Arise young hatchlings,

Watch the lights dart across the sky.

Listen to Yāsentli and Isūrrelki sing.

Watch them as they say goodbye.

Look on high, wise elders,

Watch the stars drift.

They circle our world, going farther and farther.

Watch as they move so swift.

Star-walkers up so high,

Watch us this night.

Protect us from all who pry,

And one day, give us flight.
