Chloe's POV

You woke up and it was still dark outside. You realized that you really had to pee and you also noticed that Dad's asleep and so is Emma.

You slowly got out of bed trying again not to wake up Dad or Emma by squirming around and making noise.

You made it out of the bed quitely and you tried to make your way to bathroom, but it was quite difficult because it was pitch black in the hotel room.

You tried your best to see what was in front of you. You heard a noise from outside and it scared you and you jumped a bit causing you to walk quickly to the bathroom.

You make it to the bathroom safely. You go to the bathroom and walk to the sink to wash your hands.

You had your eyes closed half way and you weren't really paying attention to where you were going.

You had finished washing you're hands and just before you grab the handle of the door you step on something.

It just felt cold.

At first.

Then it hit you. A rush of pain shot up through your body.

You let out a scream and then covered your mouth because you knew that it had to be about 3:00 in the morning and you didn't want to wake everyone up.

You started sobbing as you fell on your butt on the cold tiles. You grabbed your foot and tried to turn it somehow so you could see what you had just stepped on.

You couldn't see what you had stepped on. You just saw crimson colour dripping off your foot.

The door swung open and you saw Dad come in with a worried look on his face.

"What happ-" Dad said but cut himself off. "Holy shit." He mumbled under his breath.
