Ellie's POV

After about 7 minutes we reached the Durin household and Kíli let us inside.

"Woah what the hell happened?!"

He said looking at all the boxes.

"I'll explain later, now could you please tell me what my best friend is doing here?!"

I said raising my voice so Kíli would actually listen.

"Well she kinda got knocked out when me and Fee locked her in his office with Thorin because they needed to talk and I might have opened the door when she was leaning on it so she kinda fell and hit the floor, so we took her here..."

He said hurriedly, worried I would do something if he didn't say.

"Where is she now?"

"Thorin's with her, she just woke up."

He said looking towards a slightly ajar door which I guessed was the bedroom.

"Thanks Kee, could you help us unpack some of Ellie and Becca's stuff?"

Fíli said placing the boxes down and putting his arm around my shoulders. I walked over to where the sofa was and collapsed onto it.

"It's gone Fee, it's destroyed."

I said laying down as he held me the same way Merry holds Pippin after escaping Moria.

Becca's POV

"What made you think that you weren't good enough Rebecca?"

Thorin asked placing his hand on top of mine.

"I can not tell you, it is information from the book you are from, telling you would put you in more danger."

I said sighing and sitting up.

"Sorry to interrupt but Ellie is here and she said your house was broken into and most things were ruined."

Kíli said walking nervously into the room.

"What! Is she alright?!"

"She's fine, she's with Fee, they brought over the stuff which was still okay."

I nodded and sat up, my head still spinning.

"I know what they were looking for, this was no random attack."

I said looking up at the ceiling.

"Did they find it? What ever it is?"

"No, once you told me they'd want knowledge I burnt the copies of the book me and Ellie had, since we were teenagers we'd had those same copies."

I said with a tear rolling down my face.

"But how did they get in?"

Thorin said helping me up and walking into the lounge to find Ellie and Fíli.

"The door was locked when I arrived."

Fíli said holding Ellie who had buried her head into his jacket.
I turned to face Thorin the colour draining from my face.

"Someone let them in, and there was only one person left in the house after we all left."

I said in a monotone voice trying to stop it from shaking.

"Umm guys, I think you should see this, and maybe call the fire department."

Kíli said his voice going higher and higher after every word.
We rushed to the window and saw smoke from down the street and mine and Ellie's house burning in a bright orange flame.

"I see fire..."
