CHLOE'S POV

"I don't know. I-I just went to the bathroom and then as I was walking out I just stepped on it."

"Okay, well, you might need stitches for that." He said.

"I know." You said sadly.

"Are we going to the hospital?" Emma asked Dad.

"Ya. We're almost there too."

You let out a shaky breath that you didn't know you'd been holding in.

After about 4 more minutes in the car, you guys got to the hospital and Dad and Emma got out of the car.

Dad ran over to the other side of the car so that he could pick you up the same way he put you in the car. He picked you up and then shut the door with his foot and you guys started speed walking towards the hospital doors.

You guys got into the hospital and Dad explained what had happened to you, to the lady behind the glass window and Emma was sitting in a chair.

Dad calls over Emma and asks her to open up his wallet and give the lady your health card and his ID, and she does.

Since there is almost nobody at the hospital right now, they take you in right away.

Before you knew it, you were on a hospital bed and there was a doctor unwrapping the towel from your foot. Dad was there sitting beside you but Emma wasn't allowed to come in so she was waiting right outside the room.
