sry i took so long to update i have been stuck on reading other great authors' great stories. pls read the note at the end of the chap as it will allow u to understand me by a little.

NOW ON WITH THE CHAP!

Natsu POV

"WHAT THE HECK AM I MISSING UP THERE!" after seeing Lucy in her unconcious state, I had decided to stay with her until she woke up. While waiting, the ceiling shook every now and then, causing me to get very impatient. I had tried to sneak off a few times thinking, 'Just a peek won't hurt.' But everytime I thought that, I thought of what could have happened to Lucy if I had not seen her.

With that I am stuck til she wakes up. A couple of times I had wanted to move her to some place else as some stray rock from the ceiling fell to the ground, indicating that a huge fight was going on and that the ceiling was unstable. However, I did not want to risk Lucy waking up after all that she had been through.

'With Erza up there, things should be s cinch for them.' I though as I remebered all the times the she-demon had attacked me. 'Then there are those two knuckle-heads, Gray and Gajeel. With Erza there they would be out-shined.' I sweatdropped at myself for thinking about the times both Gray and Gajeel where caught up in a fight, and just before I was about to join in, the she-demon appeared and knocked them out. 'Those twin dragon slayers are there too, so they sould be fine. And there are back up members too. So they should be able to win.' And with that last thought, I drifted off to dreamland.

3rd person pov

What Natsu had though would have been right, if their enemy was not Alecs. As Natsu slept, things could not have gotten worse. Everyone had charged at Alecs at least 3 times, yet he was unscathed. The Holy Crown memebers still had half of their magic left while the Fairy Tail and 2 Sabertooth members where close to their limit. Alecs was getting bored with playing around with their games. Wendy had went from healing Liz to healing Kano as Liz had asked her to.

Before that Wendy was trying to protest to Liz that she had to get better first if not she would not forgive herself. Instead of giving in, Liz explained to her what 'Star Eater' was and why Kano had to be out there and not her. 'Wendy,you need to help Kano as heis the only one who can phaze Alecs for enough time before he can unleash his final blow.' Liz telepathically said to Wendy. She continued, 'Star Eater is its name and I told Kano something I should't have as ir was not only wrong information, it also almost cost him his life. However when he wakes, I do not want to make the same mistake so I will tell you so you can tell him.' Wendy was a little comfused but did not show it as she wanted the unconcious mage to have faith in her.

Wendy POV

'Star Eater is one of the most dangerous magic spells he had ever made up for himself. He had learend to harness the magic in the air around us and collect it. With that being said, he has a high concentration of magic right in the palm of his hand.' Liz stopped to try and read my mind, but all I was thinking of was 'If that is so, I could detect when he is activating the spell.' After that thought, I turned my attention back to Liz for her to continue.

'However, this is the wrong information I had given to Kano. I had told him that, if the target was smaller, the damage done would have been less than if the target was bigger. However within that short period of time, I had researched my mind for an even worse peice of information. If...' I cut Liz off and continued '... the target was smaller there would be even greater damage than if the target was small.' Just than, Gray was hurled to my right. "Gray-san!" I exclaimed before examining him for a short while. He had cuts and bruises along his arms, a gash along his chest and a few abrasions here and there.

Before I could say anything Gray said," Wendy stay back and heal Kano. We need him, now." With that Gray sprinted off towards Alecs. While Liz was explaining to me what Star Eater was, I was completely oblivous towards the fight against Alecs. Erza and Gray where trying to divert Alecs' attention towards them while the other tried to hit him. Some where trying to do unison raids, while others where just charging at him with everything they've got.

'Sorry Liz-san I need to heal Kano before I can get back to healing you.' I thought before turning my attention to Kano. 'Before you do that, reach into my pocket and grab an amulet. Wear it than start the process.' Liz told me. I did as I was told and pulled out an amulet with a charm shaped like a tiny hurricane and put it on. When I put it on, I felt an immense amount of magic power surging through me. With that, I stared my treatment on Kano.

Erza POV

"Darn it. This is not getting us anywhere." I scanned the room for whatever we could use left as our shield or weapons. As we were near the roof that was half collapsed the pillars where about to give way. So the pillars were off the list. The peices of the ceiling looked like they were about to break at anytime. So they were out too. Everywhere I looked, things were either about to break or already broken.

"ERZA LOOK OUT!" Gray shouted. I focused and saw a black orb headed towards me. I awaited the pain but it never came, instead I felt wind in my hair. I looked up to my savior and saw a face I never thought I would see.

"Elias." I breathed. He set me down on my feet and went back into the shadows. "ERZA-SAN BEHIND YOU!" Mai screamed before manipulating the shadows of the boulders and pillars and shielded me from spells casted by Alecs. While Mai did that, Alecs casted another spell and threw it at Mai. Ran saw it and got her team to mobilize. Len distracted Alecs while Ran tackled Mai to the ground and Rin thre spells to counter the spells Alecs threw.

'I have to pull up my socks if i want to kep everyone alive.' Though I had little power left, I was about to re-quip into my flame empress armor, when Sting ran to me and handed me an amulet that had a sword shaped charm. When I turned to ask Sting what I was for, the amulet had hung itself on my neck and in that instant, I felt a huge amount of magic and felt as good as new.

"That explained it for you?" Sting said before running back to give out the remaining amulets. I had the mindset to at least weaken him so that Natsu could deliver the finishing blow. 'Hang in there Natsu, Lucy.' With that thought, I re-quiped and went into battle.

Gray POV

"Darn."I was trying to hold ny ground against Alecs' manipulation magic. Alecs could try to waver your fighting spirit by trying to get into your head. But Ayumu had given me a pair of ear plugs that came out of now where. I sweatdropped and plugged it into my ear so that Alecs' talking would not get to my head.

I started running and castong spells at him yet it did him no harm. I rolled behind a boulder and took shelter for a while. "Blast it, I don't have enough magic to keep up for too much longer." When I. saw no other option left Sting came running in from my right causing me to jump thinking that it was Alecs.

"Here. Put this on. I have given Erza, Rogue, Levy and Gajeel theirs." He said before showing his to signify him having his own. "Wait where did you get this?" I asked before he leaped away. "Well, Liz told me to get it from her pocket, and than pass it out." With that he jumped to Rogue to tackle him to the ground as Alecs threw another spell at him.

The amulet glowed for a while before dimming down. The amulet's light was absorbed into my current necklace. When the process was done, magic was felt running through my veins again. I was no longer the weak and tired Gray I had been a few minutes ago, but was a new Gray that had slept well.

I said,

"Well this is wicked."

And ran of into battle.

Lucy POV

'How long have I been out?' I asked myself before trying to get up. When I tried to get up, I felt a slight weight on my body. I opened my eyes to a blurry sight. Than I tried to sit up, but instead the weight shifted and got off.

"Lucy? You... feeling better?" A familiar voice asked my vision was still fuzzy when I asked "What is happening?" The all to familiar voice replied "Everyone is upstairs fighting Alecs..." Just hearing that name made me snap. I sat up as straight as I could and my vision cleared. The first thing I saw was that the room was charred from top to bottom except for where I was.

"Natsu? What happened in here? Did you do this?" Was all I could ask? I could not even ask 'How are the others? Why are you not there?' And stood up to inspect to the place. Natsu had a guilty look on hia face and a confused look at the same time. So I asked "Why the faces?"

Natsu answered sadly "I don't know what happened in here but yes I did it." I was confused. "How could you not know what happened when you were the one that did it?" I was so confused that I listened closely to Natsu.

"I...I kinda... blacked out." I was even more confused but chose to drop the subject as I realised that our friends were in danger. "NATSU! WE NEED TO HELP OUR FRIENDS NOW!!!" I shouted at him to lift the tension between us. "At my shout towards him, he got back to his usual self and carried me, like a sack, to the room above us.

Levy POV

"EVERYONE TAKE COVER!!! ALECS IS STARTING HIS ULTIMATE SPELL!!!" Wendy shouted at that we all ceased fire and fell back to take cover. Once we had fallen back, we turned to Alecs and watched as we finishedtge last part of his spell. "... thy shall perish as they have gone against ME! Dark magic: Star Eater!" The concentration of magic in the air had centered itself in the centre of the room telling me he was getting reafy to explode it. "EVERYONE!!! IT'S GONNA BLOW!!!" Wendy and I screamed. The holy crown members created a shield to try and shield Wendy.

Everyone braced for impact. Gajeel had found away to get to me from beside Erza to shield me and take most of the damage. Gray had done the same for Erza and Sting and Rogue were helping increase the magic to shield Wendy. Just before the explosion happened, Lu-chan and Natsu appeared in wat used to be the doorway. Their eyes widened as they tried to understand the situation.

The last thing I heard from Lu-chan was "LEVY!"

While Natsu had screamed "NO!"
