.P.A.C.E early and walked off as They were done with their One or Two Special Classes. If there is no Class then Fab5 wouldn't come to S.P.A.C.E. In these Days Manik craves to see Nandini but hold himself as He doesn't want THAT DANGER come close to Her. He wants to Protect Her in all Means if it caused Him to stay away from Her. In these Days Fab5 are behind the Mission to find THAT PERSON about whom Barita had warned them and Train themselves to stand against That Person.

And now, Today is the State Level Championship in which all Footballers of the States who are going to come play for their Respective Cities as ONE MAN ARMY not in Teams. In this Manik was chosen from S.P.A.C.E to play for Los Angeles and in the last Moment One Person was chosen for Los Angeles in place of Manik from Calgary College. At this Manik was about to create Uproar but thankfully Fab4 handled Him and made Him remember about Barita's Warning. Fab5 were about to go from there that They heard screams "V" from Audience and soon got to know who replaced Manik was some V and He Won "State Level Championship" Trophy for Los Angeles. Getting Angry, Manik walks from there unaware SOMEONE Smirks seeing Manik like this.

Someone: It's Good to see You like this Manik. And Soon We are going to Meet each other, Manik. Your Destruction is coming Manik.

(Saying this, that Person walks from there.)

In Parking Lot
After so much pleading from Harshad & Navya, Nandini comes with them in Harshad's Car from Navya's Home. As on every Saturday Nights & Sundays Navya goes to Live in Her Apartment which is 1 Hour Away from S.P.A.C.E and since Nandini has Off on Saturday & Sunday from Cafe so She took Nandini with Her to Her Apartment. After Cafe-Tariea's Insult Navya has grown more Protective towards Nandini.

After Parking Car, Nandini & NavShad comes from Car and at that Time "Bugatti Divo" parks near Harshad's Car and Manik & Cabir comes out of the Car.

While Fab3 are behind in their Respective Vehicles.

As soon Manik & Nandini come in front of Each Other and it doesn't take a Second for them to get lost in each other's Eyes. And their Eyes didn't moved from each other's Eyes. World was long forgotten.

[Nandini's Attire. White Shirt and full length Red Blue Lines Skirt. And imagine White Stole around Nandini's Neck.]

Both of their Eyes hold Pain for not seeing each other but then Nandini remembers Manik's words saying about His Relationship with Aliya & She is Nobody for Him. Whereas Manik remembers Barita's Recent Warning. And both remembering it breaks the Eye-Contact and walks in Opposite Direction after remembered Barita's latest Warning that "Right Now Fab5 especially Manik is in Danger as That Person is now very very very soon from reaching DEVILZ. And in this He can drag Nandini too." So to Protect from THAT DANGER Manik is creating more Distances leaving Fab4 Sighed.

They Sighed as if that Danger wasn't after them or DEVILZ (Name of Fab5 in Immortals and very Rare knows about this) then right now They might have started working on their Plan to make Manik realize His Feelings.

After SomeTime
It was nearly 2 O' Clock when College is going to end and some Students who are already sitting & walking around that Suddenly They saw a Boy whose has GREENISH EYES and immediately a Weather changed. Sun hides behind Clouds.

Boy (Thinks): Here I'm.

(Smirking to Himself, Boy started walking, ignoring everyone's Presence as He knew what might be the Reaction of those Students.)
