I wake up to the sun shining bright right in my eyes. Agh! I hate the morning sunlight but I love this warm weather we've been having lately. I can wear shorts all I want! 'Hmm something smells really good!'
       I walk downstairs to see Mark making some eggs, bacon, and French toast. Talk about a mouth watering breakfast! He looks to me and smiles as he continuously flips the French toast.
I walk around to find Lucy. I walk into marks office to see her under his desk sleeping. I smile and head back to the kitchen to see mark setting the plates down for breakfast.
I sit down as he sets the plate right in front of me.

"Thanks."

"Sure thang. Sooo, how'd you sleep?"

"I slept fine. Are we doing anything today?"

"Well, I was actually wondering if you wanted to record a Sophie's curse video with me since you haven't bee-"

"OMG YAS! *clears throat* I mean sure!"
He chuckles at my exited outburst and heads into his office while I finish my breakfast. 

I put my plate in the sink and wash off my sticky hands. I put my plate in the dishwasher and run right into Mark's recording room. He chuckles as he gets everything set up. 

I grab the second wheelie chair in the room and sit down. He hits the record button as he takes a breath.

"Hello everybody, my name's Markiplier! And today I have a very special guest. My adopted daughter Maddie!"

"Hi everyone.." I say very shy-like. 

"Today, we are going to be playing.........." 

"SOPHIE'S CURSE!!!!" we both shout at the same time. I smile as Mark gets the game ready to play.

28 mins in the game----------

"AHHHH, I NEED TO GO TO THE SAFE SPOT BEFORE.... AHHHHHH!" Mark yells as Sophie jumps onto the screen. 

I sorta giggle at Mark's little girlish scream. 

"Alright everybody, I hope you liked this video."

"If you did, make sure to leave a like, comment, and subscribe if you wanna see more." I say and look to Mark.

"And as always, I will see you in the next video."

"BUH BYE!" Mark and I both say as he stops the video.

I yawn as I head off to bed. Mark kisses me on the forehead and closes my bedroom door. I smile as I let darkness take over.

Mark's P.O.V

I head back to my recording room as I make a few edits on the video Maddie and I made. That is, until I get a 'beep' like sound on my computer. I look to see an email on my inbox. I click it and am very surprised yet, sad. 

"Hello Mr. Mark,

            I am afraid to inform you that we are Maddie's real parents. We heard that you have adopted our little girl. Well, we want her back. If you don't, we have the right to call authorities on you which indeed takes you to court. My husband is a judge so he will take my side. If you don't give her to us next Tuesday, we will take her.

Tears stream down my cheeks. I close my inbox and head upstairs to Maddie's room as I slightly open her door making sure I don't wake her. I shut the door and slide my back down the wall. 

'I can't tell her , I never can. Hopefully they don't find.......me or her'

I bawl my eyes out and rest my head on my lap.
