Betty Cooper was thought to be the good girl of the town called riverdale. Perfect grades. Perfect family. Perfect life. But what people didn't know was that her life was far from perfect. Yes she was a cheerleader and yes she worked for the blue and gold but deep down Betty knew she and her family were not perfect. Betty had known this for an extant amount of time before she ran though. Just like, her parents had abused her for a long period of time before her great escape. This story takes us back 3 years ago to the day where Betty Cooper got her first ever B on a science test.

It was a dreary Friday in the so called 'town with pep!' and Betty alongside her best friends Archie and Veronica were walking home from school. Archie had been Betty's friend since she was a small child. After all, they were next door neighbours. Betty's second best friend Veronica came to Riverdale when Betty and Archie had been in the second grade. But this story doesn't focus on these two characters. This story focuses on our golden ponytailed friend, Betty Cooper. So let's skip straight to the part of Betty arriving at the Cooper household on the dreary day. Betty walked through the front door not knowing what to expect from her parents today. Would they have their loving charade on or would they ignore her until they wanted to have some fun. She started to walk up the stairs when she heard her mothers sickly voice call to her from their kitchen. (Alice, Betty, Hal)
Oh Betty come to the kitchen please! She walked to the kitchen not know what to expect. Yes mother? Science test. Now.
Betty pulled the exam out of her bag. She was dreading this. Her teacher had unfairly given her a B because apparently her lines weren't drawn straight in her diagrams. But she knew that that was bull. She passed the paper to her mother. Alice took one look at it then yanked Betty by her ponytail over to where Alice was standing.
What the hell do you call this? A B? Us coopers don't get Bs. Alice raised her hand to slap Betty. She bought her hand down with force and continually slapped the poor child's face. Before Betty knew it Hal had come down stairs and was ready to join in on the beatings as well.
You are not our daughter! Alice bellowed as she continually abused her daughter. You are disgusting and no one will ever love you yelled Hal. They both continued to beat there daughter until Betty was unconscious.

20 minutes later Betty woke again. The house was dark now and she couldn't make out where she was. Then she remembered the beating. She picked herself up off the ground, determined not to cry. She had had enough of it.  Betty grabbed her phone and walked out the front door. She had no clue where she was going, as long as it wasn't back there. She wondered around aimlessly until she found herself on the south side. She knew she was on dangerous territory but she didn't care. Not anymore. She walked past many bars and scrapyards until she found an old trailer park. She started to walk through until she felt someone's presence behind her. She could feel them. She whipped around and sent a punch right into her attackers nose.
"Argh" yelled the man. "What the hell blondie?"
"You were going to attack me!" She exclaimed.
"Bullshit. I was coming to see if you were lost. It isn't safe for someone like you to be waking around her but now that I've felt your punch... I think you would have been fine just on your own" he told her. "The names FP Jones by the way"
"Sorry FP, I'm Betty" she introduced herself. She told FP her story about why she was out here at night.

After all of the occurrences during that night FP had taken Betty under his wing. He cared for her as if she was his own daughter. She joined the serpents and became friends with Toni, Sweetpea and Fangs. Of course though, fangs was her best friend. You may think to yourself 'why was Betty's best friend Fangs and not Toni? Why was she so nice to FP?' Well trust me, I know for a fact that it was fate.

3 years later (present time)...
I know that I said it was the present time. I lied. It is a month before then. FP had officially told all the serpents excellent news. His son would be returning. Jughead Jones would be returning to riverdale. It was all in good time.

Now it is the present.
Jughead had been at home for a while now. He stayed with his dad and Betty in the trailer. Jughead was a year older than Betty. But it was obvious to all the serpents that she like him. Most people couldn't believe it at first. The serpent queen who was feared by many, who punched their leader in the nose the first time they met, had a sweet innocent crush on the leaders son. All the serpents loved Betty so they tried to set them up on a date. But no. Unfortunately it did not work. I am the only who controls that. Little did the serpents know though, Jughead harboured a secret crush for the serpent queen. She was a badass. She was the boss of people but she was always kind plus she was gorgeous. And jughead loved every bit of it.

It was another dreary Friday afternoon. And coincidentally in has been exactly three years after the great escape made by Betty Cooper. All the serpents knew about Betty's tragic past with her parents, so every year on the anniversary of her departure, all the serpents acted like the family she never had. They were always taking care of her, they all loved her! But on this certain day , things were different. The serpents left Betty a
One depending on her mood. If she talked, they talked. If she laughed, they laughed. If she didn't talked, they left her alone. So on that Friday afternoon, while Jughead and Betty walked home from school, Jughead questioned her about it.
"Hey betts?" He asked
"Hm?"
" whys everyone being so quiet around you today?" He asked her.
"You noticed huh?" She said " well three years ago today I ran away from my real home. They abused me. Horribly. So I ran away and your dad found me. As you know I punched him because I though he was going to kill me. But no. He helped me recover. He let me join the serpents. Now I have areal family."
"Wow Betty" he said " I'm sorry I shouldn't have asked"
"Juggle" she stopped and touched his face so he would turn to her " its okey you didn't know"
"Yeah but I should've known"
"It's okay." They stared into each others eyes. He lowered his head and connected his lips with hers bringing sweet passion to the kiss. They slowly separated, still staring at each other.
"Hey betts" he said once they pulled apart " how about we make this day a whole lot better?"
"And how would you do that?" She asked, teasing him.
He picked her up and walked them both back to the trailer where he them walked inside and sat her on his bed where they spent the rest of the day cuddling and watching f movies.

Later that night when FP came home he went to check on Betty, to see how she was holding up. He walked to the back of the trailer where he knocked on Betty's door. When there was no answer he slowly opened the door to find an empty bed. Slightly worried FP thought of the only other plausible cause of her not being in her bed. She was with Jughead. He exited her room and went straight to Jugheads room, opening the door immediately. What he saw before him was his son spooning  his favourite serpent blondie. Jug had a protective arm wrapped around her waist and she held onto it like it was the last thing on earth. Of course later on the serpents all ended up coming around to see the newest couple. Their serpent queen had found her king. A king who was here to stay. They were destined to be be together.

So now that was our story of the broken blond serpent queen finding her king. You may may be wondering, who am I? I control their fates and times. I am destiny and I knew that Jughead and Betty were supposed to be together.

I'm backkkk and oh my god that took long to write. Yeah I know it's crappy but it's an update at least? Sooo season three. It comes out soooo sooooon!!! I guess that's it. Btw I probs won't update for a while again but who knows... maybe I'll update tomorrow night?
