"Ye ... Picture .. ye aurat kon hai ... Ye toh maa nhi hai ..." Sid looked at the picture it was clear that the couple was so much in love with the look on there faces and there pose

Sid was lost in his thoughts Reminsing if he has seen this women anywhere

When his Dadi came in her room her eyes widen as she took the photograph from his hand

" Sidharth ...ye kya kr raha hai tu ? Kyu aya tu idhr " for the first time his dadi yelled at him Sid took a step back perplexed at her behaviour

" Dadi mai toh bas ... "

" Or ye pictures kyu nikali " ... His dadi asked angrily crumbling the only photograph in her hand

" Dadi wo toh Papa the na ...Papa ke saath wo aurat kon thi " his voice quite bothered about the fact of seeing his father like that with someone else

His dadi mentally cursed Sid's father for keeping that picture in the album

" Kuch nhi hai wo tu jaa yaha se " ...Dadi ignored his gaze and took all the stuff keeping back in the trunk ..

" nhi Mai nhi jaunga mereko btao wo aurat kon hai " ... He picked up the picture stuffing into his pocket

" Sidharth maine bola na tu jaa yaha se koi nhi hai wo aurat jaa " his dadi's voice stern

" Nhi Mai nhi jaunga ...kon hai wo aurat ...kyu the papa aise unke sath or ye ...ye picture ki date ...  Maa baba ki shaadi ke pehle ki picture hai ye Dadi wo aurat kon ...kon hai " his continued questioning adamant to know the answered irritated Dadi a little as she slapped him

Her eyes widen processing what she did ...she was too anxious about Sid knowing this thing ...as being the sensitive kid he would not be able to take it

Sid was shocked to the core more than his cheek his heart hurted ... His dadi raised a hand over him ...

" Sidharth ...sidharth ...sorry beta ... Sorry ... " His Dadi immediately tried to cup his cheek when sidharth took a step back

" Kon hai ye aurat jiski wajah se apne mujhe ... Mujhe mara Dadi" his eyes welled up his Dadi's heart broke

" wo teri maa hai beta ... Maa hai wo teri janam diya hai usne tereko ... " His Dadi's tears fell down her cheeks as she whispered the truth to him knowing she won't be able to hide it anymore

" Ye kya ...kya bol re ho ap ..? ... Meri ..meri maa toh ... Meri maa toh ... Wo hai ...jo bahar hai ... " Sid stammered shocked ...

He nodded his head in no continuously ...

" Yahi sach hai beta ... Wo teri maa nhi hai ... Teri maa ... Wo jo picture mai ...wo teri maa hai ... " ... Sid's tears fell down even more listening his dadi

" Dadi aap jhoot bol re ho na ..  nhi aise ..aise kaise ho skta hai Kabir or Mai .. hum dono bhai hai ... Main uss se sirf ek saal bada hoon.... Hmari maa ek hi hai ..  nhi ap jhut bol rahe ho ... Thik hai ...maana ke Maa ko Kabir se jyada pyaar hai ...iska mtlb ye thodi hai mai unka beta nhi hu " ... Sid tried to reason his heart but now ... It was all clearing why his mother never loved him .... That all made sense, his heart shattered ...

His eyes red his tears had no bound ...Sid quietened

He wasn't able to process this thing ... His Dadi tried to embrace him when he pushed her away from him a little

" Dadi ..  kya ye ...sach hai " he gulped his throat hurting

His Dadi nodded having no choice the vulnerability shown on her face

" Kabir ki Maa se ...shaadi se pehle... Teri Maa Shweta humare office mei. intern ki tarah join Hui thi tere Papa ke under ... Waha un dono ke bich pyar hogaya tha... Ajay ne mujhe bhi baataya tha Shweta ke baare mein... lekin jab tere Dadu ko paata chala unhone Shweta ko accept nahi kiya kyu ki humare standard ki nahi thi... hum sabne unhe samjhane ki bohut koshish kiyi lekin... unke liye unka guroor sabse bada tha... Ajay apne Papa ke khilaaf nahi jaa saka isliye usne Vaani se shaadi kar liyi aur unki shaadi ke baad Shweta ne office chhor diya aur woh kahi dur chali gayi... Idhar Vaani or Ajay ka rishta bhi thik nahi tha...unme kabhi pyaar tha hi nhi sirf samjhota tha ya ye kahu ke pyaar tha toh sirf ek tarfa Vaani ka " his Dadi sighed Sid forced himself to stand there and listen the whole story

"Kabir ke hone ke baad sab kuch thoda normal hua tha lekin ek saal baad... Ajay ko tere baare mein pata chala... Ajay aur Vaani ki shaadi se pehle Shweta pregnant thi..."

" Ye baat pta chli toh Ajay cheezein sambhal nhi paya. Usko iss baat ka guilt hone laga ki na woh Shweta ka ho paaya, na hi puri tarah se Vaani ka.."

" Tu jab teen saal ka tha, Shweta ek road accident mein guzar gayi aur jaane se pehle usne tujhe Ajay ko saup diya..."

" Ajay ye dukh bardasht nhi kar paya ...tujhe mere ...haathon mai thama kar Vaani se waada liya ke wo ...wo tera dhyan rkhe ... Aur ... Ajay ne khud khushi " his Dadi broke down ... Her tears felling drop by drop

" Vaani ne tera dhyan rkhne ka waada toh nibhaya lekin ...tujhe kbhi maa ka pyaar nhi de payi ... Main bhi usko kis haq se bolti ke wo tujhe apnaye ... Mujhe maaf kar de beta ... " His Dadi's tears fell even more now .

Sid couldn't bear it anymore

So he is illegimate ... Basically he is the burden over his ...no ...not his Kabir's mother

He is ... His .. father's mistake ... Sid felt numb his mind froze as he started walking ... As he left the room going into the living room

His mind numb he didn't realised where he walked lost in his thoughts when he bumped into someone

Looking at the person ... All those experiences... Those lonely times ... Came running into his mind as Vaani Ji starred at him

The look over Sid's face made her anxious ...she was tempted to ask about him ...but controlled herself walking past him

When her feet stopped

" Apne ... Apne mujhe kyu ... Apnaya. "

Sid's voice barely above whisper ...

Vaani ji turned around perplexed at his sudden question

" Kya...kya ... Mtlb " .

" Ap..apko .. apko .. nhi ..apana tha ... "Sid's tears fell down as he felt difficult to breathe

" Sidharth ? " Vaani ji whispered being worried about his condition for the first time sidharth heard her calling him

He closed his eyes his tears rolling down as his fists curled up

The next he knew he ran from.his home ...his eyes closed as all he did was to run

Run away from everything ... His sobs wrecking out of his throat ... He couldn't bear all this ...

He knew he couldn't no matter for he tries he is not that much strong ... He could never be that strong ...

His feets stopped and the next thing he realised was he was in the middle of the road ...

The truck coming into his way ... He couldn't process what's going on before he could side away ...the truck hitted him ...

Sidh flew into air like nothing then fell over the road. ..his bones creaking ... He pain rushed in his whole body ...he could see the rush of people gathering beside him his vision hazy ...

All of a sudden he could see Sana's face infront of his eyes ...

Her laughing face. .. the way she smiled

the way she made him laugh the way she caressed his head patted his cheek the moment of her kissing him softly

Pouring her love for him ...a small smile formed on his face before his vision darkened ..

At his home after listening to Sid's words, Vaani ji ran into his Dadi's room looking at his Dadi sitting on the floor

" Maa ...kya hua hai ..or ye sidharth ...ye bol raha hai ke ...maine usko apnaya ...Aisa kuch ..ye sab " Vaani ji asked perplexed sitting beside his Dadi

" Usko ..usko sach pta chl gya Vaani ..."

" Mera bacha toot gya Vaani" ...

His dadi cried even more for his condition

Before vaani could react Kabir came running into there room

" Maa Dadi ...Sid... Sid accident hospital ... Maa ... Sid...  " he screamed his voice shaking with the fear as he held his phone into his hand

Everybody's eyes widen ... Sid's Chachi Chacha Kabir everyone came up as all of them ran to the hospital ...

As they reached the hospital Vaani ji ran asking for Sid on the countered her voice shaking with fear

Though she never loved Sid but she is habitual to see him infront of her ...habitual to see him getting happy at the simplest things she bought for him ...no matter if she loved the kid or not she never wanted this to happen to him.

As she looked through the window at Sid being treated ...

She kept a hand over her mouth sobbing continuously her tears had not bound ..

Sid looked in extremely critical stage ...

The doctor came out

" doctor ... Mera Bhai ... Wo .. kaisa hai wo abhi "

" Condition critical hai.... Unki body par bohot fractures hai.  Thanfully internal bleeding hoti usse pehle hi hospital le aaye lekin ... Unke sir par chot ayi hai. .. aisa lg raha hai jaise unka sir kahi laga hai ...humne unhe treat toh krdiya hai lekin agr unhe ... Agle 48 ghnto mai hosh nhi aaya .... Toh ... Wo coma mai jaa skte hai uske alawa unki back ribs par bhi chot hai par thankfully lungs par asar nhi pada " the doctor said

The family gasped listening to Sid's condition dadi sat down on the bench ...

She was lost into her thoughts all of a sudden she started to hit her head

" Dadi dadi .. ap kya kar rahe ho " Kabir held his Dadi's hand his chachi came running towards her while Vaani ji couldn't react ... Her feet froze ... All she could remember was Sid's happy face infront of her eyes. ...she felt her world turning upside down.

The way Sid always craved for her love ... Her chin wobbled painfully

The guilt of loosing him scattering her heart to no extent ....her eyes fell over sidharth laying down dreaded on the bed his whole body bandaged his head covered with the white bandages

Her heart broke

Kabir couldn't control himself anymore ... As he stood up and walked back to the corridor taking the support of the wall he broke down

On the other hand

Sana roamed here and there in her roaming tapping her phone on her hand she don't know why but she was not feeling good ..

Her heart was not at peace ....she called Sid continuously but didn't got him answer her call which made her even more anxious

" Abey oyee baith jaa yar tujhe dekh ke Mera sir ghoom ra hai " Ashi said rolling her eyes.

" Tu smjh nhi rhi Ashi ..  kuch ajeeb hai. Sid kabhi mera phone itni der tak avoid nhi krta m.. adhe ghnte se call krri hu 3 ghanto se uska koi reply nhi hai ... Mujhe bohot tension ho rhi hai ... " Sana bit her lip

" Kabir ko call karke puch le Sid ke baare mein." Ashi said

Sana nodded before calling Kabir

As Kabir's phone rang looking at the caller Kabir picked up her phone ...his voice hoarse and cracking

Which made Sana even more sick to her stomach.

" Kabir kya hua tu ro kyu raha hai " Sana asked crossing her fingers

" ...Sana ...Sid .. ..Sana ... " He sobbed

" Kya ...Sid ... Kya kehra hai Kabir kaha hai Sid ...wo thik hai na " ... Sana yelled over call anxiously as all she could hear was Kabir crying listening Sana yell.ashe came near her

" Sana shant ho ja ...Kabir bata Sid ko kya hua hai " Ashi kept the call on speaker

" Accident ... Sid ... City hospital tum jaldi aa jao ... " He cuts the call not able to talk to anyone anymore he slipped down sitting on the floor as he hugged himself remembering his good times with sidharth ...

" Accident ..." Sana's whole body shivered

"Ashi ... Accident ... Mera ...Mera Sid .. " Sana ran out of her room Ashi too ran behind her

As soon as Sana reached the hospital Ashi came running to Kabir ... But all Sana could do was to walk with baby steps near Sid's room ...where his family stood

Her heart thudding loudly as she crossed her fingers

As soon as her eyes fell over Sid ...sana stumbled back ...  Sid's whole body lying on the bed like a dreaded thing

Her heart broke as her eyes welled

No ... This can't be happening. ..no ... Sana couldn't process Sid to lay like that ...she took steps back ... Silent tears falling down her tears
She walked away from his room ... Kabir and Ashi noticed her lost when they held her

" Sana ." Kabir ...whispered

"Nhi ... Kabir ...ye...ye Sid nhi hai ..haina ... Kabir ye Sid nhi hai na "... Sana holds his collar screaming ... Her heart breaking looking at the love of her life

" Sana sambhal khud ko "... All Kabir could whisper while he himself cried

" Kabir usko bol  ... Usko bol na uski Sana usko bula rahi hai ...Kabir ..."

" Kabir " whispered Sana as she fell down weak on her knees.

Her sobs creaking as Ashi held onto Sana

She couldn't bring herself to look at Sid

Pal pal mera tere hi sang bitana hai
Apni wafaon se tujhe sajana hai

Sana couldn't control herself all she could think was about Sid laying like a dreaded person ...the pain of his body ... She reminded sone hours ago they were in the school she was uplifting his mood

And he laughed...at her his laughing face that emerged ... Infront of her eyes ... She closed her eyes crying even more as she held onto Ashi

Dil chahta hai tujhe kitna batana hai
Han tere saath hi mera thikana hai

She haven't even told him how much she loves him. .. how much he means to her the way he adores her cares for her stands for her ... How can he leave her like that

How can he put her into this kind of situation...

" Doctor ...doctor ne kaha agar ..agar agle 48 ghnto mein hosh nhi aya toh.    Toh wo ...coma mai"

Kabir held his face in his and crying ... And sobbing Sana broke even more

" Wo aisa nhi kr skta mere sath ...wo merse pyaar krta hai Ashi haina "

Ab thak chuke hai ye kadam
Chal Ghar chale mere hum dum

Ashi held her in her arms she herself cried seeing Sana so broken for the first time

"Wo thik ho jayega ...ho jayega na. ... Haina ..." Sana whispered

Ashi nodded scared

Mere raho tum
Or tere hum
Chal Ghar chalein
Mere hum dum

........................
