"Naira you are getting late for college." Akshara called her.

"I am ready mamma!" Naira came out all dressed up.

"Naira, don't go without having your breakfast!" Devyani called.

"Choti dadi, I am getting late, please let me go, I will have something from the canteen! Bye I love you mamma." Naira hugged Akshara and she smiled.

"I love you too baccha, duggu drop Naira to her college." Akshara said.

"I will drop my princess today, come!" Naitik said as he came downstairs.

Both of them left to her college.

"Bhabi maa, is there any work left for the engagement? I am going out with Suvarna ji today, to book the venue, I will get if you need anything?" Akshara asked

"No Akshara, I have got everything." Kaveri replied.

"Mamma I will drop you?" Naksh asked.

"Drop karna toh ek bahana hai, wahan Keerti bhabi ko jo milna hai." Gayu came teasing.

"Gayu, it's nothing like that. I was going out, so I thought I will drop mamma there."

"Haan haan I know!" Gayu teased him.

"Mamma let's go, before they all get started!" Naksh said, and they all laughed at his expressions.

"Bye papa! I love you." Naira hugged him.

"I love you too princess." He said smiling.

Naira went inside, as she was walking she bumped into someone.

"Ouch!" She tried to get up, as she looked up, he had moved his hand forward to help her stand.

"I don't want your help! First you make me fall, and then come to help me huh? I can help myself." Naira got up and looked at him.

For a second she kept staring at him. Both of them looked at each other and he smiled.

"Can't you see while walking?" Naira asked as she picked her books.

"Even you could do that, right?" He asked her back.

"Oh hello, move from here now." Naira said pushing him away, his leg came in between and she was going to fall, but he caught her. They both looked in each other's eyes.

"Hayee!" Kartik whispered, making Naira come out of her thoughts, and she stood up.

"Oh you....whatever your name is..."

"Kartik, Kartik Goenka!" He continued.

"Whatever! Stay away from me, you understand?" Naira stamped her feet.

"Oww! Yeh toh full sherni mood mein hai!" Kartik said.

"Aur tum Mendak! Kitni tar tar karte ho!" Naira replied and went from there.

"She is beautiful, isn't she?" Karan asked.

"Yes she is!" Kartik replied absent mindedly.

"What did you say?"

"Um, nothing! Let's go for our class." Kartik said.

"I am free now, you go to your class!" Karan replied and went towards the canteen.

"I wonder what's her name!" Kartik thought.

"Oh no, you're so lost in her, that you forgot about your class, and now you're late, hurry up Kartik!" He said himself and went to his class

As he entered, he saw all the seats were full, except one, he went and sat there in hurry, and didn't notice who was beside him.

"You?" She screamed!

"What are you doing here?" Kartik asked looking at her.

"I should be asking that, I came here first!" She said.

"Why don't you leave me alone? We just met five minutes back!" She said while he looked at her form which had her name on it.

"Naira Singhania!" He read it out.

"Huh what?"

"You have a beautiful name." He whispered but was loud enough for Naira to hear.

"What did you say?" She looked at him.

"Nothing!"

After the class ended, both of them came out.

"Let's go to the canteen?" Kartik asked.

"With you? And me? Never!" Naira said.

"Okay then!" Kartik replied and went towards the canteen.

"Where is Kritika?" Naira thought as she dialled her number.

"Hello! Where are you?"

"I am in the canteen."

"Okay I am coming!" Naira said and went towards the canteen.

"So you came?" Kartik asked smiling as he saw her.

"I came for my friend, not for you!" Naira replied.

"You can sit here till she comes." Kartik said smiling and she sat opposite to him.

"Akshara ji only 2 days are left for the engagement, do you need any help with the preparations?" Suvarna asked.

"Everything is almost done Suvarna ji, don't worry!" Akshara replied.

"Do tell me if there is anything we can help in."

"Yeah sure! I will take a leave now, bhabi maa and choti maa will be waiting for me!" Akshara said and left from there.
