[Colors] She has a mint colored coat, and at the tips of her wings, they fade to a light teal - Her hair goes down to her body, and she's pretty big for a mare - The top of her hair is light green, that fades to light blue, and then to light purple
[Cutie Mark/Talent] It's a treble clef with a paintbrush going through it while a ribbon looks like it's getting painted from the brush, and wraps in a circle around the brush and treble clef
[Family] She was an orphan and doesn't remember her family
[Weaknesses] She can get emotional easily, and always feels like she has to be the best - She doesn't mean to be, but she just feel like she has to
[Quirks] When she starts something, she has to finish it no matter what ponies say, and no matter how she feels about it, she has to get it done
[Backstory] She grew up in an orphanage and could never find what she wanted to stick with for a cutie mark. She would always start painting and she would think, that's what her cutie mark would be. But then she would start to sing for the younger fillies in the orphanage, and start to have second thoughts. It was a couple years later when she was painting while singing. Her cutie mark appeared, and she decided to leave the orphanage to find out which she wanted to pursue more. She traveled to Canterlot where she thought she could sell her paintings and and performed songs so she could earn money for a place to live. She still continues to try and figure out what she wants to do, and try to find out how to combine her two passions.

Well, to start, I think you've got a really great character here. I love the name and the color scheme, as they aren't overly used and go well together. I understand the cutie mark shows her dual talents, though I do feel that it may be a bit too overcrowded - As I was reading through you r description of the cutie mark, it just really confused me and I needed to take a minute to actually think about how it'd look. Maybe you could simplify it a bit? I like her weaknesses and quirks, as they are very relatable and realistic. I guess my only question is, why is she still searching for an interest in her talents, when she's literally gotten her cutie mark already? Is the purpose of a cutie mark not telling a pony what they do best and what makes them special?? So then why would Muse still be looking?? I guess it just doesn't make much sense to me?

4% - Just about the only issue I found was the cluttered cutie mark, and maybe the small detail of the backstory.
