It was the engagement day and everyone were busy with the preparations.

"Naira, how do I look? Will everything go well?" Naksh asked.

"Bhai, this is the 6th time you are asking this. You look really handsome and don't worry Keerti bhabi will also tell the same." Naira teased before earning a glare from him and all of them shared a laugh.

"This is your case for the engagement, I wonder what will happen for the wedding bhai!" Gayu said smiling.

"Haa we will see that!" Naira laughed looking at his expressions.

"Naksh are you ready?" Devyani entered with Akshara and Devyani.

"Wow, you look so good duggu! Naira, Gayu, don't you both have to get ready? Go fast now!" Akshara said.

"Mamma, we are going!" Naira said and they three left the room, and Naksh was going behind them but Naira stopped him.

"What happened?" He asked turning towards them.

"Bhai look at this!" Naira said showing him a picture of Keerti, which Maansi had sent.

"She looks so beautiful!" He blurted out without realizing Gayu, Naira and mishti's presence for a moment.

"Bhai did we hear something?" Mishti teased and Naksh gave back the phone.

"You three na! I will see you all later, now we are getting late." Naksh said.

"Haa, late to meet your to-be fiancé hai na bhai?" Naira said laughing.

"Bhai, itna bhi kya sharmana haan!" Gayu said.

"Get lost from here now!" Naksh said while Naira and Gayu laughed.

"Naira, Gayu get ready fast beta!" Akshara called them.

"Haa maami, we are coming! Let's go Naira, or else we will be late!" Gayu said.

"We are already late beta! You know how particular Suhasini ji is na?" Devyani entered.

"Choti dadi, you all go, we will get ready and come in some time." Naira said.

"But beta..."

"Choti nani, Naira is right, or else everyone will get late because of us." Gayu said and Devyani nodded.

Singhania's and Maheshwari's soon reached the venue. Naira and Gayu were getting ready to leave.

"Kartik you take Keerti, Luv Kush, Maansi and Shubham and leave for the venue. We will come in some time." Suvarna said

"And dadi?" Kartik asked as he came down.

"Akhilesh has already dropped maa ji and Surekha there. Go fast now. Naksh's family might be waiting there."

"Yes and Naksh will be waiting for Keerti di!" Maansi teased and Keerti hit her arm playfully.

Kartik soon reached the venue as well.

"Shubham, you take them inside, I will get the things from the car." Kartik said

As he parked the car on the main road in front of the gate to take the things inside. Till then Naira reached and waited behind Kartik's car.

"Who parks the car on the main road?" Naira said getting irritated.

"Naira, I will go inside, you come!" Gayu said and Naira nodded.

"Bhaiya please park the car, I will take the things from the car and go." Naira said getting down.

As she picked the gifts from the car, she came towards the gate and bumped into someone and all the gifts fell down, but his arms held her before she could fall.

It was Kartik, he kept looking at her as she moved the hair that were falling on her face. His hand was on her waist and she looked back at him. When the car's lights fell on them, Naira moved away.

"You!?" Naira stood back and set her dupatta in place.

"Naira!?" Kartik said looking at her. For that moment he kept looking at her with a smile on his face.

"Oh hello, where are you lost? And what are you doing here?" Naira asked folding her arms in front of her.

"Woh....actually.." Kartik spoke but got cut off by Naira.

"No wait, before that tell me, is this your car?" Naira said pointing at the one that was in front of the gate.

"Yes, what happened?"

"Who parks their car on the main road?" Naira asked.

"If I am not wrong that car is yours, and that is also on the main road." Kartik said pointing at the one behind his car.

"That's because, I wanted to take these gifts inside." Naira replied

"So it's the same for me!" Kartik said.

"Whatever! Now move from my way, I have to go inside!" Naira said and walked inside. Kartik stood there smiling unknowingly looking at her cute expressions while she's angry.

"Who is that girl bhai?" Shubham asked.

"Which girl?" He tried to change the topic.

"Don't pretend bhai! I am asking about the one who just went inside." Shubham asked.

"I don't know, let's go inside now!" Kartik said walking towards the gate.

"Girlfriend huh?" Shubham asked smiling and Kartik glared at him.

"Shut up Shubham! She studies in the same college as mine. that's it, nothing else!" Kartik replied.

"I guess someone just said that they don't know who she is!" Shubham said.

"Shut up now, will you?" Kartik said and Shubham laughed.

"Oh hey Kartik!" Naksh entered at the same time.

"Hey Naksh jiju!" Kartik joked.

"Not you as well Kartik!" Naksh laughed.

"Radhe Krishn uncle!" Kartik greeted Naitik.

"Radhe Krishn beta, come let's go inside!" Naitik said.
