Dan collapsed onto his bed face-first before letting out a loud groan. He was just so undeniably sad and he hated himself for feeling that way. Phil wasn't his, he didn't own him! Phil could hang out with whoever he wanted, not just Dan. But, as much as he hated it, he was jealous. He was used to having Phil to himself. They planned to hang out and look around America but now they couldn't because of Noah.

It was beginning to get late and Phil wasn't home. They had to be up really early the next day so they could travel to the next place but Dan wasn't so sure if they were going to be on time.

That was when he got a text message from his friend.

Staying at Noah's again tonight. Will be back in the morning.

Looked like he would be sleeping alone that night.

"Noah, I'm leaving tomorrow." Phil mumbled, linking his hand with Noah's. "For the rest of the tour. Do you think you could come with me?"

"Come with you? Really? It's a bit short notice but yeah, definitely! If it's not too much of a hassle." Noah was smirking and, in all honesty, Phil found it extremely attractive. Everything about Noah was perfect.

"I mean.. I'll have to ask Dan but I am sure he'll be fine with it. I think he likes you."

"Then I would absolutely love to come." Noah smiled and leaned in again, pressing his lips against Phil's. His kiss just got better every time.

Dan woke up to someone shaking him awake. "Dan, are you okay? You're in the same clothes as yesterday and your eyes are all red.." They said and Dan slowly lifted up his head to see his friend.

"Oh, yeah.. I'm fine." Dan quickly rubbed his eyes, smiling slightly until he noticed that he and Phil weren't alone in the room.

"Is it okay if Noah joins us on the tour? We only have a few places left so it wouldn't affect us or anything."

"Yeah, sure. Whatever." Dan sighed, wanting to say one thing and one thing only: 'no. I want you to myself. I miss cuddling you whilst we went through Tumblr together. I hate Noah so much. Why don't you understand?' but instead, he just agreed.

"I'll be right back, I just need to have a quick shower before we leave." Phil grinned, unaware of the deep awkwardness which always settled in the room once he left. As always, they both stayed silent for a second as Phil left the room.

"Soon he'll be asking you to go on stage with him." Dan muttered, trying his best not to glare at Noah because damn that boy infuriated him.

"I'm sure his fans would prefer that anyway. I am attractive, I am sure I could win their hearts." Noah chuckled, Dan's heart twisted at the fact that he said Phil's fans.

"They're my fans too, you know."

"I'm sure they only care about Phil. He is the better one of you two."

"As much as I agree about Phil being better than me, the fans care about me a lot."

"Why would they? After all, you used Phil for subscribers, didn't you? You befriended him so that you would gain subscribers quicker."

"I never did that!" Dan practically yelled, suddenly ten times more enraged than he was a moment ago because he genuinely loved Phil and would never use him for views.

"You did. Your fans may think that you befriended him because you were a fan of him but I know the truth. You used him."

"What the fuck! (Ehhh sorry for the language but.. it's Dan Howell so there has to be some swearing XD) I did no such thing!"

"Don't even deny it, Dan." Dan's hands were clenching into fists by his sides and it was taking everything for him not to throw a punch at the guy in front of him.

"I am denying it because it isn't true!"

"Oh, yeah? Then why do you always pretend to be so deeply in love with him all the time? Because it will please the fans and give them 'phan' proof? Pretending to be in love is so low. If the fans knew the truth they'd hate you, I guarantee you're not even gay."

"What if I told you that it wasn't even an act?" Dan clasped his hand over his mouth as soon as he realised what he had said. He had kept the secret for so many years, just to have it accidentally blurt out in a couple of seconds during an argument with Phil's boyfriend.

"You actually love Phil? Oh that's amazing." Noah shook his head, trying his best to wipe the smirk off of his face and avoid the strong urge to laugh.

"Ignore that! I didn't say that!" Dan nervously said, frantically looking around the room, he just wanted to look anywhere but Noah.

"How can I ignore that? You love my boyfriend.. I should tell him, maybe then he will come to his senses and end this whole Dan and Phil crap."

"Please, don't tell him! He can't know! I'll do anything just please.. please, just don't tell him.."

"I'm not sure.. he probably deserves to know.."

"Please.. I'll do anything." That was when Dan looked directly into Noah's eyes, his own eyes filling with tears at the thought of Phil hating him for the stupid crush.

"Anything? Then why don't you just make Phil's job easier and leave?"

"I can't leave him, Noah! I need him and he-"

"Don't you dare say he needs you. He doesn't need you."

"I can't leave him.. I just can't."

"Then distance yourself. You wouldn't want Phil to know about your little secret, would you?" Dan shook his head before dropping his gaze down to his shoes.

As much as Dan hated himself for saying it, he said, "O-Okay."

That was when Phil decided to walk in, a grin on his face as he was oblivious to the conversation that Dan and Noah had just had.

"Alright, I am ready! Let's get going!" Phil chirped, grabbing Noah's hand and grinning wider than ever.

Dan wished he was happy enough to grin that wide but sadly, he wasn't even close.
