Kyiondo was around of the castle doing his usual morning patrol, until he hears humming in the distance, intrigued he follows the voice that comes from the royal library, he peeks out to the door and sees his brother Taka looking for something in the various shelves of the library while humming a song

Kyiondo: "I see that you are in a good mood today" he says entering the room

Taka: "oh hey bro" he says noticing his brother's presence "yeah, today I have a special date with my boyfriend and I can't wait for the moment to come" he says happily

Kyiondo: "A special date, huh?, This guy must be great if he makes you feel so happy"

Taka: "yes he is, he is the sweetest and kindest person I know and I love him very much" he smiles happily

Kyiondo chuckles seeing his brother so happy, but then he notices something in Taka's hair

Kyiondo: "what do you have in your hair?"

Taka: he remembers at that moment that he has in his hair the red rose that Mondo had given him "o-oh this? It's just a gift he gave to me"

Kyiondo: "Do you know that it looks a lot like one of those plants that grow on the surface?"

Taka: "oh r-really? Weird I-I didn't notice, heheh" he chuckles nervously studying cold

Taka: "I-I'm not hiding anything really, n-now excuse me but I have to go back to my study" He was about to leave but Kyiondo takes him by the arm and takes the rose in his hair "h-hey!"

Kyiondo: look closely at the object he is holding "this is definitely a plant that grows on the surface" looks at Taka with a serious look "how can you have such a thing?"

Taka: "u-uhm... I-I..." he sweats cold, he doesn't know what to answer him

Kyiondo: Realize how the things are "don't tell me the person you're dating is a human" Taka lets out a shock of shock from his statement and he undestand "are you crazy? You can't date to a human!"

Taka: he frees himself from Kyiondo's grip "and why not? Humans and triton are not so different"

Kyiondo: "he is just using you Taka, all humans are lying manipulators and and I'm sure he's using you to get to us or worse hurting you when you least expect it"

Taka: "it's not true he would never do such a thing, and surely he would never hurt me because he loves me"

Kyiondo: "That human brainwashed you Taka, he's just pretending!"

Taka: "n-no he's not!"

Kyiondo: "and he certainly put something inside this plant to spy on us" he says as he destroys the rose

Taka: "no stop!"

But too late the rose has been destroyed and falls to the ground in pieces

Kyiondo: "he doesn't really love you Taka, he's pretending"

Taka: "that's not true, I know he loves me!"

Kyiondo: "you are so blinded by this love of yours that you don't see the most obvious thing!"

Taka: "but he's not-!"

Kyiondo: "enough now!"

Kyiondo takes Taka by the shoulders and slams him against a wall making him a little scared

Kyiondo: "listen, for now I will not say anything to our father because I want to believe that you still have some common sense, but you have to stop seeing this human before it's too late, am I clear?"

Taka: "but Kyiondo-"

Kyiondo: "Did I make myself clear!?" He scolds him

Taka starts frightened at the sight of his brother so serious, he remains silent for a moment

Taka: "y-yes brother ..."

Kyiondo: "good" he lets him go and goes to the door "I'm doing this for your good bro, in the future you will thank me" he says as he leaves the room

Taka remains there while he picks up the remaining pieces of the rose from the ground and squeezes it to his chest with small tears forming in the corners of his eyes

Taka: 'what should I do now? ...' he thinks crying a little

Dayia was still sleeping but was awakened by Akemi jumping on his bed dazzling

Dayia: "good morning Akemi" he says stroking the puppy still a little sleepy "I thought you were with Mondo, what are you doing here?"

Then the two hear something fall and someone swearing, but Dayia already knows who it is

Dayia: "Now what is doing that idiot" he says as he leaves his room followed by the puppy

They head to the living room and see Mondo retrieving a picnic basket from the ground which has spilled its contents on the ground.

Mondo: "Thank goodness I put everything in the containers, I just hope that nothing is ruined" he said placing the basket on the table and taking a container from the floor

Dayia: "What are you doing Mondo?"

Mondo: "hey bro, I'm just planning my date"

Dayia: "you the one organizing for something? This is new to me"

Mondo: "shut up!"

Dayia: chuckles "I'll help ya get it all back"

The two brothers take all the containers back and put them back in the picnic basket

Dayia: "So you're going to have a picnic with your boyfriend huh?"

Mondo: "yep, I want to take him for a little trip since he doesn't know the area well"

Dayia: "oh? Is he a tourist or something?"

Mondo: "yeah, something like that"

certainly Mondo cannot say that he is dating a triton who now has the power to transform into a human, he would never believe him if he told him

Dayia: "well, in this case I'm sure he'll like this date" he takes his brother's shoulders with one arm "and then he'll have fun with my little brother" he joke

Mondo: "of course, because I'm the best!" He jokes too

The two brothers laugh as Akemi jumps over the table and hides inside the picnic basket.

Mondo: "now I have to go, I still have to prepare things"

Dayia: "of course, have fun at your date"

After saying goodbye to his brother Mondo, he takes the basket leaves the house and goes to the place of the date to prepare everything for when he will return there with his beloved
