SRUTHI'S P.O.V.

              A small pearl of tear made it's way down while a dimple was dug in my cheek with curved lips. My wet eyelashes fluttered trying it's best to move up and come back to reality. My eyeballs slowly came in contact with blinding light. A heaved a heavy sigh and randomly wandered my eyes through the scenario infront of me. Nappier bridge!! This place has something which fascinates me a lot. It gives me a lot of inner peace! Why wouldn't it? It's Anirudh's favourite hangout na!!

                  Wait! Anirudh!! God, I totally forgot about the current situation. I brought my scooty to life and started my journey to reach Ani again. By now, it was night. Suddenly my phone buzzed. Sid sir?! I attended the call. "Sruthi, to Bay146 right now!" He said and cut the call immediately. I seeked Google maps for my rescue. After a lot of confusions with one ways and traffic police, I reached the destination. I removed my helmet and rushed towards the entrance. The guard outside, gave me a wierd look.

                  Out of the frustration I was in, I let it on him. "What? Am I not allowed inside? I'm 23 ok! Now am I allowed?" "I never said anything ma'am. As far as your age is concerned, your grand saree says it all" he said. The nerve of this person. Is this how they treat their customers. But did he mentioned my attire as Saree? I looked down and was shocked. That is when it dawned upon me that I never changed my engagement saree!! Huh! What more should I do for my love?!

                   As I pushed the glass door open, jarring sounds welcomed me. Are they even humans? It's more worse than a Nadaswaram kacheri in Weddings!! Now where the hell is he? What the hell are these two brothers of mine doing? I experienced hell with this heavy saree upon me and the alcohol which was creating nausea in me. Where have I gotten myself into? Never in my bad dreams thought that I would be in this place. What if my mom gets to know about this?

                    No no Sruthi. Think positive. Get this thing done and direct home. What are friends there for? They would handle. Atleast I hope so. Far ahead of me I could see a hand signalling me. Sid?! Uh! Atlast. I pushed the crowd aside and went to them. "Bro, where were you? I was sear-" before I could complete, he pointed someone. My eyes followed his hand and at of it stood the person who was so carefree about the world and at the same time was taking care of his girl. That's sweet!

                     I turned back to Sid and motioned my head and shrugged my shoulders as to ask him, 'What's the big deal?' He hit his head and and went away mumbling, "Ellam en neram (All is my fate)" which I could hear well. With a confused head, I again looked at him. Did I say sweet? Strike that. He's a cheat!!

                    Heyya lovely people, a quick and short update for you people. Soon a long chapter is coming your way. I am not well so I couldn't update much. But next time, I'll be back with a bang....
