For those who don't know him, his name is Pak Narapat, a Thai actor who starred with Gun Attaphan in Love, Love You. They used to be very close and then I don't know what happened but Gun distanced himself from Pak.
Third Person POV
Pak waited patiently for the cruise ship to dock at the port where he was told by the travel agency he could board after he had missed its departure at the original port.
At first he felt really upset with his manager, to the point of cursing him, for making him stay to finish their project, even after he had informed him that he was supposed to be in the departure area at a certain time.
After his anger settled down, he resigned himself to the fact that the project was far more important than missing his cruise ship vacation. But because he had a whole month free after he had finished the project, he decided to push through with his vacation on that cruise ship even if it meant having to go through the hassle of flying to the next port of call of the cruise ship on which he had booked a reservation. He had already missed a day of his vacation on that ship, but no matter. Who knows he might meet someone on that ship that could help him to forget, even if temporarily, the pain of losing his loved one's affection and friendship.
When he finally got to board the cruise ship, he went to search for his cabin's location with much excitement and anticipation.
He looked at the number engraved on his door key. 351. That meant he needed to go up to the third upper deck.
He took an elevator to get to the third deck. When he stepped out on the desired deck, he adjusted the shoulder strap of his duffel bag to make sure that it didn't slide off his shoulder, and started lugging his suitcase across the smooth carpeted floor of the foyer and turned at the corner of a corridor which had the numbers of the cabins posted on a wall.
"Oops, sorry," said someone who bumped into him just as he rounded the corner, making the strap of his duffel bag slide down his shoulder.
"That's fine, no harm d... Gun!" the very person he was trying to forget appeared out of nowhere.

How could that even be possible??? What were the chances of meeting him on a cruise ship at the exact same schedule as his vacation???
Both of them just stood there, temporarily frozen, not knowing what to do next.
It was the guy who was standing beside Gun who acted first.
"Nong Gun, would you mind introducing your friend to me?"
Pak looked at the other guy, trying to decide how he was related to Gun. Were they relatives? Were they friends? Were they... he did not want to even think of the possibility that they could be boyfriends, or worse, committed partners, which was a very real possibility.
Gun shook his head repeatedly as if trying to drive away an unwanted reality from his mind.
"Well?" the other guy nudged Gun's elbow.
"P'Off," Gun spoke reluctantly, "this is Pak, a former acquaintance."
Former acquaintance. The choice of words cut straight to Pak's heart leaving a sharp, stinging wound that left him almost breathless.
"And P'Pak, this is my boyfriend P'Off," Gun said, with an unreadable expression on his face.

The introduction caused Off to jerk his face towards Gun and to look at him with a sharp questioning look, but Gun refused to look his way. Off guessed correctly that Gun must have a good reason for giving that false introduction of him as his boyfriend.
Off wondered whether Gun and this guy had a history. Off planned to subject Gun to an intense interrogation later when it was just the two of them.
Pak extended his hand to Off, "Nice to meet you, Off."
"Likewise," said Off, accepting Pak's hand for a brief handshake.
"Well, P'Pak, I guess my boyfriend and I will be on our way," Gun said with a forced smile, taking Off by the hand and hurriedly leading him in the direction of the foyer.
Before Gun bumped into Pak, he and Off had been on their way to the dining hall to catch some lunch.
Off refrained from questioning Gun about the false introduction he had made about him being his boyfriend, and Gun did not give any explanation either. They both silently walked into the dining hall and fell in line with the other passengers to get the main course of Mediterranean Couscous with Tuna and Pepperoncini.
They stopped by the counters where they had a choice of either a side dish of guacamole cucumber salad or a mini bowl of hot cheddar broccoli soup.
Then they stopped by the beverage section where Gun chose a tall glass of iced honey lemon tea. Gun stared in surprise at Off when he saw Off pull out a can of beer from the ice box but Gun did not say a word.
Together they made their way to an empty table against the wall.
The moment they sat down, Off popped open his beer and took a deep swig from it.
"Hey!" Gun could not maintain his silence anymore.
"What?" Off looked at Gun defiantly.
"Why don't you eat some of your lunch first before drinking your beer," Gun suggested.
"Don't tell me what to do," Off said rebelliously, "you are not my boyfriend."
Gun put down his fork. "Go ahead, Papi, ask me what you want to know."
Off hesitated, looking at Gun intently. He tried to frame the question in his mind. He wanted to word his question in a way that would not offend Gun.
Still with his eyes on Gun's face, it suddenly dawned on Off that the reason he had been possessive about Gun, and jealous of anyone getting near him was because he had been in love with him this whole time. He had always thought that they were just good friends, that the feelings he had for Gun was just deep affection for someone with whom he had been working closely for the last four years.
It suddenly hit him like a ton of bricks. He loved this stubborn, strong-willed, eccentric brat. No wonder Gun could twist him around his little finger and was able to make him obey all his bidding.
"Well?" Gun's voice shook Off from his temporary spacing out.
Off picked up his can of beer to take another swig from it but Gun grabbed it from his hand and set it on the floor beside his chair.
Off had no choice but to ask Gun, "Why did you introduce me to that guy as your boyfriend? What were you trying to pull off back there?"
It was Gun's turn to look uncomfortable. He looked down at his plate and picked up his fork.
Off grabbed Gun's fork. "Tell me, Gun, or you're leaving this dining hall with an empty stomach."
"He's my ex boyfriend," Gun confessed without any preliminaries.
Although the revelation was not a surprise to Off, because Off had the sneaky suspicion from the moment that Gun had encountered Pak at the corner of the corridor, the confirmation still managed to shoot ragged arrows through his chest.
"Papi, are you alright???" Gun got concerned when he noticed Off clutching at his chest, breathing heavily as if he was unable to take in enough air into his lungs.
Off stood up to leave the table.
"Don't follow me," he told Gun sternly when he saw Gun standing up as well.
Gun had no choice but to settle back in his chair. In all his years of working closely with Off he knew by Off's tone of voice that he meant business.
Gun stayed to finish his lunch, feeling lonely and abandoned, trying hard to keep his tears at bay.
He picked up his glass of iced honey lemon tea and sipped slowly from it.
"Can I join you for lunch?" Gun heard a voice from behind him.
He turned around to see who it was.
It was his ex-boyfriend Pak.
