Her pov

Im getting ready for my engagement ceremony today...all are happy around except me...

I stepped down towards the stage where manav is already waiting for me to come...

All are gathered infront...but my eyes are searching for another pair of eyes...

But i couldn't find him...its good that he is not here.. I will find it difficult to handle me when he is around... But why i feel incomplete still...

The ceremony starts...i was asked to wear manav the rings...i reluctantly slided the ring over his finger...

Now its his turn to put me the ring..

This moment is a dream for every girl...this would make the best memories of her life...but for me , im trying to find happiness in my faith..

He took the ring and was about to put it into my finger.....everything goes dark...

I can see nothing.. But i sensed that the ring fell down...all are panicked by the sudden powercut...i was standing there scared...even i don't know where manav went.. I called his name..but no one is responding...

I have to find the ring anyways.. Its my responsibility to keep it safe..i bend down and start to search it on the floor...

Someone tapped on my shoulder...

'Is this what you are searching for ' heard a familiar voice..

I turned around to see who is that..

A breeze of wind made the curtains flew little, that made me see his face in the moonlight....

'Karan '  i was pissed off

'I think you are searching for this ' he showed me the ring..

I took it from his hands and tried to put it on my fingers without anyone's notice..

But the ring was so tight to enter into my fingers. ...i was trying hard to make it..

I looked at him through a corner of my eyes..he is enjoying my situation..

I tried a lot...damn hell....

I was looking at him shocked what he is upto...i didnt realise something is getting slided over my finger...

I looked down to see the ring fit perfectly on my hand...

'Are u out of your mind '  i shouted at him in low voice so that no one would hear us

'What..i just helped u that's it..now pls dont find any other meaning from this ' he is justifying his act

'Really ? It was my engagement ring..and how dare u to put it on my fingers '  i went closer to him to make my question audible to him...

I stepped on something in the floor are was about to fall...

But the next moment he held me safely in his arms by holding on waist...

'Are u okay' he asked..

I was looking at his dark orbs..i always get lost in his eyes...he has some special magic power on me...

He snapped his fingers on me..

I realised what im doing... I stood straight to get out of his hold..

'Dont try to act so smart '  i want my answer from him

'Well for your record.. Im always smart' he smirked at me

I was going to confront him more, but when the lights came..

All are looking at me...i smiled at everyone.. Looked my side.. But he already went from there..

I saw that duffer...sorry manav running to me from the other side..

I smiled at him..

'I hope u are fine ' he asked

'Yes..mind blowing ' i replied by showing my hands to him..

He too smiled ..is he really a fool..he don't even remember whether he has put it into my hands or not...

All have started to congratulate us ...

I looked around to find karan..where did he went all of a sudden..

'Congratulations to both of u ' i heard from other side and turned ....

Karan ! He is shaking his hands with manav with a great smile plastered over his face...

This man is so unpredictable....

Now that he comes to me and gave his hands to shake it with me..

I have no other option but gave my hands to him ,while manav is looking at us..

He shake my hands with mine ...i tried to act normal this time...but he...he winked at me without anyone's notice and went away from the stage...

I stood Awww there....i felt my cheeks blushed by his gesture...did he just winked at me ? What is his problem ?

I didn't see him after that...

I stood there in the rest of time by thinking about his strange acts...

Why did he do that..why he put that rings on me...and why did he winked at me later....Uhhhh..i want to get my answers...i have to ask him about all this..

He cant just play with my emotions...i already made it clear to him that i have moved on ..then why he still want me to be in emotional dilemma...

I want to ask him .....

I took my phone and put it in my pocket.. Took a shawl to cover my face so that no one would recognise me...

I covered my face and sneaked out of my house at 10.30 pm...time doesn't matter for me this moment, coz i want him to answer my questions...

I took my old scooty that i dont use nowadays.. But i need it now..for my goodness it was fuel filled ...i took it and went straight to his house..

I reached his home..but i was scared to knock the main door...

But then i heard some sounds from the backyard of the house..

I slowly took baby steps towards there...

Its a huge pool in the back...

Its so silent here..no one is there..

I was trying to go by side of the pool into the house...

But stopped in middle by hearing the sound..

I turned to see him standing in the pool, looking at me..

O know he was shirtless...he caught me..o god what should i do now..

Why should i scare..i came here to confront him right..i composed myself by folding the hands on my chest and stood there in attitude...

He slowly came out of the pull, used the steps to come up...

I felt my jaw dropped...he is in boxers 🙈🙈🙈🙈

The water is dropping from his hair and body...
How will i try to control me infront of this hot creature...

I closed my eyes in embarrassment...🙈

I slowly opened one eye and looked through my fingers...

'In your dreams Mr karan shergill..im here to get my answers ' i was in a hurry to reply and didn't realised that i took my hands from my eyes..

I again forgot my words and starts to tadofy his body...cheee chee..what im doing...focus monu focus

He is smirking at me...

'Rani sahiba...if u are done checking out me ...then tell me why u came here '  he spoke by taking a step close to me..

I have to keep at least one feet distance from him..

I took a step a back...

'I came ' ... I again took a step back and he is comming close to me ....

The next moment i saw myself falling back into the pool...

I fell into the pool...he is standing there looking at me .....

'Help me ' was the only word comming out of me..

I was drowning into the pool ,still can see him standing there and looking at me with a smirk...

'Karan'... I called his name....

I felt my legs getting weak..i have no more strength to hold..i felt myself going deeper down ......

The very next moment , i was taken above the water..

I took a long breath to survive and opened my eyes too see him holding me in bridal style looking at me intensly...

He is holding her in his arms protectivly
close to him...his one hand on her bare thighs coz she was wearing a shorts.. His other hand on her waist held tightly..

Her one hand is encircled around his nape and other one on his chest...

Both are breathing heavily... They are lost in their world forgetting about themselves...

He slowly walked towards the pool side without breaking the eyelock...

She snuggled towards him like a small baby scared of from falling down...

He took her out of the pool using the steps...

He slowly walked towards the pool side bench and kept her ,sorry laid her there...

He looked at her...she was fully drenched... Her curves were clearly visible , making him irresistible..

He leaned towards her close..she start breathing fast...some hair strands were on her face..he slowly slide his fingers on her face and tuck it on her ears..

She felt shivers on her body by his touch and curved her toes....she turned her face to the other side to hide her blush...

He looked at her soft spot and placed his lips  on her neck .he kissed her deeply there...she closed her eyes in tight and digged her nails into his skin.....

Now that he smiled by looking at her effect on him....she too opened her eyes slowly to look at him...

He looked at her lips that attracting him with few drops of water on it...

He leaned towards her lips slowly...

He saw her eyes looking at him passionately for her answer

He realised what he is doing....he got up from her and turned other side to not to face her...

She got filled with tears in her eyes...

She too got up from there and turned him towards her

He was not looking at her this time..

M : Karan , look at me

K : im sorry monami...it was a mistake

She starts to hit on his chest

M : Why karan..why u always do this to me...u know very well that ,we both....

She didn't complete her words , but still hitting him on his chest

M : u still say that u dont love me....

Now it was his turn... He put her hands crossed on her back...

'Monami '......he turned to call her...but she already left there ....

He took a bear bottle aside and throw it on the floor to control himself....
