Takas pov

I sat in the classroom with earphones on. There was no teacher in the class and everyone was blasting music and talking loudly which is driving my senses crazy. You see I'm autistic so loud noises can drive me crazy which no one believes since I don't have an indoor voice so I tend to just wear noise cancelling headphones.

"cool headphones. What ya listening to?" I looked up to see a boy in my class that I didn't know the name of. I was pretty bad at remembering faces.

"Umm I'm listening to voclore" I muttered shyly. Most people find what I watch and listen too weird so I was a little nervous about telling him.

"awesome! I'm Leon" he said holding out his hand. I stared at it for a while before shaking it.

"I'm kiyotaka but I prefer taka" I muttered shyly.

"man you sure are quiet today buddy. You feeling ok?" he asked.

"I'm autistic so I don't do good around loud noises" I muttered.

"oh I getcha" he said petting my head "well would you rather go somewhere else?" I nodded and he took me outside.

It was so pretty outside and Leon talked to me like normal. He didn't talk slowly like most people did when they found out I had special needs. I know I'm autistic but I'm not stupid.

We had a normal conversation. I was a little shy at first but after a while I found my voice. Especially after we started talking about boku no hero a show I'm pretty obsessed with. It turns out I have alot in common with Leon. I even found out that he's ADHD!

"Well looks like it's time to go back to class. Our teacher should be getting back soon." Leon sighed.

"yep" I said relieved to be getting back into proper school routine. It really messes with my head when something about the day is changed.

"we can talk more around lunchtime. Dose that sound good"

"yes!" I said excited to not be sitting by myself at lunchtime. I guess I yelled too loud cause Leon was covering his ears "oh sorry I guess I got a little too excited"

"it's cool" he chuckled "let get to class before we get into trouble"

"ok"

I walked to class with Leon feeling alot better than I did before.

(I had a lot of fun writing this since I suffer from autism myself)
