It's amazing how one little mistake can screw up so much in your life. You get that feeling of if only I hadn't done that.

Shane's POV

I jumped in front of Taylor and I screamed at her to run. They didn't seem to notice until about 10 seconds after and two of the jocks left and went to track her down. I already knew where she was going. Straight to the car. Possibly going to call someone. If she calls me I don't know how much I can do since I'm being beaten. They stopped after a while and just stared down at me. "What do you even see in her. She is nothing.

AWW HELL NO!! You make fun of me first before you ever make fun of her! I jumped up. All of my anger had risen to the top and had exploded. I tackled onto the guys and punched the chit out of them. I never knew I had this much rage. Now I know where I get it from. Suddenly, Everyone watching, and there were a lot, had moved out of the way to make way for the one person I did not want to see right now. Our principle. She stared down at me with disappointment in her eyes. She grabbed our wrists and pulled us off the ground. Off to the office we go. Whats she gonna give me? A suspension for protecting someone I loved? We walked into her office and sat us down. As she shut the door behind her, she started to speak.

"Now, I want to know exactly what happened." Of course one of the jocks lied about the whole thing. And she knew it. You wanna know how? Cause she literally said "Now Shane tell me what REALLY happened." And even the real story sounded like I lie, probably cause she thought I was gay and saying that I was protecting my girlfriend sounded a bit weird. "Shane, would you mind calling this girlfriend of yours and put her on speaker please?" What am I gonna do, say no? I pulled out my phone and dialed her number and hit speaker.

"Shane? Is this you or one of the football players?"

"It's me Tea. Listen, are they still at the car?"

"Yes. Their sitting outside waiting for me to get out. I would try to leave but cars can't leave unless its before, during lunch, or after school. And I'm sure most classes have started by now. They don't know that."

"Okay, I need you to hold tight. I'll try to get out their as soon as possible."

"Okay, please hurry. I think they'll break a window if they don't get their way soon."

"I'll try. I love you babe."

"I love you to Shaney. Bye."

"Bye." I hung up the phone and the principle was just staring at me. I don't know what was more of a shock. The fact that I'm not gay or the fact that two men are trying to break a car window to get to my girlfriend and I wasn't their to help her. She got up and sighed.

"Shane, lets go and help Taylor. And you" She said as she looked at the football player "Don't move." He looked like he didn't care, but he was in enough trouble already. I ran out of her office and got outside the school. I stood and watched two guys leaning against my car. No, OUR car. I started to walk over, but the principle grabbed my shoulder. I stood my guard and stayed, as she walked towards them. I could hear some faint screaming and swearing. Then she pointed her finger in my direction. Oh god don't be pointing me out! But instead, they walked over, but walked right past me and straight into the building. She walked back over and started to talk to me. "Now, if they ever bother you two again, which I don't doubt, come talk to me and they will regret when they bothered you guys. I hate it when my students are being bullied by each other. And not like the fake principles like on TV who son't give a shit, but I truthfully hate this. I was in your position as a kid. And it sucked. So, its either the boot, or expel the next time you guys come to me okay?"

"Wow that was surprisingly deep. But, okay."

"Good. Now I would go and get your girlfriend before she dies of heat stroke. Its almost a million degrees out here."

"Got it."

Taylor's POV

Okay where is Shane? Its super warm in here and I'm pretty sure that their still outside. What is going on? I couldn't see since I sunk to the floor of the car and was practically stuck I was their for so long. But I did hear after a while, a girl screaming at them. I don't have any female friends so I don't know who it could be. Then I heard her scream "In my office now!!" Ah, principle. Thank you for taking your sweet ass time Shane and  not come straight for me. I heard them walk away, but after a while, still no Shane. It was getting very hot inside the car and I was sweating pretty badly. Good thing I chose to wear black today to hide it all. Even though that's what attracts the heat the most, it hides what it does. Finally after what felt like hours, the car unlocked from the outside. The driver side opened, and Shane's head popped through. It didn't help that I was sitting in the back. 

"Taylor?"

"I'm back here you moron."

"Well, so much for the knight in shining armor saving you from your tower."

"Shane, we are in an almost 100 degree car in the parking lot of a high school, in Los Angeles, not in Shrek. Now can you get me out of here?"

"Only if you say please." I just glared at him, watching him just bat his eyes. Really bitch?

"If it will get me out of here sooner, please."

"Now that's more like it. Now once I let you out, you have to get on your knees and beg."

"Beg for what? I'll already be out the ca... SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!"

He sat there and laughed. He thinks that this is the funniest thing in the world huh? Well we'll see who gets the last laugh.

"Shane I'm serious, its really warm in here. You need to PLEASE GET ME OUT OF HERE!!!"

"Ugh, fine. Only cause you said please." He walked to my door and opened it, which ended with my back falling out of the car, but was caught by Shane. He grabbed a hold of my writs and pulled me out of the very cramped car. Pay back will happen, and I hope he knows that.

Okay songs are just gonna be songs that I like from now on. Unless in future chapters I can find one that is relate-able to that chapter. I have just given up so, yeah... Sorry again for the lack in updates. I don't know I just haven't been in the mood to write. I will try to get in as much as I can tomorrow. Happy 4th and I can't wait for you guys to keep reading!
