NO ONE'S POV

Emma followed Mr. Tomlinson into his office as Tyler took a seat outside of the office.

*In the office*

"You can have a seat right there." He said to Emma.

She mumbled a short 'thank you' under her breath.

"So listen, I know you're scared and you probably don't want to talk about this. I get that. But unless you want him to get out of prison sooner, I suggest you tell me everything that happened. Even things that you might not think are important, because chances are, they're super important."

"Well... umm... my parents abused me, like they would beat me for not doing anything wrong. Umm, my- my father r- he would like..." She couldn't find the words to say it.

"He would rape you?" Mr. Tomlinson said with face softening.

Emma nodded her head and felt her eyes get glassy.

"A few times a month." Emma added.

"Okay, and how old are you?"

"I'm 16, almost 17."

"He's going to prison for a long time just for doing that." He said.

"My father also... killed my older brother. And he went to Tyler's house and left a note on my bed to tell me that."

*After explaining everything else*

"Okay thank you. He is gonna go to jail for a really long after hearing all of that." Mr. Tomlinson said.

Emma just nodded her head and walked out of the office with him and turned her head to see Tyler sitting in the same chair waiting for them. She immediately gave him a hug and started crying.

"Hey hey, don't cry. What's wrong?" Tyler asked her.

"She's just stressed out. It's normal. If she wants to, I would suggest going to a therapist." Mr. Tomlinson explained.

Tyler nodded understandingly and hugged Emma even tighter after hearing that.

"Emma, do you mind waiting here for Tyler and I? I just have to talk to him for a minute." Mr. Tomlinson said.

"Okay." Emma said sat down in the seat that Tyler was sitting in previously.

After about 10 minutes, they both walked out of the office.

Tyler hugged Emma again and said, "Why didn't you tell me? It's okay, never mind that. I'm just glad that you're okay. I love you so much you know that? And so does Dyaln, and Tyler, and even the little Dylan. Chloe too of course. We're all here for you. If you ever need anything. Come to us. Come to me. I love you."

"I love you too Ty." Emma said back.

They headed out of the police station after Mr. Tomlinson got Tyler to sign some papers.

EMMA'S POV

What a stressful day it's been for you. You couldn't believe everything that just happened.

But now... now my secret was out. It wasn't a secret anymore.
