A student once asked his teacher, “Master, what is the most difficult thing to do?”
The master replied, “When hungry, eat. When tired, sleep.”

We’ve come to a point where living in the now seems to be the hardest thing for us to do.

We ignore signals & signs by our bodies in pursuit of accomplishing more & more & more...

Aиϑ we’re sacrificing our health, & the happiness of our families & our own well-being as a result.

So do urself a simple favour.

Balance ur life.
Pay attention to ur spiritual well-being as well as to ur physical & emotional health.
Make ur family an important part of ur life by giving them ur valuable time.

No matter how busy life gets,always find time to pray, rest & play.

Life is so much better that way.

It’s better to stop ,rest & refuel instead of risking a burnout or a mental breakdown.

We all have alot to do daily.

But let’s not forget that one of the most important things in our life is our health-both spiritual & physical.
This body of ours is a vessel
that اللَّهُ Subhana wa Ta'ala has entrusted to us & for which we will be questioned about.

Abdullah Bin 'Amr Bin 'As (radiallaahu anhu) narrated that the Messenger of Allah salallaahu alayhi wasallam entered his apartment & said:

"I have been told that you
stand all night in prayer aиϑ
fast all day.'

I said, 'Yes, I do.'

He ﷺ said,
'Do not do that.
Sleep aиϑ stand in prayer aиϑ
then fast aиϑ break your fast.
For your eyes have a right over
you,
your body has a right over you,
your body has a right over you,
your wife has a right over you,
your guest has a right over you,
aиϑ your friend has a right
over you.”
(Sunan al-Nasa'i, #2391)

Rasulullah sallallaahu alayhu wasallam warned us;

By Allah, it is not poverty that
I fear for you, but I fear that
this world will be spread out in
front of you as it was spread
out in front of those before you,
aиϑ then you will vie for it as
they vied for it, aиϑ it will
destroy you as it destroyed
them”.
(Sahih al-Bukhari, #3158)
