Soda's POV

I wake up in a world of pain. I really don't know what had happened? Or where I was. Then I remembered the soc's had pony and johnny on the ground and I stopped him. Then I remember getting shot and ponyboy running to get me help. Ponyboy and johnny. Where  are they? Are they alright?

"Nurse is my brother and friend alright?"

"Yes,dear your brother had a few cuts and bruises but he's in the waiting room worrying his head off about you." She said

"Can you call Darry and ponyboy in please?"

"Sure,anything else?"
"No,thanks umm.."

"Betsy."

"thanks Betsy."

"Your welcome dear." She walks out of the room to go get my brothers. I sit there waiting for the door to open when it finally did I see ponyboy and Darry walk in red eyed.

"Soda,thank god your alright!" Ponyboy said and runs to my bed hugging me a bit to tight. Darry must of noticed because he told ponyboy to take it easy.

"I'm glade your alright soda." Darry said and smiled."now get some rest. The gang wants to see you up and around the house again." I smiled then close my and slip into unconsciousness
