I have done a small amount of Googling, so feel free to disagree, but I have found the following two definitions for 'wet'

1. covered or saturated with water or another liquid

2. a liquid's ability to maintain contact with a solid surface

If you want, comment either 1 or 2 to show which you agree with, and thus which I shall use for forming points
