Sameer - kaha the aap kal raat bhar Karan bhai?kitni tension ho rahi thi mujhe!

Karan - mai Preeta ko drop krne chala gaya tha!aur baarish tez thi to hamare villa par ruk gaya!

Sameer - bhabhi ne aapko maaf kiya?

Karan - nahi lekin...(remembers she promised to give him a chance and smiles)

Sameer - kya hua bhai?lekin kya?

Karan - hope hai Sammy!shayad sab acha hojaayega jld!mai aur babydoll wapas ek hojaayenge!(mind) aur shayad ek ho chuke bhi hai!

Sameer(happily) - ye to bahot achi baat hai bhai!!I am so happy for you!

Karan smiles,

Karan - waise tujhe Shristi se nahi milna?

Sameer - milna hai na!par mujhe kya pata kaha rehti hai wo!!

Karan - mai kal Preeta ko drop krne gaya tha na uske ghar...to tu whi jaa!isse pehle hum Mumbai wapas jaaye...ek baar mil to le usse!!

Sameer - to bhai wait kiska hai..do na address!

Karan nods and tells him the address,he leaves,

On the other side,

Preeta came out of washroom wiping her hairs,

She stood in front of the mirror,her eyes went on the hickey on her neck,she touched it and blushed remembering their night,

Suddenly she felt two arms around her waist,she looked into the mirror and saw Karan back hugging her,

Karan - Mrs Luthra aise blush karogi to mujhse control nahi hoga...phir mai tumhe kahi jaane nahi dunga...apne pass aisehi pakar kar rakhunga!

Preeta - Oh hello...mai koi blush nahi kar rahi thi...wo to bas...aur ek min tum mujhe pakar kar rakhoge...huh itni himmat...

Karan - ajji himmat ki baat to mat hi karo Mrs Luthra (touched her hickey) yaad hai na hamari raat!(kissed her neck softly)

She closed her eyes,

"di kya hua?aap aise aankh band krke kyu khare ho?"

Preeta opened her eyes and saw Shristi standing there,she looked around finding Karan,

Preeta - kaha gaya?

Shristi(confused) - kon?

Preeta - nahi koi nahi!

Shristi - Chachi bahar bula rahi hai...jldi aajao!!

Preeta - tu chal mai aati hu!

Shristi nodded and left,

Preeta(softly) - iska mtlb mai Karan ko imagine...(blushes and slapped her forehead) iss bajarbattu ke chakar me pagal ho jaaungi mai!

Karan - agar puri zindagi bhi maaf nahi karogi na...phir bhi tumse hi pyaar karta rahunga!hmesha!

Preeta smiled lightly finding honesty in his words,

Preeta - mai puri koshish karungi tumhe maaf karne ki!

Karan - mai intezaar karunga!

She smiled and touched her mangalsutra,

Preeta(mind) - mai koshish karungi Karan!mai puri koshish karungi!I promise!

Later she and Shristi completed their breakfast and were going down,

Shristi - di aaj to bahot late hogya!jldi chalo!!

Preeta - ha tujhe drop krke mujhe bhi hospital jaana hai!

Both were heading towards the road but Preeta stopped seeing someone,

Shristi - kya hua di ruk kyu gaye?

Preeta - aaj mat jaa office!

Shristi - hai?aise achanak kyu bol rahe ho?kya hua?

Preeta - koi tera intezaar kar raha hai...usse chor kar jaane nahi dungi mai tujhe!

Shristi - kon?

Preeta smiled and signed her look back,she turned and saw Sameer standing there looking at her,

Her eyes glittered,she smiled widely,

Shristi - di...di Sammy!!

Preeta - tera Shorty...ja mil le!mai chlti hu!

Shristi held her hand,

Shristi - aap Sammy se mil chuke ho pehle?

Preeta - kal mili thi!

Shristi - mtlb Karan sir se bhi.....

Preeta(looks away) - tu ja mil le Sameer se!mujhe late ho raha hai!(left)

Shristi looks at her going and then at Sameer,

Shristi(shouts) - Sammmyyy!

She runs towards him and was about hug him but he moved back,

Shristi - oye Shorty kya hua?

Sameer - mai naaraz hu tumse!(looks away)

Shristi - are par maine kya kiya?

Sameer(tears) - kya kiya!??chor kar chali gayi mujhe...ek baar call tak nahi kiya...baat tak nahi ki mujhse...number bhi change kar liya...

Shristi - Sammy mai....

Sameer - mujhse aisi kya glti hui thi Shristi?ki tum aise mujhe bina bataye chali gayi?aur gayi uske baad ek baar...ek baar baat bhi nahi kiya...ek baar ye nahi socha ki...ki mera kya hoga....

Shristi(with tears) - I am sorry Sammy...par uss time...di...di ki haalat bahot kharab thi...wo bahot buri tarah tut chuki thi....tum jaante ho na unhone suicide attempts kiye the...u know meri di meri priority hai!isiliye mai kuch....

Sameer - I know Shristi...I know!(smiles tearfully) I missed you so much Lambu!(hugs her tightly)

She hugged him back with tears,

Shristi - I missed you too mere Shorty!

Both chuckles and broke the hug,

Shristi - mujhe rula diya!

Sameer - ha to tumne jo mujhe be mtlb ki punishment di uska kya?

Shristi - are bola na sorry!!

Sameer - ha haa...waise kal mile the mai aur bhai Preeta bhabhi se bhi!!

Shristi - kya unke beech phir kuch jhagda?

Sameer - nahi...par shyad kal bhabhi ko drop bhi bhai ne hi kiya tha...aur wo keh rahe the ki hope hai ki bhabhi bhai ko maaf krde!!

Shristi(smiles) - ye to bahot achi baat hai!!

Sameer - ha...lekin dekho kal mai aur bhai Mumbai wapas jaa rahe hai...to aaj ka pura din tum mere saath bitaaogi!okay?

Shristi - yes sir!(both laugh and left)

Two weeks later

Preeta and Shristi were in their room, suddenly Mayank started calling their names,

Mayank(shouts) - Pihu...Shristi jara bahar aana!

Preeta - ye isse kya hua?

Shristi shrugged her shoulders and both went out,

Preeta - kya hua Mayank chilla kyu raha hai?

Mayank - actually mujhe tum dono se kuch baat krni hai!!

Both nods,

Mayank - meri ek deal finalize hui hai Mumbai me...so mujhe kuch dino ke liye Mumbai jaana hai...to mai soch raha tha...tumlog bhi chalo na mere saath!

Preeta wide her eyes while Shristi smiles widely,

Shristi - yes yes yes...haa shi hai bahot maza aayega!

Preeta - n..nahi hum Mumbai kyu....

Shristi - are kyu nahi di....kitna time hogya maa se mile hue!

Preeta - lekin.....

Shristi - no lekin wekin di....please please please...(cutely)

Preeta(smiles) - acha baba thik hai chalenge hum!

Shristi jumped and hugged her,

Preeta - jaana kab hai?

Mayank - aaj shaam ki flight hai!maine already tumdono ki tickets book krdi!

Preeta - haww...mtlb tujhe pata tha hum jaayenge hi!!

Mayank - ofcourse cuz I am the best!!

Preeta and Shristi chuckled,

Preeta went to her room for packing,

Preeta - ek saal baad wapas Mumbai!Maa Janki aunty dadi...aur Luthras....

She thinks for a while,

Preeta(smiles) - waise itne time baad sbse milke khushi to bahot hogi...aur waise bhi maine Karan se promise kiya hai ki mai usse maaf krne ki koshish krungi...to try to kar hi skti hu!(smiles widely)

Mayank and Shristi saw her from window and smiled,

Shristi - thank you so much Mayank!tune ye plan banake shi kiya!

Mayank - jaisehi mujhe Luthras ki deal offer hui maine soch liya ki Pihu ko uska pyaar dilwaa kar rahunga!

Shristi - finally!

Both smiles.

Later by evening,

The flight took off and they were finally in Mumbai after 1 year,

Preeta and Shristi smiled widely,on other side,

Karan was in his room when he felt a sudden happiness,

Karan - ye mujhe achanak se itna acha kyu feel ho raha hai...jaise kuch bahot acha hone waala hai..kahi Preeta....(smiles)

Preeta(mind) - I wish iss baar hum saath ho jaaye Karan!hmesha ke liye!(smiles)
